My Garage Door was having problems for the past year. It finally broke down on a Wednesday night, I contacted Precision after looking around on the web, they seemed to have locations everywhere, The reviews I read were good. They were scheduled to come out the same day I contacted them. Blake Fischer was repairman who came out very professional, he explained the 3 options after inspecting my 15 year Garage door opener. He had the parts already in the Van and explained how long it would take him to replace the opener, and other parts. He was efficient and friendly. He explained how the new system worked. What A Difference! I would recommend them for your next job. I think as a company you let home owners know to check website for coupons on the day of service?

Our garage opener needed a complete new motor and mechanism. Kody explained our options and we realized our new build home had a poor installation and a cheap opener that was never working consistently. We chose to replace what Landmark builders originally had in our garage. Kody was professional and took us thru the inspection after work was finished. Highly recommend Precision Garage!

We had our Garage Door serviced last October by Precision. We were told that the opener was not in great shape at that time. The opener was creating more and more noise through out the summer. Once again we called precision the Tech called gave us a time and arrived promptly at the time given. Steve Davis did very nice job explaining in detail why the opener was making noise and reasons for replacing it. Steve went to work very efficiently had the opener changed quickly, along with a new bottom seal on the Door. Steve explained all of the features and even reprogrammed our vehicle. Thanks Steve, Great service !!

We got a same-day appointment with a technician. Dante was able to provide us with several different options for repairing or replacing our old garage door opener. He took the time to explain which components were most in need of replacement and which could wait, so we were able to choose the repair that best fit our needs and budget.

My old door opener and eye sensors wore out. Kenny replaced them and did as good job. Apparently the sensors got out of alinement and Cody made a call to fix the problem. I thought it was the sunlight hitting the senor/ electronic eye. He even made the door quieter by lubricating the hinges. He did come back for a second visit for an easy final adjustment. Well my wife came home from work and while putting the garage door down we heard a large bang. I went out to see what the noise was and saw that one of the two long springs broke. Unfortunately this happened around 5pm on Friday afternoon and knowing that the repair on the garage door couldn’t wait till Monday, I reach out to you guys! I was very pleased with how fast you got there and made the repairs. Your service technician was great and him gave me three different repair options that came with different types of warranties.
