Chad is our Field Manager here at PDS and in your first encounter with him, you will understand why. Not only is he the man who does it all, he can execute the tasks associated with each of his titles at a level of professionalism that will exceed your expectations. It is no wonder that he has been with the company since we first opened in 2019. To him, fixing your garage door is not just a job; it’s his way of serving the community. Previous to his start at PDS, he had been in professional carpentry for several years. With each job he completes, he cannot wait to see the smile on the customer’s face when they get to see their new and improved door. When Chad is not making customer’s smile, he is spending time with his wife and daughters, playing disc golf, working on his card collection, going on vacation and taking long walks on the beach with his family. Chad wants you to know that he is down to earth and excited to work together with you to find the solution that suits your family best! Chad’s favorite joke: “What do you call a sad berry? …A blueberry.”

Chad Lahue and Ryan Forsythe did a great job installing a new opener. They were very easy to talk to. We ordered a new garage door and I asked Chad to come back when it is installed if he could. Chad recently did some work for my best friend Jim Rimmey , who has now passed away. In talking to Jim's wife Sandy she mentioned that Precision sent her flowers and they were beautiful. I called Precision because of their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

A surprisingly positive experience! My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have much hope we'd find a service company with integrity and honesty, but we were fortunate and thrilled to find Precision! We reached out to several firms but from the initial phone call to the technician's visit, Precision's communication was clear and easily understandable. The assessment was done the same day we called and the technician gave us three options! No high pressure threats that our safety was at risk or the door was going to fall of the hinges if we didn't act right away with the highest price option. He was transparent about the pro's and con's of the options and made it easy for us to select the right choice for us. A WONDERFUL experience all around!!

On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!

I called Precision Door at 8AM on Monday morning. A friendly person answered my call and quickly scheduled a service person to look at my garage door at noon the same day. I received a confirmation email and the service person (Chad) called me to confirm 20 minutes before his arrival. Chad was professional and polite. He diagnosed and repaired my door. He also performed maintenance on my second door during his visit. Both doors are operating like new. I highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs. Dave S.
