Reliable… friendly… professional… I was extremely impressed with the equipment and installation of my garage door opener. When my older system had a spring failure… the motor struggled to operate… bother were welll used and old. My garage door completely broke and could not even be manually raised. This was a day before and anticipated winter snow event. I called precision who my sister had also used, they called me back immediately. They came within 24 hours (despite the weather)and did a full assessment of my garage door mechanism and opener.
