Justin is another one of our best here at Precision Door. He’s a Pennsylvania native, but lived in South Carolina for 8 years, sharing his multifaceted expertise across multiple regions. He came to us as an already seasoned tradesman after working as an Industrial Mechanical Contractor since 2013. Justin’s abilities in the field come naturally due to his passion for what he does. The diversity that each day brings and his ability to meet new people at each home keeps every moment of his job new and exciting. Justin would like to specifically note how thankful he is for his amazing wife Danae and son James who are always by his side. If he is not fixing your garage door, you can find him in the great outdoors and spending time with family. Justin cannot wait to show you the quality service you deserve.

Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the service options and completed the work in a timely manner. A few days after, there was a problem, but he came right back out and took care of it. Cost seems a bit high compared to other companies, but the quality of service and parts is worth it.

Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!

Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.

The motor on our 30 year old garage door opener finally quit working. Within one day, a technician (Justin Cooney) gave us a thorough evaluation of the scope of work, provided options and price points, and gave us time to make a decision. Justin was able to complete all the work on the spot. He was professional, efficient, and had a polite and friendly nature as well. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Next day prompt service was just what I needed. Justin called as he was on his way to my house. Justin was on time, very polite and courteous. Justin explained everything in great detail. Justin gave me 2 options to choose from for my repairs. Justin was very fast and efficient in his timely repair of my garage door. He was also very neat and clean in my garage. After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.

My technician was Justin Cooney. What a kind & genuine person he is. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer every question in great detail. I felt that he was honest & sincere with his opinions of what needed to be done & what could wait. The average technician today for any type of repairs is usually a trained ‘sales’ person. Never felt that he was pushing me into something not necessary. For me that was a pleasant surprise!! Definitely NOT an average tech. Great job Justin! Thank you so much!! ????
