So far very good…Jeremy came by today for an estimate on repairing/replacing the door. Quote on the repair was reasonable and I contracted to have the team come out and do the work. Next step is the repair…actually having cables, rollers, and springs replaced as well as adding a storm blocker.

Lead Tech Jerry arrived on time. I reviewed the door problem with him the very day I called for an appointment. The repairs necessary were about to delay a carpentry and painting projects. Jerry gave me a more than fair estimate within 30 of on-site inspection. He completed his work professionally and for the estimate quoted the same day. No hidden extras!! I was able to schedule an appointment the same date I called. My technician Ty was both knowledgeable and professional. He explained several options to solve my problem. Ty did a clean instillation, taking away all the old materials. He did not pressure me to make my decision. I ultimately choose a replacement opener that is so much quieter than my old opener.

Brandyn did a good job. I was surprised that my bill for the motor to the opener was $795.00. When he and I had talked about which motor to buy I told him the $595 was fine, I didn't need it super quiet one. The bill came through e-mail he did not show it to me just gave me the total so I don't know if the extra $200 was for labor or the motor. I think the motor as it is the warranty he discussed. I had two doors replaced over the summer. Both installs were done well. Installers did a great job, especially when having to work in a tight situation. Over the years now, I've had 4 garage doors replaced, all with Precision Garage Doors. Their on-site sales reps have always been very good and all the different install teams have done great work. Could not be happier! Highly recommend them!
