Purchased a home where the previous owner was a spend thrift. Experienced problems with garage door and contacted Precision after exhausting DIY solutions available on line. ‘Dan’ called me and listened to my analogy of the problem. He scheduled a tech to arrive the next day. ‘Zach’ called in advance of his arrival within the scheduled window. He inspected my situation and provided repair options. He was knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Precision based on my experience with them.

Today a spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision because a few of the neighbors have used this company. I was completely satisfied with the service. I called after 12pm they were at my door by 4pm. Bye 6pm my door was working the springs were replaced with new ones and I opted for a new seal on the bottom as well the old one was very worn. Also I need to mention Justin he was such a nice person to work with and he completely explained everything in detail. I also changed my mind from just the springs to the springs and the seal he didn’t mind at all! I’ll definitely use Precision for all my future garage door need’s, hopefully not but if need I’d call them again.

I had a great experience with Precision Door. The technician Justin arrived on time and provided me with 3 options to fix the door. He explained every step in detail and even spoke with my home warranty company. He repaired 2 garage doors in a quick and efficient manner. The doors now work and open quietly. I must say that Justin was so pleasant,knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t say enough about your staff and the level of customer service they provided after installation. I would have appreciated more interaction with the person who ordered our custom door. Once I sent what I was interested in, they ordered the door, but unfortunately since they never reviewed the order with me prior to ordering it. The windows I wanted were on the wrong side, which I could live with but because of the mistake it caused issues with the opener and required additional visits. Again, the original service staff and the installers were top notch and did everything they could to make things right.

I'm so happy I called Precision, they came out and evaluated the garage door and gave us three different options. Our repair person, Justin was very straight forward and gave us a good estimate. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them if you are experiencing garage door issues.

A cable on my garage door was broken, so I could not open it. The repairman showed me that there were also other issues that needed addressed, so he also installed new rails. It now works very smoothly.

I was scheduled for a service call very quickly. Zach the service technician diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed in less than an hour. He also inspected the door and explained every item with me. Very good visit overall until…….after he left I looked the parts up online. Precision charged $200 for the parts and they are available on Amazon for $17. Total gouging by this company. I understand they have to make some money off the parts but that’s a little ridiculous.

Totally impressed with their professionalism. We completely replaced two garage doors. Every technician we encountered went out of their way to explain the process and provide options.
