Chad is our Field Manager here at PDS and in your first encounter with him, you will understand why. Not only is he the man who does it all, he can execute the tasks associated with each of his titles at a level of professionalism that will exceed your expectations. It is no wonder that he has been with the company since we first opened in 2019. To him, fixing your garage door is not just a job; it’s his way of serving the community. Previous to his start at PDS, he had been in professional carpentry for several years. With each job he completes, he cannot wait to see the smile on the customer’s face when they get to see their new and improved door. When Chad is not making customer’s smile, he is spending time with his wife and daughters, playing disc golf, working on his card collection, going on vacation and taking long walks on the beach with his family. Chad wants you to know that he is down to earth and excited to work together with you to find the solution that suits your family best! Chad’s favorite joke: “What do you call a sad berry? …A blueberry.”

Discovered a broken spring around 10 pm I was able to make an appointment online for the next afternoon The technicians were on time and able to replace the springs in about half an hour plus check the other components of my garage door for any issues. I was very pleased with the service and being able to make an appointment late at night was a plus I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them in the future for any garage door repair or replacement

I had a problem with my garage door opener. You could just hear the motor run when you pushed it but the door would not open. This happened on a Friday afternoon. When I called for appt, I was given the first appt on Monday. (I could still manually open and close the door in the meantime.) The techs came and the door opener worked right away. They tried it several times and it continued working but they felt the motor was starting to go. Because I was just starting to recover from major surgery, they offered to send me quotes about the costs for new motors so I could make a decision on that when it stopped working again or at my convenience. Excellent service and very professional.

Our experience was fantastic. We were experiencing malfunctions with our noisy old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and within an hour our technician, Chad, was at our house. He was friendly and professional. Chad inspected our garage door and diagnosed the issue we had been having. He offered us three different reasonable options to fit our budget (minor repair, larger repair, and larger repair with replacement of the motor). We opted to replace our garage door motor given its age. Chad quickly and professionally installed the new system which works excellently. The whole process took less than six hours from the initial call to the final inspection of the new system. I could not be more pleased with my experience. First of all years ago I saw your ad on TV. Chad installed my new opener! So I was thrilled. When my remote wasn’t working I waited for a long time to call. I called yesterday and the person who set up my appointment (based on my schedule) I was so impressed! Then I received an email with the picture of who wouldn’t my service person.to add to this Chad called to say he would be early if that was ok. The icing on the cake was that once I did my dissertation on what was wrong, Chad fixed it in a second. He also made sure it all worked and he checked everything out!!! Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

The light in the garage door opener had gone out. Being a senior citizen, I called to see if Precision would replace the bulb. They were quick in their response. Chad did an inspection of everything and advised what areas were starting to be deficient.
