I have never used Precision door service before but called because my 1 door opener wasn't working. A technician came out , told me what the problem was and I decided to get 2 new garage door openers. The technician was prompt, kind and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them.

So it's 4:30 Sunday afternoon and I've just discovered the main spring on the garage door snapped freaking my wife and dogs out. TO the internet I go to find someone who could repair. Precision comes up in my search and has 1500 reviews with 5-stars. Gotta be true since it's on the internet huh. I made the call and was greeted by a very cheerful young lady. I explained the situation and asked when someone would be able to come out. I was interested in either repair of what I have or replacement of the entire system. It was 25 years old. To my surprised she said "How about tomorrow at 8am???" Sign me up!!! Next morning Chad is onsite to assess the situation. Told him I was open to all options. After his assessment he gave me 4 potions. I asked what the lead time was and he responded "I can do it all today." Holy crap folks...lol I picked my choice of options and he went to work. 5 hours later....I am parking my Jeep and wife's car back in the garage with new lifts, replaced rollers, springs, etc....for BOTH of the doors. Figured might as well fix it all. Most likely the easiest 5 start rating I have given. Professionalism and customer service were through the roof. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. They came out at a time that worked for my schedule. The technician (Dalton) was pleasant, professional and very knowlegable. He told me to go inside and relax and he will knock on the door when the problem is resolved. He then explained what was causing the issue and what he did to resolve it and what I can do to keep my door lubricated in the future. Because I was a repeat customer, I was given a huge discount on the labor cost.

I reached out to Precision on Monday afternoon with a non emergency issue and was able to schedule a service call for 10:00 AM Tuesday morning. Brayden Martin, the service technician arrived, assessed the situation and within 15 minutes he had 3 alternatives. He did a great job explaining the options and began working on the door immediately. He was polite, professional, and pleasant. The work was done quickly and effectively. My garage door was having a problem: it would not stay closed. I could not solve the problem, so I called Precision Door. They scheduled a service call for the next day. I was contacted by a service technician the next day, who identified himself and gave me the time when he would be there. About an hour before he arrived, he sent a picture of himself, and a link to a Web page which showed his position as he traveled to my home. Upon arrival, he immediately began working on the problem and had it fixed in less than five minutes. I appreciated his professional attitude and technical expertise.

My technician was very courteous and professional. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Although we were initially looking at an opener replacement, he inspected the entire system and found numerous worn out parts. He explained clearly what he found and what affect they have on the operation of the door. He also explained the pros and cons of the different openers that they carry. I picked an opener and asked him when they could do the work. His reply was "I have everything I need on the truck and can get it done in a little over an hour". I gave him the go ahead and he he dug right in. He finished when he said he would be done and I could see that he worked up quite a sweat. He took the time to show me the operation of the system as well as any maintenance required. It's good to see that there are still hard working people in this world. My service was not cheap but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Precision and they are now my go to company for garage door service.

Purchased two new doors for a house we recently purchased. DanielM was very helpful selecting the doors and going thru the options to fit our needs. The doors were ready about a month later and PBD was able to get them installed the same day.
