My garage door stopped working. After reading some reviews, my wife suggested Precision Garage Door. I called not expecting same day service, but the technician (Jerry Eldreth) showed up by 2:30 and inspected the malfunctioning door. He quickly diagnosed the problem to a burned out motor possibly caused by old rollers, loose springs and old age. He gave me several options. I pick the option that worked best for me and told him that so long as he was fixing one door he might as well do both, so he quoted me a price. Again, I thought he'd be scheduling a time to come out for the maintenance, but he told me that he could knock it out that afternoon. He started to work and finished it up in a couple of hours. Through the entire time, Jerry was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I'd use Precision doors again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I won't need to.

Very professional from the service call to the completion of the job. It was a broken spring that needed replaced but with speaking with the Tech Jerry he told me things that needed done along with things I didn’t know were on the verge of being issues. In the end Jerry replaced what he explained to me plus we had him install a belt drive opener. Thanks to Jerry and the team at Precision

Easy to schedule an appointment. Showed in the scheduled time. The service techs were very nice. Looked at out door and in About 15 to 20 minutes they had figured out everything that needed fixed. Provided several options on what they could do. No pressure for any kind of upgrades. Just a straight forward list of repair options and different costs. Once we selected the option we wanted they went to work and finished up in about 1 hour.

Precision came to give me an estimate for a remote, but the system was obsolete. The technician Nia (?) was able to change out the system on the spot, showed us how it worked. He was extremely polite and courteous and wouldn't hesitate to have him back again if needed (hopefully not for awhile)

Recently, we contacted you regarding a minor issue with the rolling track. I was impressed that an appointment was scheduled for the same day, and I immediately received a text confirmation. Our service representative, Kodey, called when he was 30 minutes away and was very professional throughout the visit. He quickly troubleshot the issue and took the extra time to oil the tracks and perform a routine system check. We are very pleased with his assessment and the quality of his work. I booked an appointment online to have our garage door fixed. I got a same morning appointment. Received a call from Andonia our technician that he would arrive early if that was ok with us. Which worked great. He came and did an inspection and explained three options to have it fixed. Each option was explained in detail. Once he started they were done very quickly. He explained everything that was done and how to work everything. I am very pleased with the service and professional of Andonia. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Garage spring broke and I needed help. I called Precision and they were able to send a Technician the same day. He arrived and inspected my door, hardware and garage door opener.
