Highly recommend! I loved being able to book online since our issue happened after hours. They had an appointment available the next day, and Josh arrived in the scheduled window. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, and I appreciate auto-text from company that included a picture of Josh so I knew who to expect. Josh did an excellent job, was very polite and personable. He was able to give us multiple choices for how to address our issue and completed the work that same day. When we eventually need to replace or garage door itself, we will absolutely be using Precision Garage Door Service again.

Based on recommendations from other homeowners in my neighborhood, I called Precision at 11:30 and the technician, Ty, arrived by 12:45 to fix my squeaky garage door. Ty was very nice, courteous, professional and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly. He replaced the springs, rollers, etc. and I was very impressed with their service and appreciate my nice "quiet" garage door!! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Precision. I scheduled online easily, our technician Josh was on time, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He replaced our garage door opener and it is SO quiet and efficient! He also was able to find a coupon for us to make the replacement a bit more affordable, which was wildly appreciated. I was on the Precision web site when I was checking for someone to install my two garage door openers, but I wasn't sure if they installed openers that I didn't buy from them. Want to thank Precision for helping us with installation of a new garage door. Customer service is above and beyond. Same day consultation...wait, what?? Like THAT ever happens. The employees we were so fortunate to meet were THE best (Nia and Travis)! Friendly, courteous and garage door geniuses! Our installer went above and beyond helping to sync factory installed car opener to new door and reprogrammed our opener on the outside (AND cleaned it!). He (Travis) paid attention to detail, answered all questions and expertly, single handedly, installed a double door, the results of which we are thrilled. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience! Selected Precision as a name I was familiar with and the good ratings. We were able to get an appointment right away and Josh showed up right on time and even notified us when he was 10 minutes away. Josh went to work right away and saw the broken spring immediately. He advised he would inspect the door system and let us know what options we had. He gave us a detailed report and 3 options. Option 1 was just to replace the broken spring. Option 2 was to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and the end and center pressure plates as well as balance the door. We went with Option 2 for our 20 year old door.Josh was very informative, professional, and courteous. We would definitely call Precision again.
