When my older system had a spring failure… the motor struggled to operate… bother were welll used and old. My garage door completely broke and could not even be manually raised. This was a day before and anticipated winter snow event. I called precision who my sister had also used, they called me back immediately. They came within 24 hours (despite the weather)and did a full assessment of my garage door mechanism and opener. Afterwards Ed reviewed his findings and showed me the damage parts. He then reviewed three different proposals to fix my garage. After choosing the best one with the warranty immediately got to work and within 3 hours I had a functioning garage door back. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone okay

At 3 pm on a Monday, had an issue with my door not opening. Had recently seen a few commercials for Precision and their timely service. Called and was scheduled an appointment the following day. Tyler B kept in contact about his arrival time. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection while looking as to why my door wouldn’t open. After consulting with another employee, he identified the problem and had us up and running. Gave a thorough explanation of what the problem was and how it was fixed. Made some recommendations for future consideration. Overall a great experience.

Dalton arrived early and was waiting for me when I got home. He was extremely pleasant and understanding that we had to drive up a hill to get to the barn. He appraised the door and provided me options, including what extra parts and actions could keep the door in good working order. After consult we decided to replace additional parts to improve the doors working life. He completed the working very quickly, explained everything, and even took time to answer a few questions about work I would like done later in my home garage doors. In short, Dalton was great and I am 110% satisfied with him and the company. I was able to get a tech out in approx. 24 hours for what was a very necessary repair.

Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!
