I was able to schedule an appointment the same date I called. My technician Ty was both knowledgeable and professional. He explained several options to solve my problem. Ty did a clean instillation, taking away all the old materials. He did not pressure me to make my decision. I ultimately choose a replacement opener that is so much quieter than my old opener.

I had two doors replaced over the summer. Both installs were done well. Installers did a great job, especially when having to work in a tight situation. Over the years now, I've had 4 garage doors replaced, all with Precision Garage Doors. Their on-site sales reps have always been very good and all the different install teams have done great work. Four years ago I had Precision Garage Door come to our house to replace the overhead coils and to install safety cables in the new coils. I was pleased with the professionalism and skills of the technician, and encouraged him to replace numerous parts which had been in place for over 30 years. On August 28, 2025, I had the privilege to meet Jeremy Mayer when he came to our house to assess dents I had caused on our garage door. He examined the damage and asked if I had a particular preference for dealing with the dents. I expressed that I was hoping to avoid purchasing a new door at this time. He explained and showed me very effectively that I could possibly make the repair myself. During the course of assessing the dents, I approached him concerning noises coming from the door when ascending, and he quickly solved the issue with his spray can of "garage door" lubricant, while explaining its unique features. This solution prompted me to inquire whether he had a "fix" for water coming under the garage door in heavy rain. He quickly showed me from his tablet that the Stormshield threshold kit would be the likely solution to this issue. From one good improvement to another without any blatant sales pitch. Jeremy is a great representative for Precison Door.! To deal with these needed changes plus a garage door issue we are responsible for elsewhere in York County, he provided his card with his direct phone number for immediate action when we arrange the timing.

We had our Garage Door serviced last October by Precision. We were told that the opener was not in great shape at that time. The opener was creating more and more noise through out the summer. Once again we called precision the Tech called gave us a time and arrived promptly at the time given. Steve Davis did very nice job explaining in detail why the opener was making noise and reasons for replacing it. Steve went to work very efficiently had the opener changed quickly, along with a new bottom seal on the Door. Steve explained all of the features and even reprogrammed our vehicle. Thanks Steve, Great service !!
