I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Services to anyone. Henry called with his time of arrival and was the most pleasant person to talk with. He explained everything he need to do to make the door safe again and did all of it in an extremely timely manner. It was very nice working with a company that cares about their customers.

Technician Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time for our Service appointment. Our linear keypad needed replaced. Jerry checked over the control panel/remotes as well. He explained our warranty and offered service options for consideration. Jerry was very polite and very professional! Highly recommended to handle any garage door concerns!

I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

Spring broke on our garage door when out with friends and when we came home could not get the garage door opened. We called and were able to get an appointment the very next day. Technician was exactly on time and explained everything in detail. Extremely nice and work was done within an hour and a half. Price was less than expected especially for a weekend.

Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!

I'm extremely happy with my interaction with Nia Bennett. When I called it was for a replacement of the weather stripping on the bottom of the door. Upon inspection Nia explained why I could see daylight at the top of the door. The door was beginning to bow.
