Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Making the appointment was easy and online. The tech called prior to my appointment to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived there was no hard sale pressure, he ran down the options and let me pick what I wanted. He was very polite, installed everything & cleaned up in about 1.5/hrs. I was charged exactly what he had quoted.

I had heard about Precision Garage Door Services before and had received a coupon. Upon further research, I read good reviews and thought I would contact Precision. I was extremely pleased on several counts: first of all, the response to my call was immediate and 2 repairmen arrived within a few hours of my request. Both Chad and Dalton were pleasant and very professional and worked very well together. I am very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Precision to others. Thank you!

We called for service this morning and the tech got here at 3:45 or so. Same-day service is hard to find in this day and age. Justin was courteous and professional, giving and explaining our options. Great job!

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! Justin was still the efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working fellow I remembered. I knew he would fix the problem, which turned out to be a weakening battery. It was replaced and is working perfectly again. He also checked the. other garage door opener with my approval and that one is still strong. he also explained everything he was. He's a great technician with a great company!

This was my first experience with the Precision Garage Door service. They responded to my call in a very timely manner and their service tech, Jerry, gave me a call to help pinpoint his eta. Which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly & professional as he inspected the job and explained his findings. He the gave me four options to select from as I considered the level of repair & replacements I wanted. Jerry completed my requests efficiently and was skilled with his work!

Well, I picked Precision because it was closest to my house. Haha. But I had the best experience! From scheduling to completion it was great to work with Precision. Justin was fantastic From diagnostics, and explaining the issues to me, to actually doing the work, he was first class. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. All 3 of my garage doors work silky smooth now. Thanks Justin! I have one more garage door that will need addressed in the future and I would love to have Justin work on it. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day after my garage door motor failed. My technician for installing a new door motor, springs, rollers, outdoor pad, etc was Justin Cooney and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was very polite and professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did an exceptional install! I’m very pleased with the work overall and cannot thank Justin enough for getting everything up and running so quickly!

THOUGH THE SERVICE I NEEDED WAS A REPAIR, IT WAS ACTUALLY MAJOR SURGERY. JUSTIN AND CHAD HANDLED THE OPERATION WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY. JUSTIN AND CHAD ARE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS, AFFABLE, AND PUNCTUAL. THE JOB WAS EXTENSIVE {EVERY PART EXCEPT THE DOOR ITSELF - A VERY LARGE DOOR - WAS REPLACED AND REMOUNTED}, BUT JUSTIN EXPLAINED WELL THE NECESSITY FOR EVERY CHANGE. NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. I CANNOT RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR HIGHLY ENOUGH! MY THANKS.

This morning, my garage door suddenly stopped working and trapped my car inside—right when I needed to leave. Thankfully, Jason from Precision Doors came to the rescue! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief. But Jason didn’t stop there—he also diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor and had a brand new one installed in no time. Jason was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the new motor worked perfectly before he left. The door is now running better (and quieter!) than it ever has. I’m incredibly grateful for the fast and reliable service. If you ever find yourself stuck like I was, I highly recommend Jason at Precision Doors. Top-notch service and a true lifesaver!

This is the third time I have called on Precision (previously in Baltimore), and they did not disappoint! I was able to schedule a same-day appointment and the problem was fixed. The communication was seamless. Our technician, Dante S. was courteous and very skilled. Dante explained everything thoroughly and completed the work efficiently. There is NO doubt who we would call if any other problems develop.

I had a broken garage door spring. When I called Precision I got a live person which he was very nice and professional. He collected all of my information and offered to have a technician come out the same day. Our schedule was busy that day but he offered a technician would be available the next morning. I got text and email appointment confirmations and what technician would be there. Blake our technician called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. Blake diagnosed our problem very quickly and offered his assessment of our door which everything has been original since we have been in our home. He explained the different options for repairs and the warranties that come with each option. We decided to have the door overhauled with new springs, rollers, drums, pulleys, and bearings. After Blake had repaired the door it ran 100% better and smoother and the door opener didn’t sound like it was struggling to lift the door. Blake had all this done in about 2 hours and our door was back in service. He also left our garage cleaned up and checked to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend precision door service to anyone looking for a garage door service company and I would use them again for service.
