I had used your company a number of years ago at a previous home so when I needed service at my current home I remembered the great service from before and called Precision again. The technician, Jerry Eldreth, knew his business. I wanted maintenance performed on my doors. He explained everything and answered my questions. Once again I learned a thing or two. If needed I will always call Precision for service or installation and will definitely refer you to others.

I have seen the advertisements and when we had a door problem yours was the first to come to mind. The rapid response was greatly appreciated. Henry was great in resolving the problem and he was nice and courteous. Converted to a more modern opening system with replacement of rollers, springs and cables. Absolutely best service ever. Garage door broke on a Saturday morning and chatted live with Jessica. She was very responsive and provided two same day appointment options. Chad Lahue came out that afternoon. Chad performed a complete assessment, explained everything clearly and provided repair options. Complete overhaul of garage door (springs, bearings, cables) was done in about 90 minutes. Professional and courteous. No pressure sales. Lifetime warranty. One of the best home repair experiences ever. Will definitely recommend Chad Lahue and the staff at Precision for all your garage door needs.

My call today resulted in same day service. Quick response that is almost unheard of in customer service today. Several years ago Precision Door Service installed a new motor for the existing garage door and today they did a tune up. The technician, Henry Storm, was the 5 star rating! Polite, friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of service or replacement of your existing system.

Replaced old door opener motor & wall pad and outside keypad with one I supplied, removed old fashioned springs with a completely new torsion spring system in short order. Great company overall. Next day availability. Our technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and beyond helpful navigating the unknown. Precision offered next day service after placing a call to them at 7pm the night before our appointment. The garage door opener replacement and repair or our worn out components exceeded all expectations. Our new system was up and running in less than 2 hours and Justin took the time to set up every minute detail down to programming the keypad and explained everything we needed to know to operate our new garage door opener. Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!
