Brandyn did a good job. I was surprised that my bill for the motor to the opener was $795.00. When he and I had talked about which motor to buy I told him the $595 was fine, I didn't need it super quiet one. The bill came through e-mail he did not show it to me just gave me the total so I don't know if the extra $200 was for labor or the motor. I think the motor as it is the warranty he discussed. I had two doors replaced over the summer. Both installs were done well. Installers did a great job, especially when having to work in a tight situation. Over the years now, I've had 4 garage doors replaced, all with Precision Garage Doors. Their on-site sales reps have always been very good and all the different install teams have done great work. I needed a new spring. Neo, the Precision employee who provided the service, pointed out items with my motor that showed signs of age and weakness. I opted for new springs and a new garage door opener. The service was as advertised. I saw the ad on TV. Then I checked the website, and read reviews, and the profile of the service rep. The whole experience was great. Precision has a focus on customer service that seems to be lacking these days. I will be recommending Precision to anyone who needs garage door services.

Josh was prompt, polite, professional and a pleasure to meet. He explain everything about the garage doors and what was causing the problem. I just can't say enough good things about the job he did and your company. If anyone reads this and are looking for a garage door repairs or installation, save your time, money and get a better job than some other guys. I will always call them if I ever have a problem. I will never use Precision Door again. I had one cable that runs from the drum at the top of the door to the very bottom of the door break. The technician took 20 minutes taking the cover off my garage door opener and trying to convince me that I needed a new opener and multiple other upgrades. He gave me 3 options, and the highest one was over $1500. I explained to him that I just wanted the one cable replaced. He took less than 10 minutes to replace both cables at a price of $364.00, and he charged $169 for the pair. I later found those same cables on multiple websites for $12 a pair. I also found the tension release bars online for $28 a pair. I could have done this job for $40 myself. Do the job yourself or get a price from a different company!

I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.
