We called to have a few springs replaced on two garage doors. The service technician was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us different options and when I chose one of the cheaper options there was no pressure or sales pitch to take the higher priced option. He explained the difference between the options and what to expect and then when I chose the cheaper option that was it. The service was done quickly and at the time they stated. The most important part though - the job was well done, quality work. I was very happy with the work the tech did. He was friendly, looked professional and did quality work. They were definitely not the cheapest but overall definitely worth it. I'd rather pay a little more for quality work.

I had used your company a number of years ago at a previous home so when I needed service at my current home I remembered the great service from before and called Precision again. The technician, Jerry Eldreth, knew his business. I wanted maintenance performed on my doors. He explained everything and answered my questions. Once again I learned a thing or two. If needed I will always call Precision for service or installation and will definitely refer you to others.

My garage door broke just as I was leaving for work. I had seen your ads on TV every morning. The company I bought the door from could not come out for 48 hrs. Called Precision and they were here in 3 hours, diagnosed the issue and completed repair all within 1 hour. Great price for same-day service and 5 yr warranty. Nia was my tech and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use your services again and refer friends/family.

I have seen the advertisements and when we had a door problem yours was the first to come to mind. The rapid response was greatly appreciated. Henry was great in resolving the problem and he was nice and courteous. Converted to a more modern opening system with replacement of rollers, springs and cables. Absolutely best service ever. Garage door broke on a Saturday morning and chatted live with Jessica. She was very responsive and provided two same day appointment options. Chad Lahue came out that afternoon. Chad performed a complete assessment, explained everything clearly and provided repair options. Complete overhaul of garage door (springs, bearings, cables) was done in about 90 minutes. Professional and courteous. No pressure sales. Lifetime warranty. One of the best home repair experiences ever. Will definitely recommend Chad Lahue and the staff at Precision for all your garage door needs.

I called Precision Door Service at 7:30 in the evening for a garage door repair. A lady answered and could not have been any nicer. She took all my information and told me that she could have a technician at my house the following day between 12:00 and 2:00. At 1:15 the technician called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. When he arrived he introduced himself as Kenny Dyson. He said he would do a safety check and let me know what needed to be fixed. He did that and gave me three quotes on what my options were. I decided to go with the one quote and Kenny fixed it to perfection! I would not only recommend this company but Kenny went the extra miles the entire time he was here!

Fast same day service. Original garage door openers from 2003 were giving us some issues. Techs provided a walk through and demonstrated the issue(s) we were experiencing. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Parts were readily available on their truck when they showed up onsite and made the decision very easy to replace both openers. They helped w/ programming and a walkthrough on how the new openers function. I would highly recommend!

My call today resulted in same day service. Quick response that is almost unheard of in customer service today. Several years ago Precision Door Service installed a new motor for the existing garage door and today they did a tune up. The technician, Henry Storm, was the 5 star rating! Our garage door spring broke and was loud. We had seen many Precision door signs in our town and called for repair. We had someone at our house within 2 hours. We replace everything but the door (for now). Service was efficient and handle timely. I would 100% refer friends, neighbors and family!

Very prompt service from Zachary Shope and he stayed until the 2 garage door openers were installed. He first inspected the old ones and then proceeded to explain my options for new installations. After 30 years with the original openers, I needed cables,openers,rollers,etc. I agreed to the new installations and elected Option #3.; he started the job and didn't end until he reviewed everything to our satisfaction. The Precision Company has really quiet openers and excellent employees.

Great customer service experience from the first phone call to the final repairs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately identified and problems and explained them clearly. Very efficient and friendly technician. One small complaint and it's a general one, not directed at Precision, but why do companies put stickers on owners' property or walls without first asking?

We recently had need to have Precision door come to our home to repair an issue we were having open/closing the door.The technician,Jerry arrived on time.He ask me to describe the issue. He explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us the price before starting. Jerry examined our door and opener, diagnosed and corrected the problem. He also made recommended with pricing things we should tend to in the future. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend Precision and specifically Jerry for any garage door you might need.
