Precision came to give me an estimate for a remote, but the system was obsolete. The technician Nia (?) was able to change out the system on the spot, showed us how it worked. He was extremely polite and courteous and wouldn't hesitate to have him back again if needed (hopefully not for awhile)

I am writing to share my positive experience with your company. We had a garage door installed by Precision a year ago, and the entire process from ordering to installation was flawless. Recently, we contacted you regarding a minor issue with the rolling track. I was impressed that an appointment was scheduled for the same day, and I immediately received a text confirmation. Our service representative, Kodey, called when he was 30 minutes away and was very professional throughout the visit. He quickly troubleshot the issue and took the extra time to oil the tracks and perform a routine system check. We are very pleased with his assessment and the quality of his work. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I booked an appointment online to have our garage door fixed. I got a same morning appointment. Received a call from Andonia our technician that he would arrive early if that was ok with us. Which worked great. He came and did an inspection and explained three options to have it fixed. Each option was explained in detail. Once he started they were done very quickly. He explained everything that was done and how to work everything. I am very pleased with the service and professional of Andonia. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I like this company. Timely, efficient and accommodating. Of course it’s expensive to replace a door but they threw in a new motor with it. Thanks!

Technician arrived early, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Spring replacement was completed very quickly. Labor rate was fare. However, was surprised at the high cost of the springs. Hope they are a higher grade than ones I could have purchased by myself on line. Overall, was happy with my experience.

Braedon was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us a couple of different options to consider and quickly took measurements to gather the necessary information for the new doors. The installation team, including Josh and another installer whose name I can't recall, did a great job. They were timely and efficient, clearly demonstrating their expertise. They removed all the waste and answered any questions we had about the new doors.
