This morning, my garage door suddenly stopped working and trapped my car inside—right when I needed to leave. Thankfully, Jason from Precision Doors came to the rescue! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief. But Jason didn’t stop there—he also diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor and had a brand new one installed in no time. Jason was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the new motor worked perfectly before he left. The door is now running better (and quieter!) than it ever has. I had a broken garage door spring. When I called Precision I got a live person which he was very nice and professional. He collected all of my information and offered to have a technician come out the same day. Our schedule was busy that day but he offered a technician would be available the next morning. I got text and email appointment confirmations and what technician would be there. Blake our technician called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. Blake diagnosed our problem very quickly and offered his assessment of our door which everything has been original since we have been in our home. He explained the different options for repairs and the warranties that come with each option. We decided to have the door overhauled with new springs, rollers, drums, pulleys, and bearings. After Blake had repaired the door it ran 100% better and smoother and the door opener didn’t sound like it was struggling to lift the door. Blake had all this done in about 2 hours and our door was back in service. He also left our garage cleaned up and checked to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend precision door service to anyone looking for a garage door service company and I would use them again for service.

I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company. I was quoted $5000.00 to repair my garage door by Precision with half due before they could start any work. My door and equipment was not old! I felt like I was being scammed. I contacted the garage door company that installed the door and they quickly came to my home, assessed the situation, repaired the door, and charged only $517.00. The door is working perfectly.

Ryan Dugan was outstanding! I called Precision on Friday about a problem I had with a Genie garage door that I just installed. They scheduled me for the next day which was great. Ryan called a half hour before he arrived which was good. He arrived and I explained what was wrong, He checked everything and found that a sensor was bad. He said that he could order it and come back in a week. I asked him how much it would cost and agreed to have him install it as I was very frustrated with Genie, not knowing what would go up next. He ran new wiring and had the new one installed in an hour and a half. He greased the door sinked the remote,wall remote and the outside remote. He even sinked my truck! He explained everything to me very clearly. You are very fortunate to have Ryan as a technician . Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Steve D. listened to my need for some maintenance on my garage door which hadn't been serviced in the past. Overall things looked good, but after Steve D's inspection, I decided to replace the rollers (which were worn and noisy), the bottom seal on the door, and the old motor. Steve D. was able to complete all of this within 2 hours of his arrival. I would definitely recommend Precision and Steve D. for quick and courteous service.

My technician, Steve Davis, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about his craft. The reason for my service call was a garage door spring had snapped and I was unable to get my cars out. During the inspection, Steve addressed some future concerns due to repairs done to the door by the previous owner. When I saw the quality of the replacement parts used by the company – like powder coating on the replacement springs to prevent rust - I had all moving parts on the door replaced, and a higher horsepower opener installed to deal with excessive weight of the door. During these repairs, I noticed the springs on my second garage door were rusting also, so I had Steve recondition and upgrade the parts on that door as well. Here’s an important point: although we tested the second door thoroughly during his stay, a day later it needed a minor adjustment - to which the issue was quickly addressed and has been fine ever since. The takeaways: Friendly, knowledgeable service; high quality replacement parts; and quick service after the sale – because let’s face it – stuff happens. Highly recommended.

Ryan came morning after my call. He analyzed the problem and gave us three options. After settling on one, he started on work and finished. Problem was resolved. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He went beyond what he needed to do. I chose company for its length in service and five-star rating. Ryan represents this company exceptionally well. He replaced springs and cables of extension springs with torsion spring system and reprogrammed keypad and three remotes, one remote being integral in my car.

They have a great process, text, email and an advance phone call from the technician. The technician listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem.
