Had Jerry Eldreth as our technician he was very thorough and explained all issues with our garage door as well as what parts were required. He replaced parts and went thru door operation. Did a great job I would highly recommend Precision Door.

Fantastic service,We called the office at 10:30 AM Nick answered our call and told us he had Justin in the area. We set up a time of 2- 4 PM for the repairs . Justin called at 1:40 and told us he was 20 minutes away. He inspected the door and gave us several options for the repairs needed. Justin was very courteous and helpful. Justin completed the repairs in a very clean and timely manner. We are very satisfied and will recommend Precision Door to folks in the future .

We needed to change our keypad number. Ryan Dugan performed the procedure and calibrated the main opener, keypad and remote car openers. We are very pleased with his service call. I was able to book online next day service for our noisy garage door. Adam arrived on time and was great to work with. He suggested that we switch out our chain driven opener for a belt driven opener. He also recommended some new roller hardware and springs. The end result was very impressive...basically a silent garage door. Better than I imagined. I'm very happy with the service.

On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

I could not be more pleased. My garage door broke down Saturday at 4:15 pm. 5 minutes later I called Precision and a live human being (Naomi) answered. To my pleasant surprise, she scheduled a technician for today (Sunday!) between 9 and 11 am. Blake called at 8:20am and arrived, as promised, half an hour later. He took about 25 minutes to assess the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. By 11 am, Blake had replaced the motor, rail, and chain, along with the rollers , springs, and a few other parts. He showed me how to operate the door, helped me program the keyboard and the opener in my car and voila! We were up and running. Blake was courteous, professional, and competent. I grew up in the electrical business, have certainly experienced my share of contractors and service-people, and could not be more pleased!
