Dante was on time and very friendly. He conducted a thorough inspection and noted significant wear on several components of my garage door system that I was unaware of. He explained my options and pointed out other aspects of the original installation that I should consider upgrading. Once we agreed on the scope of work, Dante did a fantastic job of installing the components and thoroughly explained the functions and the ten-year warranty. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and suggest you ask if Dante is available to handle your service call.

Estimator just left and I'm so excited for my new doors. Jeremy had great recommendations that I had not even thought of! He was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to deal with. He concluded with the "what happens next" - which I greatly appreciate. If you're looking for new or garage door repair, I can confidently recommend Precision.

We called Precision this week because we had very good service on a previous opener problem. As before, they did not disappoint. The came out the day after I called (it was a nonemergency), diagnosed the problem, and recommended a solution. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Jeremy Mayer was the first contact my wife and I met through precision, his professionalism and willingness to listen to our wants was great. He helped us through the process of picking a door package that would work for our garage along with closely matching 30 year old doors that were currently installed on 2 bays. We were very satisfied by the time he left the house with our decision to give precision a try. Chase Chapman was the installer and his attitude and attention to detail followed suite with the positive experience we had encountered on day one with the salesman. With that being said I highly recommend precision door for there services and am glad I have there number for any future needs.

Came within 2 hrs after my initial call. Jerry was our tech. He explained everything to us and gave us several options. We decided to get 2 new openers plus springs. He installed everything within a couple hours then explained everything, including talking us thru the app sign up process to our complete satisfaction. 100% satisfied with the service and the equipment. Jerry was excellent; very congenial and professional.
