Justin is another one of our best here at Precision Door. He’s a Pennsylvania native, but lived in South Carolina for 8 years, sharing his multifaceted expertise across multiple regions. He came to us as an already seasoned tradesman after working as an Industrial Mechanical Contractor since 2013. Justin’s abilities in the field come naturally due to his passion for what he does. The diversity that each day brings and his ability to meet new people at each home keeps every moment of his job new and exciting. Justin would like to specifically note how thankful he is for his amazing wife Danae and son James who are always by his side. I selected your Company by researching online and looking at Reviews. As I told your technician, I was very impressed with the easiness of scheduling an appointment online and the availability of the appointments (next day service). Our garage door was completely down, wouldn't go up, Torsion Spring broke in half. Our technician was Justin. He was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He inspected all working parts of the operation of the door and gave us several options in repairing and replacing other parts that showed wear. We decided to take last option, which pretty much replaced all working parts of the door and is very quiet when in operation. Before, all the neighbors on our street knew when we were leaving home. lol

I haven't used a Garage Door repair service before and came across Precision online. From the scheduling process, appointment confirmations, work being done, etc. - the entire experience was outstanding. The technician I worked with was Justin - very professional, was very clear on updates needed and options available, and conducted great work within an hour. It can be difficult to find a company that has outstanding services throughout the entire project - I found that with Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment for a garage door repair. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, we talked and then I decided to get a new door, this was Monday. He called the office and they said they could install it on Thursday and would call me to setup a time to install. I had to call them and now they don't have my standard door in stock so I have to wait 2 weeks for a new door

I was very pleased with the service I received from making the appointment to the actual service completed by the technician. I realized the door wasn't working correctly at 8 PM on Thursday night. I saw the advertisement that the company is available 24/7. I called and expected an answering machine, but I got a real, friendly voice. I was told they could have a technician there the very next day, even though snow was expected. I indicated that for everyone's safety and since it wasn't an emergency I could wait an extra day which was a Saturday. I had multiple times slots available. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, prepared several options for the repair, discussed them, and went right to work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My compliments to all I was involved with and will highly recommend to anyone needing their garage door repairs,

My experience with Precision was Great. The 2 service men were very efficient, courteous and professional at their job and very nice to deal with. I had them do more than originally had asked for. I opened the garage door this morning to find that there were suddenly cables hanging in places they certainly did not belong. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Precision for help. Justin was at our home by noon, and repairs were completed by 2. He did a complete inspection, showed us exactly what he found, and explained what the options were. At no time did we feel pressured to rush the decision, or that were asking too many questions. We ended up replacing the entire 20 year old spring assembly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Justin from start to finish.

Entire experience was excellent. Called at 7am and technician arrived at 8am. Justin was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. Replaced the rollers, springs, bearings, ect, and installed a new opener in a very short time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
