Company is a rip off. service person didn’t know what he was doing. Tell me I needed a new garage door then said oh your springs are broken. Never even touched the garage opener to see what the problem was. Garage is still broken.

Impressed with everything on my garage door appt. with Rep. Josh. Showed up early for a 2 hr window and checked out my system and issue. Left me with a couple of alternatives to my older system for possible upgrade. They have my recommendation.

I called Precision Garage door service on a Saturday for an urgent garage door repair. They were very easy to work with and sent someone out that day. The technician, Josh, who came out was excellent. He was professional and efficient and did a great job of repairing the door. I called Precision in the morning and was scheduled for a 4-6 appt. that same day. Ryan was my technician. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my noisy door by replacing the rollers, pulleys, cables and straps. After the job was completed, he explained to me what he did. My garage door is definitely quieter to the delight of my dog!

Precision Garage Doors was great today! Our car was being held hostage in our garage, & our regular company couldn't come until Friday ( today is Monday). My husband said he sees a lot of Precision trucks on the road & to call them. I went online to get a phone number & was happy to see I could book online for TODAY! They send you a picture of who's coming (great idea!). They were right on time, gave us 3 options of what could be done to solve the problem, then did great completing the job with a 10 year warranty on everything. Extremely happy!

This company is terrific. From the first phone call to get service to the end of the service. A person answered the phone, made the service appointment and they were there when they said they would be. We had a very old garage door system which needed replaced and the technician, Josh, was very nice and did a great job and explained everything to us. My technician was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand and visually showed me any concerns. I like the fact that there were 3 options of service for me to consider. Although I chose the least expensive, I am definitely considering further repairs down the road with Precision Door. I was very happy with the service that I received. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He told me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the parts ordered. The technician told me how to close the garage door both with and without the use o9f the motor, so I can secure it at night.

I could not be more pleased. My garage door broke down Saturday at 4:15 pm. 5 minutes later I called Precision and a live human being (Naomi) answered. To my pleasant surprise, she scheduled a technician for today (Sunday!) between 9 and 11 am. Blake called at 8:20am and arrived, as promised, half an hour later. He took about 25 minutes to assess the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. By 11 am, Blake had replaced the motor, rail, and chain, along with the rollers , springs, and a few other parts. He showed me how to operate the door, helped me program the keyboard and the opener in my car and voila! We were up and running. Blake was courteous, professional, and competent. I grew up in the electrical business, have certainly experienced my share of contractors and service-people, and could not be more pleased!

Fantastic service,We called the office at 10:30 AM Nick answered our call and told us he had Justin in the area. We set up a time of 2- 4 PM for the repairs . Justin called at 1:40 and told us he was 20 minutes away. He inspected the door and gave us several options for the repairs needed. Justin was very courteous and helpful. Justin completed the repairs in a very clean and timely manner. We are very satisfied and will recommend Precision Door to folks in the future .
