We are a repeat customer and that, by itself, shows we are very pleased with the service. The problem was that a spring had broken, the garage door could not be raised, and I needed to be at work in a few hours. I called Precision and Kody, the technician, arrived in less than an hour. In another hour he replaced the springs everything was back to normal. This is service expected and difficult to improve.

I was throughly impressed with Josh the technician that came to my property. He was professional and answered all of my questions with great detail. He recommended items that I didn't realize were needed but didn't feel like I was being "over sold". As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciated that. I am VERY happy with the end product they installed and my only complaint is that I didn't call them sooner! I would highly recommend their service and I felt that I received the products for a very fair price.

We had such a good experience with Precision! Our garage metal frame was bent, from a gentle bump from one of your cars. The garage door then would not close because the sensors were off. It was a safety hazard, as we didn’t want to door open overnight. We called Precision and they had a technician out within 2 hours. He was very polite and fixed the door quickly. The fee was very reasonable as well. Thank you Precision!

The easiest 5 star I’ve ever handed out. Seriously, this team has been amazing. A lifesaver. We had such a weird unique situation and they assessed it and came up with a great plan. Affordable solutions too. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and courteous. Communication was clear. Definitely give Precision a call. I called today and talked to Nick for a service checkup and to check the exterior weather stripping, He had a Tech available Today. Steve Davis came and did the checkup, replaced a few worn things and scheduled the exterior mouldings and weather stripping replacement. The door goes up and down SO QUIETLY Wow, Great Job!!!!
