He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous. Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Making the appointment was easy and online. The tech called prior to my appointment to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived there was no hard sale pressure, he ran down the options and let me pick what I wanted. He was very polite, installed everything & cleaned up in about 1.5/hrs. I was charged exactly what he had quoted.

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! Justin was still the efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working fellow I remembered. I knew he would fix the problem, which turned out to be a weakening battery. It was replaced and is working perfectly again. He also checked the. other garage door opener with my approval and that one is still strong. he also explained everything he was.
