Sorry I couldn’t give you a 5 due to a few issues. I understand scheduling, but I feel the job should be completed before moving on to next. I had to clean up after he left, grease on floor & door. I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.

Dalton was pleasant and polite. I was amazed how he did everything by himself. Especially when on the stepladder, balancing motor on his shoulders and attaching the pieces to the ceiling. I would rate Dalton a 10+ and if the rest of your technicians are dedicated like him I would say you have a great team. Also, like when I called, you take care of the customer same day.

Springs on our door broke the same day that Precision happened to be at our neighbor’s house fixing their door. Stopped over when they were down, diagnosed problem and provided pricing within minutes. Fixed within and hour, with no prior appointment. Fast and thorough, fair price. Great experience.

I came home from vacation to a garage door that wouldn't open. I called Precision Garage Door on a Saturday afternoon and they scheduled to come out on a Sunday with no extra charge for it being a Sunday. Not long after I called they called me back and said they had a cancellation for Saturday afternoon. I took it. Ty came to my house and was very polite. He asked questions about my garage door and then came up with 3 estimates. He explained things thoroughly and kept asking if I had any questions. He fixed everything, cleaned up and reviewed what he had done. He was very kind and professional. Would recommend your services to anyone! Now I see why you have great reviews. Brayden Martin was the technician that came to repair our garage door. He explained everything that caused the malfunction and took to the time to go over our options for repair. While he was here we discussed about possibly replacing the garage door. We wanted a fresh new look. He again took the time to explain the options and upgrades that we could get and by the end of it we decided to go ahead and order a new door. Can't wait to see how it will look once it is in! Would highly recommend using them if you need your garage door serviced or replaced.

I had coupons for Precision plus my neighbor highly recommended Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door is old and hasnt been serviced in a LONG time. It finally snapped on Labor Day and Precision sent someone out next morning. Josh came out and was extremely professional. Did a safety inspection and gave gave me 2 options he felt were more viable for me. I chose and he had it all done within an hour. Simply amazing! My garage door has been very clunky, not closing flush to the ground, and reopening itself without fully closing for a while, and getting worse. I called Precision Garage Door Service today. They answered a phone call, sent out a technician, and the repair was performed all today. The service was very courteous and professional. I had the rollers, pulley, cables, and springs all replaced and the door is working like new. Thanks to Dalton and his colleague who performed the repairs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work done!!

Four years ago I had Precision Garage Door come to our house to replace the overhead coils and to install safety cables in the new coils. I was pleased with the professionalism and skills of the technician, and encouraged him to replace numerous parts which had been in place for over 30 years. On August 28, 2025, I had the privilege to meet Jeremy Mayer when he came to our house to assess dents I had caused on our garage door. He examined the damage and asked if I had a particular preference for dealing with the dents. I expressed that I was hoping to avoid purchasing a new door at this time. He explained and showed me very effectively that I could possibly make the repair myself. During the course of assessing the dents, I approached him concerning noises coming from the door when ascending, and he quickly solved the issue with his spray can of "garage door" lubricant, while explaining its unique features. This solution prompted me to inquire whether he had a "fix" for water coming under the garage door in heavy rain. He quickly showed me from his tablet that the Stormshield threshold kit would be the likely solution to this issue. From one good improvement to another without any blatant sales pitch. Jeremy is a great representative for Precison Door.! To deal with these needed changes plus a garage door issue we are responsible for elsewhere in York County, he provided his card with his direct phone number for immediate action when we arrange the timing.

My Garage Door was having problems for the past year. It finally broke down on a Wednesday night, I contacted Precision after looking around on the web, they seemed to have locations everywhere, The reviews I read were good. They were scheduled to come out the same day I contacted them. Blake Fischer was repairman who came out very professional, he explained the 3 options after inspecting my 15 year Garage door opener. He had the parts already in the Van and explained how long it would take him to replace the opener, and other parts. He was efficient and friendly. He explained how the new system worked. What A Difference! I would recommend them for your next job. I think as a company you let home owners know to check website for coupons on the day of service?
