Justin is another one of our best here at Precision Door. He’s a Pennsylvania native, but lived in South Carolina for 8 years, sharing his multifaceted expertise across multiple regions. He came to us as an already seasoned tradesman after working as an Industrial Mechanical Contractor since 2013. Justin’s abilities in the field come naturally due to his passion for what he does. The diversity that each day brings and his ability to meet new people at each home keeps every moment of his job new and exciting. Justin would like to specifically note how thankful he is for his amazing wife Danae and son James who are always by his side. After not being able to get a timely response to our garage door problem from other local York garage door companies , Precision stepped up to the task the same day. All work to the garage door was complete in under 2 hours! And Precision arrived with all the parts needed to make repairs - no waiting to order parts. Justin Cooney, Precision Technician, made a thorough inspection of the garage door and provided options for the work including estimates. He thoroughly answered all my questions which immensely helped my decision on what work to perform. Justin was friendly and performed a super job in making the repairs - a true expert and professional in this trade. The payment amount was reasonable and I liked Precision's limited 10-year warranty of the work. All-in-all a great experience. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

Justin called and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule which was wonderful! He ran a diagnostic and explained all our options and costs. He then installed a new opener for us, new springs and replaced rollers. He was very thorough and even programmed our outside key panel for us, He explained to us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions. He did an excellent job and met all our expectations of great service! We would highly recommend Justin and Precision Door Service.

Fast same day service. Original garage door openers from 2003 were giving us some issues. Techs provided a walk through and demonstrated the issue(s) we were experiencing. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Parts were readily available on their truck when they showed up onsite and made the decision very easy to replace both openers. They helped w/ programming and a walkthrough on how the new openers function. I would highly recommend!

Replaced old door opener motor & wall pad and outside keypad with one I supplied, removed old fashioned springs with a completely new torsion spring system in short order. Great company overall. Next day availability. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond helpful navigating the unknown. Precision offered next day service after placing a call to them at 7pm the night before our appointment. The garage door opener replacement and repair or our worn out components exceeded all expectations. Our new system was up and running in less than 2 hours and Justin took the time to set up every minute detail down to programming the keypad and explained everything we needed to know to operate our new garage door opener. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair/replacement. This company has your back with their extended free of charge warranty and a hotline available to call if any problems were to arise.

Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!
