I came home around 9:00 on Thursday night and could not get into our garage. A neighbor helped me lift open the door so we could get my wife's car out of the garage as she had an early morning appointment the next day. The neighbor helped me look up garage door companies and the reviews for Precision were excellent. I called and made an appointment for the next day. The technician, Ryan Dugan, was in contact with us about when he would arrive. Ryan evaluated the problem, presented 3 options and explained each option to us in detail. We chose to replace everything and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation. I highly recommend that if you are in a similar situation, you contact Precision.

So it's 4:30 Sunday afternoon and I've just discovered the main spring on the garage door snapped freaking my wife and dogs out. TO the internet I go to find someone who could repair. Precision comes up in my search and has 1500 reviews with 5-stars. Gotta be true since it's on the internet huh. I made the call and was greeted by a very cheerful young lady. I explained the situation and asked when someone would be able to come out. I was interested in either repair of what I have or replacement of the entire system. It was 25 years old. To my surprised she said "How about tomorrow at 8am???" Sign me up!!! Next morning Chad is onsite to assess the situation. Told him I was open to all options. After his assessment he gave me 4 potions. I asked what the lead time was and he responded "I can do it all today." Holy crap folks...lol I picked my choice of options and he went to work. 5 hours later....I am parking my Jeep and wife's car back in the garage with new lifts, replaced rollers, springs, etc....for BOTH of the doors. Figured might as well fix it all. Most likely the easiest 5 start rating I have given. Professionalism and customer service were through the roof. Would highly recommend.

He told me to go inside and relax and he will knock on the door when the problem is resolved. He then explained what was causing the issue and what he did to resolve it and what I can do to keep my door lubricated in the future. Because I was a repeat customer, I was given a huge discount on the labor cost.
