Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

Absolutely best service ever. Garage door broke on a Saturday morning and chatted live with Jessica. She was very responsive and provided two same day appointment options. I called Precision Door at 8AM on Monday morning. A friendly person answered my call and quickly scheduled a service person to look at my garage door at noon the same day. I received a confirmation email and the service person (Chad) called me to confirm 20 minutes before his arrival. Chad was professional and polite. He diagnosed and repaired my door. I called Precision because of their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. I needed a new seal on the bottom of my door and they came the same day I called but not only that they came prepared with new stripping and did the job right away. Chad was so polite and thorough. I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

A surprisingly positive experience! My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have much hope we'd find a service company with integrity and honesty, but we were fortunate and thrilled to find Precision! We reached out to several firms but from the initial phone call to the technician's visit, Precision's communication was clear and easily understandable. The assessment was done the same day we called and the technician gave us three options! No high pressure threats that our safety was at risk or the door was going to fall of the hinges if we didn't act right away with the highest price option. He was transparent about the pro's and con's of the options and made it easy for us to select the right choice for us. A WONDERFUL experience all around!!
