The one thing that stood out the most, wasn't the professionalism and expertise displayed by Kenny Dyson during yesterday's install, but the unquestioned willingness to cancel our original scheduled installation date and time at the very last minute, due to a family health emergency which ultimately required hospitalization. When I called to explain our need to cancel the installation set for that same afternoon, your customer service representative quickly responded by saying that she fully understands there are times when unexpected events can upset even the best of plans. She ended the conversation with a reassurance that when things were back to normal, she'd be more than happy to set another date for the installation. When I called back, the installation scheduler worked their own magic in setting a date and time that had to be sandwiched in between multiple tests and doctor's appointments. Yesterday's installation came off without a hitch, and completely exceeded every aspect of our expectations . A BIG WELL DONE has been earned by all of the folks at Precision.

Zachary Shope was our technician. He was very knowledgeable & informative. He did your twenty-five (25) point inspection before he gave us the estimate for the originally requested work of replacing the torsion spring(s). He reviewed the problems found during the inspection, all except one (1). On the emailed report, which we reviewed after he departed, he noted that the door bottom weather seal failed, which we previously knew, & would have liked him to replace while he was here, but just plain forgot to ask him about while he was here. After Zach left we called your tele. # & spoke with Kiley. She told us to get the seal replaced would cost us another service call fee of $79.00. We were hoping to just order the seal, & have it installed when, sometime in the future, Zach, or another tech, was in the area, hoping to avoid the service fee. She said that could not happen. So, because of a lack of communication on my part, I guess we are SOL. Zach service was excellent, & I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you, Monte L. Bordner

Chad Lahue and Ryan Forsythe did a great job installing a new opener. They were very easy to talk to. We ordered a new garage door and I asked Chad to come back when it is installed if he could. Chad recently did some work for my best friend Jim Rimmey , who has now passed away. In talking to Jim's wife Sandy she mentioned that Precision sent her flowers and they were beautiful. I called around. answer machines is what I got. Precision answered the phone. Said they could be here in1hour to2 hour. Nia Bennett and Being showed up early. Inspected the door. Said they had the parts. Would take 45minutes to fix the door. THEY DID IT!!..now that is same day service. I was very pleased . I have never seen service like this in the past few years. If you chose precision . I'm sure you will be very happy with the service .

I had two garage doors installed two weeks and my experience with Precision was A1, excellent from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Rick, who was professional, easy to talk to, and took his time explaining everything that was included, in addition he proceeded to show me standard, better, and best in terms of quality, lastly, we went outside to his vehicle to see samples that allow me a visual of what my choices were. On installation day, two gentlemen, Cyrus and please forgive me for not remembering the other gentleman's name arrived on time, answered all my questions and were just as excited to install the doors as I was, and did a fantastic job . Garage doors aren't something that we'll purchase everyday, so, I really appreciate the time and patience , and effort that was taken by your entire team. Customer service matters! I called Precision because of their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. I needed a new seal on the bottom of my door and they came the same day I called but not only that they came prepared with new stripping and did the job right away. Chad was so polite and thorough. Thank you for your prompt service. I called late morning and had a repairman in site by 3 pm. The repairman, Jordan, was professional and courteous. He relocated some ladders and tools that were where he needed to be to perform repairs. He presented tree options for the repair. I chose to go with a complete overhaul of the mechanical components of the system. In less than two hours he had completed the repair/overhaul. Thanks for your prompt service and a job well done.

Great company overall. Next day availability. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond helpful navigating the unknown. Precision offered next day service after placing a call to them at 7pm the night before our appointment. The garage door opener replacement and repair or our worn out components exceeded all expectations. Our new system was up and running in less than 2 hours and Justin took the time to set up every minute detail down to programming the keypad and explained everything we needed to know to operate our new garage door opener. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage door repair/replacement. My garage door opener broke late in the evening. Upon calling Precision that evening I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Nia arrived on time and explained to me what was wrong with the opener. He gave me options and I decided to replace my garage door opener. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service and the work done. Your technician was professional, neat and polite. He patiently explained the reason for and the solution to the situation. He replaced the motor for my garage door and now the door works very well and is much quieter when operating. I would certainly recommend Precision.
