My husband and I are extremely pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, and personable the estimator, Zack Yost was as well as the installer, Zachary Stephens. I had told our neighbor across the street from us that I had the estimator coming and Zack spoke with her the same day. We love our new garage doors! Henry was out this morning 5/4/24 tune up on my garage door, very friendly, helpful, personal with the customer. He did a very good job on the door, had to replace a bracket and serviced the door.

Not much confidence in the service guy we had. Told us we needed the springs replaced as the ones we had were too big. Having 2nd thoughts on having him do the replacements and paid over $600 dollars . He couldn’t figure out the garage door opener and said we should replace that as well. We did not. . Will not use Precision the future.

Josh Finkbeiner did a great job installing a new opener for my garage! He was thoughtful in explaining the options available and providing me with a price before doing the work. When the opener was installed, he explained operation and even programmed the button in my car to operate the opener. I’d recommend Josh for any servicing needs!

Your rep was very helpful, unfortunately, he could not find a remote that was compatible with my existing opener since it was installed in 1992. He did go over some options if I decided to purchase a new system. All I really need at this time is 2 new remotes, since I only have one and I am not really having problems with my garage door opener itself. I will wait and see if I decide to purchase a whole new system.

I am super impressed with Precision Door Service for their customer service. I had a very easy and comfortable experience. The professionalism on the phone was perfect, they got right to the point and figured out what I needed. They had my issue taken care of in less than 24 hours. This was something I did not expect. My technician named Cody showed up at the exact time he said he would. He had a professional appearance and was very personable. He explained everything he was going to do in plain English and made it easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Garage door works better than new. New cables, springs, rollers and bearings. Parts were of better quality than original. Mr Dakota did an excellent job. Thank you young man.
