Justin is another one of our best here at Precision Door. He’s a Pennsylvania native, but lived in South Carolina for 8 years, sharing his multifaceted expertise across multiple regions. He came to us as an already seasoned tradesman after working as an Industrial Mechanical Contractor since 2013. Justin’s abilities in the field come naturally due to his passion for what he does. The diversity that each day brings and his ability to meet new people at each home keeps every moment of his job new and exciting. Justin would like to specifically note how thankful he is for his amazing wife Danae and son James who are always by his side. Very happy with responsiveness and service. I called first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment, and within 2 hours, Jason was at my home fixing the broken spring. He was excellent in evaluating the garage door system, explaining what needed to be done versus what could wait, and did a great job with the repair. Highly recommend Precision and Jason.

Had an issue with my garage door opening. This was at night. I called Precision and set up an appointment for the next morning. Justin came over and diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. No pressure at all. The problem was fixed quickly and without any issues. We had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Justin called at 7:36, introduced himself and said he was 1/2 hour away. He immediately diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of future problems, explained all the options and gave me a price on all of those options. The decisions were left up to me with no pressure. He finished the job in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

Justin and Chad responded to a call placed re "broken torsion springs" the very next day. These 2 gentleman presented very professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, with impeccable manners, and most informative on how to repair my problem. Their explanation was simple to understand, yet very concise re their terminology. They willingly answered my questions and helped me make an informed decision re the needed repairs. Once completed, they reviewed the work order, again answered any questions, and thusly made this "garage door experience" a pleasant one. Expectations were exceeded! So a spring on my long-neglected garage door broke and took some pulleys and stuff with it, so I called Precision Garage Door Service Central PA. Smart move. I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes. When he arrived, he was pleasant, courteous, and professional as he explained which repairs were necessary; which ones I could safely delay; and what would be my total price for each option. Then he went to work. When I turned around, he was finished, and when he presented me with my invoice, it was for less than I'd expected, when I'd initially called. I'm completely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. And Justin.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to find out when I could have my garage door opener checked. Within an hour and a half the technician was at my home. The technician checked the unit the thoroughly explained what was wrong and what would need replaced,which was the entire garage door opener. This was expected as the original was 30 years old. The technician replaced the garage door opener and thoroughly and understandably explained how to use our new unit. Justin was professional and very polite. The cost for installation and the new opener was most reasonable. Highly recommend Precision over head garage door service.

My technician was Justin Cooney. What a kind & genuine person he is. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer every question in great detail. I felt that he was honest & sincere with his opinions of what needed to be done & what could wait. The average technician today for any type of repairs is usually a trained ‘sales’ person. Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the service options and completed the work in a timely manner. A few days after, there was a problem, but he came right back out and took care of it. Cost seems a bit high compared to other companies, but the quality of service and parts is worth it.

Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!

Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.

What can I say Justin Cooney Did an amazing job. Very professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! Went just thinking the spring needed replaced to finding out the garage door motor blew and needed a new one installed. Thumbs up????????
