I was amazed that Precision Garage Door was able to respond to my Garage door issue on short notice, same day service! Technician Celeb was very courteous, knowledgable, friendly and professional. He correctly diagnosed my situation and prepared reasonably priced offers for me to review. His work ethic was very strong and he completed the project timely. The parts used were sturdy. Definitely a professional job all in. Totally happy with the work and I highly recommend!

I had used Precision a few years ago. I was totally impressed with the service and job done today. Yes, you met my expectations. I could have had same day service when I called but chose to do the next day. Brayden was very professional and courteous and so easy to work with. He explained everything to me and went over everything when the job was done. The quality of his work was superb, and he even checked for fingerprints maybe left behind on the door before he was gone, I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them. Highly recommend! My garage door broke on a Wednesday. I easily scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician that came (Steve Davis) was very knowledgable. He determined that I needed a new motor, which is what we figured was the issue. While discussing the different options, we asked if he could also replace the motor on our second garage door because it was just as old. He said absolutely, and did both doors that day. He replaced both motors, installed new belt drives, and installed a keypad opener outside. We could not be more happy with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Josh in July 2025 and were extremely pleased with the work done and the results. When I called Steven to schedule the appointment, he was extremely accommodating in getting us on the schedule immediately because the spring had broken and the door would not open. When Josh arrived, he did a thorough safety inspection, explained his findings and made suggestions for repairs and possible upgrades. Since we had intended to replace the noisy old chain drive opener anyway, we decided to upgrade now. What an amazing difference! Despite the heat and humidity, Josh worked hard to complete all repairs, install the new opener and explain the work he had done and operating instructions. 5-star!

This could have been a very different review. I have an email from Jeremy confirming my 10am appt for August 1st. When no one was there at 10:15, I called. I spoke with Steven who was amazing! He found a technician that could be at the home by 11am. You see, I purchased my home yesterday and am not living there yet so this could have been a major inconvenience. Ryan was the technician who performed the work and was also amazing! I am so impressed how these two gentleman turned a bad experience into a great one! Very, very happy with my finished product!

Ryan was a very polite and courteous technician. He explained the work he was quoting me that he wanted to do to fix my broken torquemaster spring. I did think that the price he quoted was quite high, but I decided to go with his fix anyway. He completed the work in a timely manner, lubed my rollers, and the door works very well again.

This service was at my mother's residence. Ty was the service representative who came and went over the door which was in question. He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous.
