As she said, the technician evaluated my problem with two garage doors, gave me recommendations, cost with several options, but left the decision to me. Was not pushy in my making my decision on what to do. The technician started work after finishing up another job about 2:30 pm and finished my job after normal quitting time, I'm sure. He didn't seem to be in a rush to get it done and on his way. I would recommend this company if all their technicians were like mine was.
