We had our Garage Door serviced last October by Precision. We were told that the opener was not in great shape at that time. The opener was creating more and more noise through out the summer. Once again we called precision the Tech called gave us a time and arrived promptly at the time given. Steve Davis did very nice job explaining in detail why the opener was making noise and reasons for replacing it. Steve went to work very efficiently had the opener changed quickly, along with a new bottom seal on the Door. Steve explained all of the features and even reprogrammed our vehicle. Thanks Steve, Great service !!

We got a same-day appointment with a technician. Dante was able to provide us with several different options for repairing or replacing our old garage door opener. He took the time to explain which components were most in need of replacement and which could wait, so we were able to choose the repair that best fit our needs and budget.

Highly recommend! My garage door broke on a Wednesday. I easily scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician that came (Steve Davis) was very knowledgable. He determined that I needed a new motor, which is what we figured was the issue. While discussing the different options, we asked if he could also replace the motor on our second garage door because it was just as old. He said absolutely, and did both doors that day. He replaced both motors, installed new belt drives, and installed a keypad opener outside. We could not be more happy with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service.

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! Justin was still the efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working fellow I remembered. I knew he would fix the problem, which turned out to be a weakening battery. It was replaced and is working perfectly again. He also checked the. other garage door opener with my approval and that one is still strong. he also explained everything he was. He's a great technician with a great company!
