I have used Precision before so when I decided I needed a new unit you are who I called. Tyler was terrific!! He explained everything to me and we decided on what to go with. I called Precision door after I backed into the garage door and knocked it off the track this morning. It had not finished opening but I saw only the outdoors in my rearview mirror. If I had been driving a small car instead of a truck, I wouldn't have hit it. We have used Precision Door in the past and been satisfied with their work. I was greatly relieved that a technician was able to come out this afternoon. He was able to get the door closed and was very good about explaining everything that needs to be replaced. He was very pleasant and professional.

I was looking for a solution to make a noisy garge door more quiet and saw threir TV advertisement. They were at my house the next morning. Tyler, the technician, did a thorough inspection, made 4 recommendations, and answered every question to my satisfaction. After I chose the option I wanted to go with, he expertly performed the work. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I was impressed with the whole process and will return to this company for all my future garage door needs.
