Called at 7pm and Justin was at our house by 10am next morning. Justin explained what needed to be done and work was completed promptly. Your service person Chapman called explained the time line which he was planning to be at my home , was prompt, he was polite, got down to business to check why the door was malfunctioning to correct it. My garage door opener broke late in the evening. Upon calling Precision that evening I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Nia arrived on time and explained to me what was wrong with the opener. He gave me options and I decided to replace my garage door opener. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was replaced in a very timely manner. I would recommend him and Precision in the future.

Used your service a few years ago for a broken spring. Jerry did the work then and did the work yesterday to replace the gear shaft in the Lift Chamberlain opener. Again, Jerry did excellent work and I'm sure you consider him an asset to your company. I hope he is compensated well because of not only his work ethic and ability, but also, he is just a kind, friendly young man.

After forgetting I had put the deadbolt lock across my garage door one windy night and hitting the opener the next morning I watched in horror as my door crumpled and started leaning like the tower in Pisa. I panicked and called Precision Garage Doors and Rick was so wonderful to come out the same day, assess the situation and talked over the resolution. He showed me the various new doors, explained insulated garage doors so I purchased a new door with the insulation thanks to him which I’m so glad I did! In addition he was kind enough to help get the door fully closed so I would feel safe. Only three weeks later Nicole was so fun and helpful when we were scheduling the install and today my gorgeous new door was installed thanks to the amazingly talented Silas! He was so friendly and helpful from going over maintenance steps to exceeding my expectations with the end result. As a person who had worked in various customer facing positions I was incredibly impressed by every employee I worked with. If I could give this company 100 stars I would for their responsiveness, quality products and top-tier customer service!!! Thank you all for another job done beyond expectations!

Great company overall. Next day availability. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond helpful navigating the unknown. Precision offered next day service after placing a call to them at 7pm the night before our appointment. The garage door opener replacement and repair or our worn out components exceeded all expectations. Our new system was up and running in less than 2 hours and Justin took the time to set up every minute detail down to programming the keypad and explained everything we needed to know to operate our new garage door opener. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair/replacement. This company has your back with their extended free of charge warranty and a hotline available to call if any problems were to arise.
