Precision door did an excellent job repairing the broken spring in my garage door this was the second time that I had precision door out to repair my garage door. I call Precision Door on a Sunday to repair my garage door. To my surprise they answered to phone and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house at 8:30 the next morning. The tech told me that my parts were under warranty and that I only had to pay for labor. The tech was courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again.

Mr. Van Dam, On December 21 I contacted Precision Garage Door Service in order to resolve several problems I was having with my garage door opener. After scheduling the appointment, I was contacted telephonically by one of your technicians Mr. Justin Cooney. Justin advised that he would be arriving at my residence in approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival Justin performed a thorough inspection of my unit and took the time to explain the problems he found. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and in fact, I purchased a brand new unit. Justin made the entire experience a pleasure. As a retired Federal Government employee who worked in customer service, I know and appreciate excellent customer service. Fantastic service,We called the office at 10:30 AM Nick answered our call and told us he had Justin in the area. We set up a time of 2- 4 PM for the repairs . Justin called at 1:40 and told us he was 20 minutes away. He inspected the door and gave us several options for the repairs needed. Justin was very courteous and helpful. Justin completed the repairs in a very clean and timely manner. We are very satisfied and will recommend Precision Door to folks in the future .

I selected your Company by researching online and looking at Reviews. As I told your technician, I was very impressed with the easiness of scheduling an appointment online and the availability of the appointments (next day service). Our garage door was completely down, wouldn't go up, Torsion Spring broke in half. Our technician was Justin. He was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He inspected all working parts of the operation of the door and gave us several options in repairing and replacing other parts that showed wear. We decided to take last option, which pretty much replaced all working parts of the door and is very quiet when in operation. Before, all the neighbors on our street knew when we were leaving home. lol
