I started my Thursday to find one of my garage doors was not functioning due to cabling coming off one of the pulleys. I did not have time to diagnose & repair, so I did a quick Google search for "Garage Door Repairs". I noticed Precision Garage Door Service was highly reviewed & local. I gave them a call, talked to a representative and was informed a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician (Blake) actually contacted me sooner than expected and arrived shortly thereafter. Blake was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. He asked specific questions and was able to diagnose the issue(s). He provided a plan for repair and executed that plan promptly & professionally. I'm not impressed easily, but I am very impressed & happy with every aspect of dealing with Precision today. If the need arises, I will certainly use them again! I will also let friend, family & colleagues know about my experience with Precision as well! Extra kudos to Blake as well!

Technician Jerry arrived at my home to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained so well what needed to be done, as well as other options. He replaced the spring and installed new rollers. Now, my twenty year old garage door operates quieter than ever. I moved into a new home and the garage door had been giving the previous homeowner some issues. I called Precision at the recommendation of a family member. They arrived within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and provided me with 4 different options for the repair. Wonderful experience, our opener died and left door open one foot and we hit it when we entered the garage knockingthe door off the tracks. Called next day and got same day service technician was excellent. We went over options or repair vs replace and since unit was 20 years old we decided to have a new one installed. He had the unit in his truck and completed the job, fully within 2 hours, Easy peasy. Very happy with the whole experience.

I have dealt with Precision in the past and they come out the same day I call and it usually is a very short wait for a technician to come out. They have technicians who get the job done fast and accurate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their garage door fixed. I am very satisfied with them.
