I called Precision two weeks ago to book an estimate for new garage door openers. I placed my call at 9 am and was told that someone would be stopping by to take a look at10! Not only did Ryan and Jerry show up at 10, they actually had four options to choose from in their truck and offered to install my choice that very day! The price was exactly what I anticipated. The guys were pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. They didn’t pressure me into buying something with bells and whistles I didn’t want or need. They were her about 2 or 3 hours and when they were finished, left no debris behind at all. I can’t give a 10 star rating because it doesn’t go up that far, but if it did, Precision, Ryan and Jerry would certainly get that rating from me! Thank you for your stellar service! I absolutely love my new openers!

Dakota (Cody) Anderson was very professional and courteous. He arrived well within the time frame and worked with alacrity. Mr. Anderson gave me 3 options and explained their pros and cons. I picked the mid option (replacing springs, cables, rollers, bearings with a 10-year warranty). My garage door was up running as well as new in an hour and a half. I am very happy with the service and results.

These guys are THE best. There was a problem with the custom color from the manufacturer (not Precision’s fault). Chad and Rick knocked themselves out fixing the issue. Especially Rick (who made multiple trips). They weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied. Let me just say - I couldn’t be happier. The door looks fabulous - the best in the neighborhood. And the garage door opener - quiet? Super quiet. My only regret is that I only have one house! ????

Our experience was fantastic. We were experiencing malfunctions with our noisy old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and within an hour our technician, Chad, was at our house. He was friendly and professional. Chad inspected our garage door and diagnosed the issue we had been having. He offered us three different reasonable options to fit our budget (minor repair, larger repair, and larger repair with replacement of the motor). We opted to replace our garage door motor given its age. Chad quickly and professionally installed the new system which works excellently. The whole process took less than six hours from the initial call to the final inspection of the new system. I could not be more pleased with my experience. First of all years ago I saw your ad on TV. Chad installed my new opener! So I was thrilled. When my remote wasn’t working I waited for a long time to call. I called yesterday and the person who set up my appointment (based on my schedule) I was so impressed! Then I received an email with the picture of who wouldn’t my service person.to add to this Chad called to say he would be early if that was ok. The icing on the cake was that once I did my dissertation on what was wrong, Chad fixed it in a second. He also made sure it all worked and he checked everything out!!! Fantastic! Your website is so easy to use and scheduling with the chat option was a breeze. The repairman arrived early after calling me for that option.
