Randy did an excellent job of explaining the process required before even starting. He was open to explain how things work in detail. After job completed he went over how to use the openers and how to maintain them in the coming years. Highly recomended!!

Your rep gave us a price of$1200 to replace the frame of our garage door. He said approximately 2 weeks we would hear something. We charged $600 for the work to be done. That was on 26 March. That was 18 days ago and have not heard anything since. Any idea when your company will start the work? Lou Swentek

The repair was completed quickly, and everything is working smoothly now. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Garage door spring broke. The opener was always really loud. I saw your ads on TV, so I called Precision. This happened late Saturday. I got scheduled for 1st thing on Monday. I was sent a notice on my laptop and my phone confirming the time and date. They even sent me a picture of the tech that would show up. I wasn’t expecting that. Very reassuring. Dalton, the tech, called and told us when he would be here. He showed up right on time. He checked out everything, and gave us several options. No pressure. We picked out what we thought was best. 2 hours later he was done. He showed us how to operate everything. Dalton is definitely a people person. Very friendly. Strangest thing happened. 5 minutes after Dalton started, a Precision ad was on the TV. To our surprise, Dalton was in the ad. It was as if it was a sign we were doing the right thing. We got new springs, openers, cables and rollers. Can’t say enough good things about Dalton. If your other techs are like him, your company is in good hands. I will tell all my friends about your company. Thanks a lot.

Our garage door was making an unusual sound when it was going up and/or down. It had always been so quiet. I called yesterday morning and was very pleased to be able to have an appointment yesterday afternoon. Cody called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it rather quickly. He was a friendly guy whom I was happy to meet and we are very happy with the job he did. Richard Hoffman

Found the company doing a search for local vendors on google. This was a second quote, as I was not satisfied with the first company’s service.

As a first time customer with Precision Door (or with any garage door repair service) my husband & I were very pleased with service. From ease of online scheduling. Timely service. Communication about arrival time. Explanation, diagnosis & options available for repairs - very thorough & no heavy pressure on what plan of action to choose. Our repair person was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. Had the work completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you to Andonia B. Would recommend this company to friends!

The technician, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and transparent on the options and costs up front. He was very thorough on his inspection and didn't pressure us to make one decision over another. He worked efficiently and quickly troubleshooted a last-minute issue. We've used Precision before on another home and would highly recommend their garage door replacement and garage door opener replacement services.
