Your technicians are not in question, polite, helpful, and professional. However, after just over one year, I would think that your garage door openers would last longer, they are not inexpensive. Technician that worked on my opener, explained to me that the "Board Fried" for some reason. I did buy two for my doors, hopefully the other one last longer than just over one year.

I call Precision Door on a Sunday to repair my garage door. To my surprise they answered to phone and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house at 8:30 the next morning. The tech told me that my parts were under warranty and that I only had to pay for labor. The tech was courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again.

My wife remembered seeing your Tv commercial and suggested I call to have our garage door repaired. As usual she was right and we were scheduled to have our garage door repaired the same day. Can't say enough good things about Precision Garage Door Service and the excellent service we received from service tech (Jerry) who was very friendly, professional and extremely competent. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and will definitely refer you guys to everyone I know who is in need of garage door service or repairs. Where do I start? The other day when we had the snow storm I went out to put my garage up and it was stuck to the garage floor causing the bracket that was connected to the garage door to come off. After calling what I thought was my dependable garage door repair company I learned they was not dependable!!! My friend told me to call precision door. After calling precision they gave me a time frame of between twelve and two to show up. Went to breakfast and got to a phone call letting me know that he would be showing up by eleven, when the tech showed up he went and showed me problems with the door. He fixed the problems and my door works great! I never knew a garage door was supposed to work that way! The tech did a great job!!! I’m actually going to have the other garage door done by the same company PS sorry about the long story!

We were very pleased working with Precision Doors. Our garage door mechanism was very loud and we were concerned it would break soon. They scheduled a technician to come out within 24 hours. Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time, listened to my concerns about the mechanism, thoroughly inspected it and offered me a variety of options that addressed my concerns. He was able to make the repairs within a few hours. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

They charged me $395 for a back up battery and 1/2 hour of the technicians time. The battery runs $36, I feel taken advantage of and wonder if I was a man would it have been the same

The name “Overhead Door” has a national reputation for excellence. I googled to find one near York Pa. Then I went to your website. While my repairs were not an emergency, the statement same day service attracted further interest. When I called and was told a technician could be here within a couple of hours I agreed. Serviceman Henry was exceptional communicating my doors issue’s and proposed 3 solutions for me to choose from. The quality of the work Henry did proved to be extraordinary. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.
