Brandyn did a good job. I was surprised that my bill for the motor to the opener was $795.00. When he and I had talked about which motor to buy I told him the $595 was fine, I didn't need it super quiet one. The bill came through e-mail he did not show it to me just gave me the total so I don't know if the extra $200 was for labor or the motor. I think the motor as it is the warranty he discussed. I had coupons for Precision plus my neighbor highly recommended Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door is old and hasnt been serviced in a LONG time. It finally snapped on Labor Day and Precision sent someone out next morning. Josh came out and was extremely professional. Did a safety inspection and gave gave me 2 options he felt were more viable for me. I chose and he had it all done within an hour. Simply amazing! My Garage Door was having problems for the past year. It finally broke down on a Wednesday night, I contacted Precision after looking around on the web, they seemed to have locations everywhere, The reviews I read were good. They were scheduled to come out the same day I contacted them. Blake Fischer was repairman who came out very professional, he explained the 3 options after inspecting my 15 year Garage door opener. He had the parts already in the Van and explained how long it would take him to replace the opener, and other parts. He was efficient and friendly. He explained how the new system worked. What A Difference! I would recommend them for your next job. I think as a company you let home owners know to check website for coupons on the day of service?

I call Precision - these guys are great based on the following. 1) Time to book appointment and availability of appointment was easy and quick. 2) Update from technician who came early was appreciated. 3) Dalton the technician explained everything well and gave me quick fix or full fix options. This morning, I could not open the garage door as it made a terrible noise and would only open part way. I called Precision immediately as Precision worked on our garage door back in 2021. The response was quick with Blake Fischer as the Technician and it turned out to be an Ice Breaker tool got accidently lodged between the track and garage door and there was no damage. However, Blake gave us two options that he could do to improve the function of our garage door or we could just leave it as is as there was no apparent damage. We opted to have the garage door parts lubricated and since the motor was 17 years old, we opted to have that replaced. Now the garage door closes much quieter, more smoothly and no longer thumps when it touches the garage floor. We are very pleased. Blake was professional, friendly and informative. We will call Precision again if another issue would ever arise. We felt that the fee was reasonable.
