I needed a new spring. Neo, the Precision employee who provided the service, pointed out items with my motor that showed signs of age and weakness. I opted for new springs and a new garage door opener. The service was as advertised. I saw the ad on TV. Then I checked the website, and read reviews, and the profile of the service rep. The whole experience was great. Precision has a focus on customer service that seems to be lacking these days. I will be recommending Precision to anyone who needs garage door services.

I will never use Precision Door again. I had one cable that runs from the drum at the top of the door to the very bottom of the door break. The technician took 20 minutes taking the cover off my garage door opener and trying to convince me that I needed a new opener and multiple other upgrades. He gave me 3 options, and the highest one was over $1500. I explained to him that I just wanted the one cable replaced. He took less than 10 minutes to replace both cables at a price of $364.00, and he charged $169 for the pair. I later found those same cables on multiple websites for $12 a pair. I also found the tension release bars online for $28 a pair. I could have done this job for $40 myself. Do the job yourself or get a price from a different company!

Sorry I couldn’t give you a 5 due to a few issues. I understand scheduling, but I feel the job should be completed before moving on to next. I had to clean up after he left, grease on floor & door. I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.

Dalton was pleasant and polite. I was amazed how he did everything by himself. Especially when on the stepladder, balancing motor on his shoulders and attaching the pieces to the ceiling. I would rate Dalton a 10+ and if the rest of your technicians are dedicated like him I would say you have a great team. Also, like when I called, you take care of the customer same day.

Springs on our door broke the same day that Precision happened to be at our neighbor’s house fixing their door. Stopped over when they were down, diagnosed problem and provided pricing within minutes. Fixed within and hour, with no prior appointment. Fast and thorough, fair price. Great experience.

I came home from vacation to a garage door that wouldn't open. I called Precision Garage Door on a Saturday afternoon and they scheduled to come out on a Sunday with no extra charge for it being a Sunday. Not long after I called they called me back and said they had a cancellation for Saturday afternoon. I took it. Ty came to my house and was very polite. He asked questions about my garage door and then came up with 3 estimates. He explained things thoroughly and kept asking if I had any questions. He fixed everything, cleaned up and reviewed what he had done. He was very kind and professional. Would recommend your services to anyone! Now I see why you have great reviews. I was very pleased with the salesman that came to give me an estimate for replacing our garage door. He even tried to reprogram our control box on the outside of our garage but didn't have any luck.

Brayden Martin was the technician that came to repair our garage door. He explained everything that caused the malfunction and took to the time to go over our options for repair. While he was here we discussed about possibly replacing the garage door. We wanted a fresh new look. He again took the time to explain the options and upgrades that we could get and by the end of it we decided to go ahead and order a new door. Can't wait to see how it will look once it is in! Would highly recommend using them if you need your garage door serviced or replaced.
