Chad is our Field Manager here at PDS and in your first encounter with him, you will understand why. Not only is he the man who does it all, he can execute the tasks associated with each of his titles at a level of professionalism that will exceed your expectations. It is no wonder that he has been with the company since we first opened in 2019. To him, fixing your garage door is not just a job; it’s his way of serving the community. Previous to his start at PDS, he had been in professional carpentry for several years. With each job he completes, he cannot wait to see the smile on the customer’s face when they get to see their new and improved door. When Chad is not making customer’s smile, he is spending time with his wife and daughters, playing disc golf, working on his card collection, going on vacation and taking long walks on the beach with his family. Chad wants you to know that he is down to earth and excited to work together with you to find the solution that suits your family best! Chad’s favorite joke: “What do you call a sad berry? …A blueberry.”

Excellent service. They are a professional organization from Nick who took my call and scheduled my repair order to Chad who showed up on time and had the door springs replaced in no time at all. He then checked and made adjustments to make the door open more smoothly. It took less than 24 hours from my call till the repair was complete.

I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. Chad was kind, friendly, and very thorough in everything he explained and showed us. He gave us three options, just the broken spring repair, to servicing and replacing most the old system that came with my home purchased 3 years ago without any pressure. Highly recommend.

It's true what they say about first impressions...I called three garage door service companies....one started by insulting my current brand of garage door opener calling it junk (even if it is, you never start out by insulting your customer's choices!)....another simply ran through a long list of pricing...but Nick was professional, friendly, thanked me for calling, explained they have a fully stocked truck and provide a 25 pt safety inspection included in the $79 flat rate fee for coming out. Plus they are available 24 hours and there was no wait time! My husband met Chad at the site and was very pleased with his service and capability. Wish there were more service companies out there like yours!!

I watch the commercial on 27 ABC. It is a nice company. I just use Precision and everyone did a great job doing the repair. Very honest Chad Lahue explained to me the three option on what he could repair. I was very happy. Chad had a nice assistance with him and that man was very nice as well. Thank you for the repairs. Garage door spring broke late afternoon. Called at 4pm and had a technician at the house by Noon the next day. I chose to replace bearings, drums, rollers, and add a second spring that the builder should have added, but cheaped out on. Chad balanced the door so now the motor barely has to pull to open the door. Fast service, great representative for Precision Door Service.

Today’s service call was my first experience with your company, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Chad was outstanding. He arrived on schedule and quickly identified the issues with my door and opener. He provided a thorough explanation of the solutions and answered all of my questions. There was a significant amount of work involved, but he was finished in what seemed like no time at all. I appreciated being able to schedule the servicing so soon (appointments were available the same day I called, but I needed some time to clear enough space!). I was relieved that all of the work could be done on the spot so I could stop worrying about the door. Chad arrived in time as expected. He checked the entire system for wear and tear and have me a detailed account. After hearing about my options, and because of the age of my current opener, I opted for a replacement. Chad worked efficiently and soon had the unit installed. He explained the system and asked if I had questions. I'm very satisfied with the new system.
