The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Scheduling the repairs was easy, an accurate estimate was provided and they did a great job providing information about the upcoming appointment including a picture of the technician that would be performing the repairs. The technician, Henry, did a thorough inspection. Identified all issues with our garage door and repaired them quickly and completely. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Joshua called to let me know he would be a little late and then called again to let me know he was on his was and when he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly and explained what he was going to check. Then he told me how much each would cost and why he thought it necessary and gave me the option to decline. He answered all my questions politely. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends and would hire them again.

Excellent experience, I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. Getting a same day appointment was easy online. They provided me with a picture and name of the technician before arriving and called before arrival to make sure I was available. They went over my options and answered all of my questions. Entire experience was excellent. Called at 7am and technician arrived at 8am. Justin was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. Replaced the rollers, springs, bearings, ect, and installed a new opener in a very short time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Can’t say enough how excellent the service was today. Blake came to home to inspect our broken garage door spring, noticed several other old and worn equipment, and gave me the option of what I would like serviced. He was able to fix the garage door in less than an hour!!!!!! Additionally, he was very personable and explained everything he would do in layman’s terms. Overall, an excellent experience!!!
