Called for a broken cable and tune-up this morning and Nia Bennett was dispatched here at 11:30. Super, knowledgeable and courteous young man...switched cables, springs,rollers and pulleys and was done by 12:15! Super service, well done!

I opened the garage door this morning to find that there were suddenly cables hanging in places they certainly did not belong. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Precision for help. Justin was at our home by noon, and repairs were completed by 2. He did a complete inspection, showed us exactly what he found, and explained what the options were. At no time did we feel pressured to rush the decision, or that were asking too many questions. We ended up replacing the entire 20 year old spring assembly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Justin from start to finish.

I chose to contact Precision Door Service because my daughter made the recommendation. The gentleman, Henry, who serviced our garage door is an absolute “gentleman.” Henry walked me thru the process of fixing our garage door, step by step. Allow me to be a bit more personal. If God had blessed me with a son, I would want him to be like Henry. I can’t say enough about what a fine man Henry is. I am additionally impressed by Precision’s equipment as well as the their professional dress code. All in all, Precision Door is an “outstanding” company.

We heard about how responsive you were from a previous neighbor and they were right! Scheduling was quick and easy. Josh and Benji were awesome technicians! Very friendly and professional. One star only because there is no choice for zero star. Do not label your company as offering an opener repair service. Not true. You are only interested in selling new installations. Your "repair man" refused to even try to diagnose what was wrong or make any attempt to service the opener. It was strictly a receiver coding error which I discovered and corrected myself. Thanks for nothing.

Thank you for the review Nick! For transparency to our readers and to explain in more detail of your particular service. We could not service your 50 + year old motor because it did not meet modern day building code requirements. Due to the fact that it had no safety eyes. Building code UL 325 prohibits any company to service a motor without up to date safety features. Had your motor had these feature we would have loved to been able to offer a repair solution to get you taken care of. But do to this fact, we protect ourselves by abiding in local, state, and federal laws. Now you being a home owner you can fix the motor yourself. Which I am glad to hear you were able to take care of the issue. But there was nothing more we could have done for you, with the exception of replacing the motor with one that meets up to date safety requirements. With that said, to be penalized with a poor rating for following state and federal code is not something in which I may agree with. Precision Door Co were truly amazing! They responded immediately to my needs and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. I called yesterday at 3:30 pm and your tech Henry Storm was here this morning at 10am sharp. He had called 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. After some safety review of my doors he replaced 4 pulleys on my doors, 2each, because others were worn. We discussed cable replacement which can be done at a later date if needed. Henry was professional, cordial and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Henry. I would definitely use your company again. Thank you for your fast response!!

I called there company & got a live person on the phone & explained the problem I was having with my garage door-a part on my garage door broke the night before & my door wasn't opening. The person on the other end of the phone noted my information & took my address & then offered me a same day appointment that afternoon!!! He explained the service fee & that the technican would call me before any work was done to approve it & the cost & that he would call me before he got to my house. The technican was there when he was expected to be & after speaking with my husband he did the repairs as needed & fixed the door. I also received an email of the repairs done & the payment. Everything was great!!

All work to the garage door was complete in under 2 hours! And Precision arrived with all the parts needed to make repairs - no waiting to order parts. Justin Cooney, Precision Technician, made a thorough inspection of the garage door and provided options for the work including estimates. He thoroughly answered all my questions which immensely helped my decision on what work to perform. Justin was friendly and performed a super job in making the repairs - a true expert and professional in this trade. The payment amount was reasonable and I liked Precision's limited 10-year warranty of the work. All-in-all a great experience. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.
