Excellent service. They are a professional organization from Nick who took my call and scheduled my repair order to Chad who showed up on time and had the door springs replaced in no time at all. He then checked and made adjustments to make the door open more smoothly. It took less than 24 hours from my call till the repair was complete.

If you are looking for a good company to replace or repair your garage doors/openers/garage key pad, I HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They arrived when they said they would, neatly dressed and were VERY knowledgeable about their product. Cody and Silas are the reps that installed our doors. When the job was complete, they explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Love my new garage doors!!!

Very happy with the service and the tech that came to do the repairs. Chad Lahue was the tech and he was very professional as well as being willing to explain everything that was wrong and how the problem could be fixed. Chad wasn't pushy as to what I as the customer should do. He gave several options explaining each and left the choice tome the customer . I would recommend Precision Door to family.and friends. Our garage door spring mechanism broke so we checked online. The reviews for Precision Door were what convinced us. I called and they had someone here that afternoon. Kenny was the technician and he did an awesome job. He was polite, knowledgeable and listed three prices, depending on what we wanted to have done. He did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. I would not hesitate to call Precision Door if we need anything in the future.

Precision went above and beyond! They called within 10 minute of inquiring on their website and had a service tech (Denny) out the next business day! Denny was super polite and informative and gave us different options for fixing our garage door. We decided to replace the opener and the springs he had it switched out super fast and explained to us how everything worked! Also his boss saved him some time by picking up the new opener and dropping it off at our house while Denny installed the other parts. Thought that was pretty cool, you dont see that very often! Would definitely recommend!

I did not like that Dan Madison entered my attached garage first without first knocking on my door to introduce himself ! I only knew of his arrival after hearing of noise in the garage ! Very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I will be sure to include this to whomever inquiries of the work that was done by Precision.

Hi Rose, We are very sorry we left you with this impression. Usually when the garage door is open, our technicians will meet our customers in the garage as opposed to the front door. I spoke with Dan about this, he mentioned to me, that he had to knock on the garage man door twice for you to answer. That may have been the noise you could have been hearing. Either way, we understand that entering through the garage instead of the front door made you feel uncomfortable. Dan had also mentioned to me that you had confronted him about this already, and by the time he left, he was under the impression that you and him were doing rather well.
