I'd say our experience was A+ really. Jordan was here on the early side of our time window which was perfect, the price quoted before he even started was the price paid, no surprises!! Chose precision door based on the number of 5 star google reviews and they didn't disappoint !! More businesses should operate this way.

Precision quickly, courteously, and expertly did a minor repair to our garage door. The door got bent at the bottom with a hit from our car before the door was completely up. Precision's "book online" feature was easy to use and brought us a technician in 4 hours who gave us options and then did the repair to get us functional. Jerry Eldreth was knowledgeable and respectful. He gave options, but no pressure (which I had braced for!) for a new door--even though ours is 30 years old. When its time for a new door--or another repair--we'll gladly go back to Precision. They're doing business right!

We had a spring break on our garage door yesterday evening. This morning, my son and I were able to assist getting it up to get our vehicles out of the garage, but I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I called first thing this morning and was able to get an appointment between 9:00 and 11:00 am. The technician (Benji) was very knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy to deal with. He had it fixed in no time! I would definitely recommend Precision Door!

Call on Thursday they came Friday give an estimate and the estimate was reasonable and we scheduled the work to be done when the door comes in. The rep that came to my house was John Mazza very knowledgeable to what wanted and needed. Would recommend this company to friends and family

I opened the garage door this morning to find that there were suddenly cables hanging in places they certainly did not belong. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Precision for help. Justin was at our home by noon, and repairs were completed by 2. He did a complete inspection, showed us exactly what he found, and explained what the options were. At no time did we feel pressured to rush the decision, or that were asking too many questions. We ended up replacing the entire 20 year old spring assembly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Justin from start to finish.

Chad Lahue was the service technician who checked and repaired my garage door. It was easy to see why Chad was rated as highly as he is. He explained what the potential causes were, and he suggested what to keep an eye on in the future. He was very honest with his suggestions on the options which were available to me to address the issue.
