Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.

I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!

Excellent service. They are a professional organization from Nick who took my call and scheduled my repair order to Chad who showed up on time and had the door springs replaced in no time at all. He then checked and made adjustments to make the door open more smoothly. It took less than 24 hours from my call till the repair was complete.

I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. It's true what they say about first impressions...I called three garage door service companies....one started by insulting my current brand of garage door opener calling it junk (even if it is, you never start out by insulting your customer's choices!)....another simply ran through a long list of pricing...but Nick was professional, friendly, thanked me for calling, explained they have a fully stocked truck and provide a 25 pt safety inspection included in the $79 flat rate fee for coming out. Plus they are available 24 hours and there was no wait time! My husband met Chad at the site and was very pleased with his service and capability. Wish there were more service companies out there like yours!!

Garage door spring broke late afternoon. Called at 4pm and had a technician at the house by Noon the next day. I chose to replace bearings, drums, rollers, and add a second spring that the builder should have added, but cheaped out on. Chad balanced the door so now the motor barely has to pull to open the door. Fast service, great representative for Precision Door Service.
