Used your service a few years ago for a broken spring. Jerry did the work then and did the work yesterday to replace the gear shaft in the Lift Chamberlain opener. Again, Jerry did excellent work and I'm sure you consider him an asset to your company. I hope he is compensated well because of not only his work ethic and ability, but also, he is just a kind, friendly young man.

Great service! I called around 10 and was surprised to get a same day appointment. Jerry was knowledgeable, personable and provided me with options to replace my very old garage door opener. After forgetting I had put the deadbolt lock across my garage door one windy night and hitting the opener the next morning I watched in horror as my door crumpled and started leaning like the tower in Pisa. I panicked and called Precision Garage Doors and Rick was so wonderful to come out the same day, assess the situation and talked over the resolution. He showed me the various new doors, explained insulated garage doors so I purchased a new door with the insulation thanks to him which I’m so glad I did! In addition he was kind enough to help get the door fully closed so I would feel safe. Only three weeks later Nicole was so fun and helpful when we were scheduling the install and today my gorgeous new door was installed thanks to the amazingly talented Silas! He was so friendly and helpful from going over maintenance steps to exceeding my expectations with the end result. As a person who had worked in various customer facing positions I was incredibly impressed by every employee I worked with. If I could give this company 100 stars I would for their responsiveness, quality products and top-tier customer service!!! Thank you all for another job done beyond expectations!

I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Services to anyone. Henry called with his time of arrival and was the most pleasant person to talk with. Technician Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time for our Service appointment. Our linear keypad needed replaced. Jerry checked over the control panel/remotes as well. I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

Spring broke on our garage door when out with friends and when we came home could not get the garage door opened. We called and were able to get an appointment the very next day.
