I was very pleased with how quick someone came to assess the situation. The representative was very professional and gave me choices of what I needed. I was even given cost saving advice as to what I could do to solve the problem. He did a temporary fix until I get the new doors installed.

My appointment was scheduled for 8a.m., on 12/16, for a broken tension bar spring. The installer, Jerry, called 20 minutes ahead of appointment, and arrived on time. He inspected all my equipment and showed me concerns, with old and potential defective parts. After giving me 3 different quote options, I chose my option, all the work was done in a professional manor. The final product was completed under 4 hours and I am overjoyed with the results. I recommend Precision Door Services and will be using them in the future.

Very happy with responsiveness and service. I called first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment, and within 2 hours, Jason was at my home fixing the broken spring. Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. Great company to work with! Easy to schedule an appointment, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how he started with a safety check of the door and opener. He then gave us three options for fixing our door with no pressure or hard sell to accept any of them. Between fixing the spring and making adjustments, the door works better and is a lot quieter!

Zach Yost arrived promptly for my estimate, and walked me through all of my options without pressuring me into products I didn't want or need. He was sincere, knowledgeable and congenial, and somehow managed to schedule replacement of my door and installation of an automatic opener the very next day. The installers left my garage exactly like they found it, with the door perfectly installed. I am very, very pleased with both the professionalism of Zach and the installers, and the quality of the work performed. I highly recommend Precision!

Totally impressed with their professionalism. We completely replaced two garage doors. Every technician we encountered went out of their way to explain the process and provide options. It was almost as if they went to “professionalism boot camp.” I wish I could experience this more often. Beautiful garage doors worth the wait due to supply shortages. Great experience.
