Everything about getting our garage door fix was informative and professional. Randy asked about the issue with the garage door and then went to troubleshooting the problem right away. Explained the opener failure and what options were needed to fix. Great work! Thanks....

We booked a large job with Precision Garage Door. We needed two garage springs replaced, two motors along with new rollers for the doors. Kody Anderson was the technician that showed up. Kody was able to replace everything in record time. What a professional he was. He programmed the remotes and walked us through the correct operation of everything. I highly recommend Kody to anyone who wants the job done correctly the first time. A great asset to Precision Garage Door !!!!

I have seen your ads on tv. So when I needed help, I went to Angie's and when your team popped up, I selected Precision. The team that came out, Justin, (unfortunately I do not remember his associate) both were very professional and knowledgeable. However they respected me and our home.

When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. He was there for almost 5 hours. He showed us all that was done, explained the warranty and even said we could call him if needed. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ty arrived early and I explained the issue with garage remotes and keypad. He checked the old motor and remotes and quickly discussed the age of the motor, which was quite old. Worked up cost of new motor and bearings and explained the process in detail. Decided to put new motor in and he got to work. When finished he explained remotes and keypad along with things to look out for - light at bottom. I was ecstatic the new motor was so quiet I barely realized it was working. Very impressed with his attention to detail and cleanup. Great personality. Thanks for sending him.

We cannot say enough about Josh and Precision! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment—literally online. Josh called about 45 minutes before arriving at our house to let us know he was finishing up another job and would be on his way. Once he arrived, he did a full safety inspection and replaced everything we expected would need to be fixed. He worked quickly and kept us informed about everything he was doing, as well as what to expect once the job was complete. We will definitely recommend Precision and Josh to anyone!

My garage door spring broke & the door was stuck down. My phone call was answered by a live person, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. The technician was respectful & knowledgeable, he showed me what repairs were necessary & some items that could be done now if I wanted. The entire process was seamless, I would recommend for garage door issues.

Excellent service! I asked for an inspection of my garage door and opener, routine maintenance service and an estimate for any required repairs. The technician, Shane, was on time, gave me an easily understood explanation of my system and inspection results, answered my questions thoroughly and provided service options and a recommendation. He quickly performed the routine maintenance service and provided his recommendation for future user maintenance and professional service intervals. I had exactly what I needed done at reasonable cost without any pressure to purchase additional services. Totally professional experience from beginning to end. No need for anyone to look elsewhere for a garage door service company -- Go with Precision Garage Door Services!

Our sales person, Jeremy Mayer was very knowledgeable about the products that are available. He was down to earth and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want. I have a bad shoulder so he offered to have the garage door opener installed before the door arrives. Your prices are very comparable to the other estimates we received. The reason we chose Precision was definitely because of Jeremy.
