We had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Justin called at 7:36, introduced himself and said he was 1/2 hour away. He immediately diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of future problems, explained all the options and gave me a price on all of those options. The decisions were left up to me with no pressure. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to find out when I could have my garage door opener checked. Within an hour and a half the technician was at my home. The technician checked the unit the thoroughly explained what was wrong and what would need replaced,which was the entire garage door opener. This was expected as the original was 30 years old. Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!

Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
