Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.

I highly recommend this company!!! 24/7 service is awesome!!! The technician, Andonia Bennett, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door opener, which was from 1992, went bad. He replaced it with a new opener, and new remotes and even added what I call safety "eyes" to keep the door from accidentally coming down on a thing or a person!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased and the door now works like a charm!!! And, it's a lot quieter!!!

We had a spring break on our garage door over the weekend. Searched online and set up an appointment for the following Monday based on their reviews. Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thoroughly checked the door, greased and reprogrammed. Back in service in no time. Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.

I took advantage of Precision's offer of a relatively low cost garage door inspection of the completely new, replacement garage door Precision installed 2 years ago. I purchased the best garage door available after my 18-year-old garage door all but collapsed. It was very inconvenient to not be able to use my old garage door for an extended period while the replacement door parts meeting my condo association's requirements were being ordered (i.e., the matching color, number of panels and the positions of windows in the garage door). The pleasant Precision technician (Blake) checked everything in my garage door system, found a few minor adjustments that were needed and made the adjustments, and lubricated everything. I will sleep better tonight.
