Well my wife came home from work and while putting the garage door down we heard a large bang. I went out to see what the noise was and saw that one of the two long springs broke. Unfortunately this happened around 5pm on Friday afternoon and knowing that the repair on the garage door couldn’t wait till Monday, I reach out to you guys! I was very pleased with how fast you got there and made the repairs. Your service technician was great and him gave me three different repair options that came with different types of warranties. The repairs were done in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, especially in an emergency situation. We needed somebody fast and they were able to come the next day. Brayden our technician was fabulous, explained everything. Showed us the difference from our old unit to our new unit. I had used Precision a few years ago. I was totally impressed with the service and job done today. Yes, you met my expectations. I could have had same day service when I called but chose to do the next day. Brayden was very professional and courteous and so easy to work with. He explained everything to me and went over everything when the job was done. The quality of his work was superb, and he even checked for fingerprints maybe left behind on the door before he was gone, I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them. Highly recommend! My garage door broke on a Wednesday. I easily scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician that came (Steve Davis) was very knowledgable. He determined that I needed a new motor, which is what we figured was the issue. While discussing the different options, we asked if he could also replace the motor on our second garage door because it was just as old. He said absolutely, and did both doors that day. He replaced both motors, installed new belt drives, and installed a keypad opener outside. We could not be more happy with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Josh in July 2025 and were extremely pleased with the work done and the results. When I called Steven to schedule the appointment, he was extremely accommodating in getting us on the schedule immediately because the spring had broken and the door would not open. When Josh arrived, he did a thorough safety inspection, explained his findings and made suggestions for repairs and possible upgrades. Since we had intended to replace the noisy old chain drive opener anyway, we decided to upgrade now. What an amazing difference! Despite the heat and humidity, Josh worked hard to complete all repairs, install the new opener and explain the work he had done and operating instructions. 5-star!
