I called yesterday at 3:30 pm and your tech Henry Storm was here this morning at 10am sharp. He had called 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. After some safety review of my doors he replaced 4 pulleys on my doors, 2each, because others were worn. We discussed cable replacement which can be done at a later date if needed. Henry was professional, cordial and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Henry. I would definitely use your company again. Thank you for your fast response!!

Called at lunch time for service on our garage door. Justin was at my house by 2 and had our door fixed by 4! Very pleased with our experience and technician.

I called there company & got a live person on the phone & explained the problem I was having with my garage door-a part on my garage door broke the night before & my door wasn't opening. The person on the other end of the phone noted my information & took my address & then offered me a same day appointment that afternoon!!! He explained the service fee & that the technican would call me before any work was done to approve it & the cost & that he would call me before he got to my house. The technican was there when he was expected to be & after speaking with my husband he did the repairs as needed & fixed the door. I also received an email of the repairs done & the payment. Everything was great!!

Justin Cooney, Precision Technician, made a thorough inspection of the garage door and provided options for the work including estimates. He thoroughly answered all my questions which immensely helped my decision on what work to perform. Justin was friendly and performed a super job in making the repairs - a true expert and professional in this trade. The payment amount was reasonable and I liked Precision's limited 10-year warranty of the work. All-in-all a great experience. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

I went with precision garage door service because I've heard the name before unlike some of the other companies that were listed. The technician was right on time was very helpful explaining what was going on with my garage door. He gave me the best package for my situation. I was a little surprised that itnwas completely affordable. He was very professional but also really cool. After he completed the job we had a couple laughs and my dog fell in love with him.

Justin called and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule which was wonderful! He ran a diagnostic and explained all our options and costs. He then installed a new opener for us, new springs and replaced rollers. He was very thorough and even programmed our outside key panel for us, He explained to us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions. Absolutely best service ever. Garage door broke on a Saturday morning and chatted live with Jessica. She was very responsive and provided two same day appointment options. Chad Lahue came out that afternoon. Chad performed a complete assessment, explained everything clearly and provided repair options. Complete overhaul of garage door (springs, bearings, cables) was done in about 90 minutes. Professional and courteous. No pressure sales. Lifetime warranty. Several years ago Precision Door Service installed a new motor for the existing garage door and today they did a tune up. The technician, Henry Storm, was the 5 star rating!
