Our torsion spring on the garage door broke this morning. We called and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. Brandon was great! Fixed the door quickly and it was covered under our warranty! They replaced the springs and cables etc several years ago for us. Did a great job then too! Highly recommend!

We highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage issue you may have. We have seen their TV commercial numerous times and gave them a call when one of our doors wouldn't close. When they say on their commercial that they come out quickly and do same day service, that is absolutely true. Our technician Justin Cooney was on time - early even - and was so professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a fun, easy-going personality. He gave everything a thorough check and in the end, we were able to address a number of issues that needed attention. He had everything that he needed in his truck to get the job done that day, and we now have new, high quality equipment that will make our doors last for a long time to come, without needing to replace the doors themselves. It is a significant difference. And - just like in the commercial :) - they run so quietly now. We could not have had a better experience with this company from beginning to end and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're having an issue, call them. They will exceed expectations.

So glad you are our garage door people. Your response time is excellent, your technicians are top notch and you stand behind your commitment...rare to ind these days. You might be a bit more expensive than others... but you get what you pay for. You all will always have our business.

We contacted Precision because our middle garage door was wobbling and shaking itself almost off its tracks. I also asked the to come estimate replacing all our doors with new high lift doors. Steve our tech was great. He rapidly fixed our middle door by replacing a couple of pulleys and re cabling the door lists. It’s working well. He was also very helpful in estimating a couple of new door and system options and we can wait to get them installed soon. I’ll review them again at that time but for now I’m optimistic. Thanks all.

Our technician Brandon was super helpful and went above and beyond for our repair. We decided to replace the one garage door opener that was broken and he did maintenance on the other for now. The new open is so quiet! Same day service and could not be happier.

Very happy with the service I received. Actually, probably part of the problem was where my trashcan was placed in relation to the light signals on the bottom of my door. Anyway, Ryan was great and treated my tracks with lubricant and tested to make sure that everything wasn’t working order. Thanks so much.

5 STARS to Precision Garage Door Service. It was clear they exemplified the saying… “people don’t care how much you know…until they know…how much you care.”. It all started with Steven, who answered the phone first thing in the morning. He worked relentlessly to find an opening for a technician to come to our house that same morning and replace a non-functional 40-year-old garage door opener. Jerry showed up within an hour and is a first-class professional technician who exhibited a passion for doing a job he loves with excellence. Our new very quiet garage door opener, complete with new rollers, was fully operation before 1 o’clock. Obviously, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central PA. Ron Chubb

Precision Garage Door is the best!!! Our garage door spring broke on New Years Eve around 10am with a big bang noise. It took us until 11:15am to figure out it was the garage door. We called Precision directly and our technician, Steve D., was at the our house by Noon. Steve determined the issues, made recommendations, and completed the repairs by 1:30pm. He thoroughly explained the issues and how to properly maintain moving forward. We have used Precision at previous houses and always found them to deliver the highest quality service. This experience was know different. Great job Precision and Steve. Job well done!

Called a local business, but they never called back to install the opener, after coming out and quoting me. Call Precision and got scheduled on MY time. Service technician, Steve Davis, was thorough and explained every thing clearly.

Our 2 garage door openers were not functioning properly after 25 years of use. Mr. Steve Davis from Precision Door evaluated the situation, reviewed all options, and installed 2 new opener systems for us. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and competent and was a pleasure to work with. The new systems open the garage doors soundlessly and are a real upgrade. We highly recommend Precision Door !

Ty Interrante was fabulous. He assessed the garage door and all parts, and gave us a thorough and very understandable plan of options for us to consider. He then completed the work right away to fix us up. He had all parts available to complete any of the options we chose. He was a very capable technician and very professional. We are so glad we called “Precision Garage door Service”

Excellent experience with Precision from start to finish. They called ahead to see if I was available for an earlier appointment, arrived within the timeframe expected and kept me updated throughout the process. I appreciated the text with a picture of my technician, Justin, before arrival-such a professional touch. Justin completed the work quickly, efficiently, and with clear explanations of the product and what to expect. It was a night-and-day difference compared to another company that showed up at my house in an unmarked vehicle, delivering aggressive sales tactics with outlandish prices for service while then trying to collect a fee for the "free estimate". I am truly impressed with Jusin's professionalism and service. Highly recommend!

Reliable… friendly… professional… I was extremely impressed with the equipment and installation of my garage door opener. When my older system had a spring failure… the motor struggled to operate… bother were welll used and old. Precision came out and were professional, knowledgable and cared about my door opening system. I chose to update the opener and the spring system. Now it is smooth, silent and is a true workhorse. Thank you.

My garage door completely broke and could not even be manually raised. This was a day before and anticipated winter snow event. I called precision who my sister had also used, they called me back immediately. They came within 24 hours (despite the weather)and did a full assessment of my garage door mechanism and opener. Afterwards Ed reviewed his findings and showed me the damage parts. He then reviewed three different proposals to fix my garage. After choosing the best one with the warranty immediately got to work and within 3 hours I had a functioning garage door back. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone okay
