Nia called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and laid out the best options. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about as well as good honest advice. He installed our new belt drive opener and was even willing to explain the ins and outs after hours since I don’t get home until late. It was a very good experience all around and I will definitely use them for any future needs we have. Thank you Nia for a job well done!

My service person was a very nice, polite young man named Justin! I explained my problem to him and he went out to check them out, Came back and we talked about different options that I could choose from.(was not pushy), I chose one and he said he would get right on it! After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.

Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.

The first technician that came out to diagnose the issue was Andonia. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was. A new transmitter was ordered. A week later Carcen was out for the installation of the new transmitter, he was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything worked. Also Nick who always answered the phone when I called, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

He made temporary repairs as the equipment is 25 yr old and in need on replacement parts and adjustments. Your phone receptionist was professional and accommodating. Your service man arrived within the realm of expected hours. He was personable, professional, and maintained a social distance. He provided essential information to enable me to make an appropriate selection in regards to the degree of repairs. He conducted himself in an efficient and timely manner, showed me the particular replacement parts that were used, which were of a far better quality than what was originally installed on my garage door 15 or 20 or 30 years ago. Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.

Justin the technician was very courteous and quite competent. The service call took place within an hour of my calling the company. He clearly explained all the new equipment installed. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family.
