My garage door spring broke last night. I saw the tv commercial for Precision last night which helped me decide who to contact. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Ken was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained my options which helped me make a decision. Thank you for a job well done!

We highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage issue you may have. We have seen their TV commercial numerous times and gave them a call when one of our doors wouldn't close. When they say on their commercial that they come out quickly and do same day service, that is absolutely true. Our technician Justin Cooney was on time - early even - and was so professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a fun, easy-going personality. He gave everything a thorough check and in the end, we were able to address a number of issues that needed attention. He had everything that he needed in his truck to get the job done that day, and we now have new, high quality equipment that will make our doors last for a long time to come, without needing to replace the doors themselves. It is a significant difference. And - just like in the commercial :) - they run so quietly now. We could not have had a better experience with this company from beginning to end and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're having an issue, call them. They will exceed expectations.

We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. I will recommend Precision to others!

We contacted Precision because our middle garage door was wobbling and shaking itself almost off its tracks. I also asked the to come estimate replacing all our doors with new high lift doors. Steve our tech was great. He rapidly fixed our middle door by replacing a couple of pulleys and re cabling the door lists. It’s working well. He was also very helpful in estimating a couple of new door and system options and we can wait to get them installed soon. I’ll review them again at that time but for now I’m optimistic. Thanks all.

When one hears “no cost, no obligation” the antenna go up. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. He found credible issues and provided options. It wasn’t cheap but neither was the work. Call Precision if you want one of the most important curb appeal features of your home both appealing and functional!

I called at noon and had a service tech at my house at 3:15 same day. Taylor was professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to show me what he was going to repair and gave me some options. He clearly explained what the problem was and gave me several different options for the repair rather than just pushing the most expensive fix. The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.
