Issue 1: House garage door bottom seal weather strip was loose and leaking air in the garage. Issue 2: Pole barn doors were allowing water to enter under the door to the inside. The commercial about "Getting it done" caught my attention and I was very happy with the companies response time and estimate.

My home warranty company recommended a couple of their preferred vendors and they were located in MD and had subpar reviews. Jerry Eldreth was my technician and he provided a very clear explanation of his inspection and was extremely thorough and professional in each detail of my repair. His customer focused, honest approach, gave me a comfort level that I was making the right choice in having my garage door opener replaced. I'm thankful for my upgraded, belt driven Linear system and will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Jerry moving forward, thank you and your team.

This is a great Compay to deal with, and very reasonable pricing and outstanding warranties. My technician, Dante Santana, was a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my 25 year old garage door openers, an outdated spring system and worn door rollers. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions which would benefit me in the long run. He presented three separate estimates, addressing my different concerns, that I could choose from, No hard sell on anything and no hidden fees. I highly recommend this Company and Dante.

I contacted Precision Door Service on a Saturday at around 12:30 and spoke with their contact person who was easy to understand and was able to get a technician to my home in about an hour. About 10 minutes after scheduling my service appointment the technician called me to inform me he was on his way. Kody was my technician and he arrived when he said he would. He introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He was courteous and professional and gave me several options for the repair. I made my choice and he proceeded to do the service. He completed his work and was done in a very reasonable time. I am pleased with the overall service provided by Precision Door Service and can give them a high recommendation. James Long

Ryan Dugan was outstanding! I called Precision on Friday about a problem I had with a Genie garage door that I just installed. They scheduled me for the next day which was great. Ryan called a half hour before he arrived which was good. He arrived and I explained what was wrong, He checked everything and found that a sensor was bad. He said that he could order it and come back in a week. I asked him how much it would cost and agreed to have him install it as I was very frustrated with Genie, not knowing what would go up next. He ran new wiring and had the new one installed in an hour and a half. He greased the door sinked the remote,wall remote and the outside remote. He even sinked my truck! He explained everything to me very clearly. You are very fortunate to have Ryan as a technician . Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I recently bought a house that had a very old garage door opener. I googled garage door repairs in Harrisburg and Precision came up with great reviews and I was not disappointed. Brayden showed up and walked me through options along with explaining everything that had to be replaced. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Steve D. listened to my need for some maintenance on my garage door which hadn't been serviced in the past. Overall things looked good, but after Steve D's inspection, I decided to replace the rollers (which were worn and noisy), the bottom seal on the door, and the old motor. Steve D. was able to complete all of this within 2 hours of his arrival. I would definitely recommend Precision and Steve D. for quick and courteous service.

Great reviews and local service. Service was great, he explained what was the reason for the spring breaking and the best solution. I felt good with his recommendation as we are planning to be here awhile. Work was completed in a timely fashion. He cleaned everything up and explained ways for me to service the springs and rollers to get longer life. He also made me aware of potential issues with other door.

I had 2 garage doors > 22years old. Needed to try and save some money, so technician replaced the openers but salvaged as much as possible to save some money. Was able to keep most hardware, but replaced all essential safety items. Was able to assess and install in one day, done by 6:00PM. THIS WAS GREAT FIX, COMPETITIVELY PRICED, and the technician updated me throughout explaining steps with attention to safety. Worth every penny and worth the time. Even with old parts and the original doors in place the new system is virtually SILENT. We now have to look to ensure the doors are shut, not because their broken, but because they are fixed and silent. Thanks

I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company. I was quoted $5000.00 to repair my garage door by Precision with half due before they could start any work. My door and equipment was not old! I felt like I was being scammed. I contacted the garage door company that installed the door and they quickly came to my home, assessed the situation, repaired the door, and charged only $517.00. The door is working perfectly.
