Very happy with responsiveness and service. I called first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment, and within 2 hours, Jason was at my home fixing the broken spring. He was excellent in evaluating the garage door system, explaining what needed to be done versus what could wait, and did a great job with the repair. Highly recommend Precision and Jason.

Our Technician Justin was very professional and explained all of his Inspection findings. Justin provided us options for taking care of our issues with the garage door. Wanted to get a new door panel because mine was damaged. Zack explained that you couldn't get one because of the age of my door. He gave me a price on a new door, but I didn't want to spend the money because mine was cosmetic damage. Zack wasn't pushy and he explained everything thoroughly.

Got in touch with Precision at 7:30pm one evening as one of our garage door openers died. They came out 8:45am the very next morning! Very impressed with the service technician Nia. He explained everything clearly, was very thorough/knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had one garage door opener replaced and a major service done on another. The "Precision" brand name opener is impressive and is hands down the best opener I have ever had. It is whisper quiet and operates smooth like butter. We will definitely be going back to Precision for our future garage door needs.

You met my expectations and you solved the problem. Henry Storm was courteous, professional and helpful (because he had to deal on & off with my 3 mutts!!!) LOL You guys are the best!!! And I love that you're available 24/7 to set up an appointment, and it has been, thru my 2 emergency experiences with Precision, that it is ALWAYS the next day and usually at an appropriate time slot!!! IMO reasonably priced, too.

I had seen advertisements for Precision on tv and when I needed work on my garage door I tried them. They were able to make an appointment with me right away and I was given a great estimate. My technician was Justin Cooney. What a kind & genuine person he is. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer every question in great detail. I felt that he was honest & sincere with his opinions of what needed to be done & what could wait. The average technician today for any type of repairs is usually a trained ‘sales’ person. Never felt that he was pushing me into something not necessary. For me that was a pleasant surprise!! Definitely NOT an average tech. Great job Justin! Thank you so much!! ????

Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the service options and completed the work in a timely manner. A few days after, there was a problem, but he came right back out and took care of it. Cost seems a bit high compared to other companies, but the quality of service and parts is worth it.

I had a really great experience. Had a door opener problem. I called and they sent someone out within an hour! Nia came explained what could be causing the issue. He did some troubleshooting. Told me the problem. Needed a new motor. Quoted a price. Asked if that was what I wanted to do. Went to work right away. Finished in a short amount of time. Then went over how everything works. VERY excellent encounter! Will definitely call them for any future problems. And will highly recommend to friends.

Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.

Totally impressed with their professionalism. We completely replaced two garage doors. Every technician we encountered went out of their way to explain the process and provide options. It was almost as if they went to “professionalism boot camp.” I wish I could experience this more often. Beautiful garage doors worth the wait due to supply shortages. Great experience.
