I finally changed out our chain driven garage doors for belt driven. My old doors were so loud but we are amazed at how quiet these are! Steve, our tech, did a great job, excellent communication and reset all of the remotes and homelink in the car. He was very patient with all of my questions. We have previously used precision door for spring and roller replacement. Highly recommend all of their services and technicians!!

The technician was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door. He went over all the options and pricing so that we could decide on the best way to repair the door. Once everything was decided, he quickly everything fixed and back up and running. Our technician, Shayne, was polite, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who needs either a new door or just a repair.

From the moment I called and spoke with Nick to schedule an appointment to the moment that Shane completed installation on our new garage door opener (plus springs, and more), we were treated with professionalism. We highly recommend having Precision Garage Door Service complete your garage door needs. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious. We were told and shown what was good and not good about our 25-year-old garage door opener and system. Shane did not try to sell us anything that was not needed. He provided us with options. And he was able to complete the installation the same day! We are very pleased and impressed with the products and work that was completed. Thank you!!!

My garage door 'slammed' down to the floor last Monday after I put my trash bin out. I called Precision Garage about 9:15 am - he told me a tech would be out between 10am and 12pm. About 30 minutes later, Shane (tech) called to tell me he would be here in 30 minutes - which he was. He assessed the situation, had me move my car out of the garage - after he manually lifted the door - and in 15 minutes told me that a screw had come loose on the arm that carries the door up and down. I told him I had just had Precision install the door and he told me he looked at my account, and it was installed in August of 2024!! I was dumbstruck, because I could not believe it had been a year and a half. He was so nice and polite - told me there was no charge for replacing and repairing - even checked the motor to make sure no damage had occurred when the door hit the floor - I Love this company and the people they hire are superior - Thank You Precision Garage Door - You are a company worth praising and congratulating for going above and beyond!! You have a lifetime fan - and I will always recommend you to friends and family - Awesome Experience!!

I scheduled to get an estimate on my phone. I received confirmation right away and the Sales Rep showed up when he was supposed to. He provided a very fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me on what I was clear about up front. I would use them again.

On the initial install of a garage door opener, the the did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with the door. They straighten the tracks and have the door running smooth. Every tech that has been out over the past 4 years have been excellent. The opener itself is poor quality. I've has multiple issues and finally just disconnected it. Great people, poor product!

I am very pleased with the service of your company. The Service Tech, Justin Cooney, was very professional, arrived on time, explained the options available to bring my garage door up to date, and had time to immediately install a new opener. I chose your company because of the commercials I have seen and am glad I did.

I selected Precision Garage Door based on its 5 star rating. I’m glad I did as the entire experience was top notch. Everything from appointment scheduling to the final work exceeded my expectations Service Tech Dante did a great job evaluating my two garage door openers and providing his recommendations. In the end, it was my choice to replace both since they were vintage 1997 models even though he suggested just the one. . He recommended replacing it since it was dated 1997. Dante had the material in his service truck and had time to do it, so I agreed to have both openers and associated hardware replaced. Dante was very polite and respectful. He only recommended what needed replaced. I explained the scope and he went to work. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and highly recommend them.
