I haven't used a Garage Door repair service before and came across Precision online. From the scheduling process, appointment confirmations, work being done, etc. - the entire experience was outstanding. The technician I worked with was Justin - very professional, was very clear on updates needed and options available, and conducted great work within an hour. It can be difficult to find a company that has outstanding services throughout the entire project - I found that with Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Precision did my garage door install and it's a big improvement over my old garage door. The new door looks great. After 25 years, my garage door opener finally died. After seeing comments on Facebook about Precision Garage Door Service, I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. Chad came out and replaced my opener with a new one on the spot. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

My Genie opener seized and quit working. I arranged for an apt online and confirmed by text msg. Installer called and asked to come early and I agreed. I needed my springs replaced and a new precision opener installed. In less that two hours job was complete with a code box outside and a wall mount in the garage. Quiet, smooth operation, and fast open and close. I made the right choice and highly recommend Precision. An extra bonus is the great warranty.

About as perfect as could be. A tech arrived about three hours after my call, on time and with all the parts needed to fix my garage door. The tech was a real nice person and a credit to the company. He was well trained and made suggestions to improve the door’s operation beyond just replacing the broken spring. It would appear that the replacement parts were of high quality and will last. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door installation or repair.

I was pleased that someone was able to come out the same day to repair my garage door. I was notified by the technician of his arrival time while he was in transit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I opted to have everything replaced, springs rollers, pulleys, cables, etc. The repair took just a little over an hour and I was back in business. The door is quieter than it has ever been. I am very satisfied.

Help! My car was trapped in the garage. I called Precision Door to inquire about having broken springs replaced. They were able to send a technician to do the repair within a couple of hours. Josh was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable and had the job done quickly for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.

This was the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first time was a couple of years ago for two door openers. This time was because one of my doors was very noisy and shaking a lot. Dakota came and looked at it and gave me two options. I opted for the rebuild of the door. He finished in about and hour and the door sounds quieter than when it was installed 27 years ago. Great job Precision

I called Precision two weeks ago to book an estimate for new garage door openers. I placed my call at 9 am and was told that someone would be stopping by to take a look at10! Not only did Ryan and Jerry show up at 10, they actually had four options to choose from in their truck and offered to install my choice that very day! The price was exactly what I anticipated. The guys were pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. They didn’t pressure me into buying something with bells and whistles I didn’t want or need. They were her about 2 or 3 hours and when they were finished, left no debris behind at all. I can’t give a 10 star rating because it doesn’t go up that far, but if it did, Precision, Ryan and Jerry would certainly get that rating from me! Thank you for your stellar service! I absolutely love my new openers!

I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday. I scheduled a visit on line on Monday for exactly the time most convenient for me on Tuesday. It's impossible to overstate the great experience I had with Kody when he came to asses the trouble with my garage door. He was exceptional in every way and did a great job!! Not much confidence in the service guy we had. Told us we needed the springs replaced as the ones we had were too big. Having 2nd thoughts on having him do the replacements and paid over $600 dollars . He couldn’t figure out the garage door opener and said we should replace that as well. We did not. . Will not use Precision the future.
