Had my door springs...wheels etc replaced and had a little issue with the door not closing all the way....called Thursday and they were here Monday and fixed ...definitely a ontime and excellent work team

We had new garage doors and openers installed by Precision 4 years ago, but never activated the WiFi feature. We finally wanted to use the WiFi, but couldn’t figure out how to get it working. I used the online chat option on your website, and was offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours to do this for me. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dante that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Wow - super fast service! He arrived, found the proper app for me to use to activate the WiFi, and in minutes everything was working. He also did a quick tune-up with the doors to assure everything was working and aligned properly. And, he was a very nice young man! Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you!!!

I call Precision Door on a Sunday to repair my garage door. To my surprise they answered to phone and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house at 8:30 the next morning. The tech told me that my parts were under warranty and that I only had to pay for labor. The tech was courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again.

All the employees who worked with me to replace my old worn out garage door were completely informed of the options and replacement of the old door. It took Kenny only little over 2 hours to tear down the old door and track and install the new track and door. Where do I start? The other day when we had the snow storm I went out to put my garage up and it was stuck to the garage floor causing the bracket that was connected to the garage door to come off. After calling what I thought was my dependable garage door repair company I learned they was not dependable!!! My friend told me to call precision door. After calling precision they gave me a time frame of between twelve and two to show up. Went to breakfast and got to a phone call letting me know that he would be showing up by eleven, when the tech showed up he went and showed me problems with the door. He fixed the problems and my door works great! I never knew a garage door was supposed to work that way! The tech did a great job!!! I’m actually going to have the other garage door done by the same company PS sorry about the long story!

Henry came out today to fix a problem I was having with my garage door keypad. He reprogrammed it, as well as fixed some other items after discussing with me first. Henry was incredibly efficient; everything was completed and tested by both of us to insure all was working perfectly before leaving. It was a ridiculously cold morning so I give him, as well as all your other technicians, kudos for doing such great work under these conditions.

Easy to book appointment, they called and rescheduled my appointment a day earlier which was very nice. The technician was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of my garage doors and offered 3 levels of repairs. My only issue was the overall cost. My garage doors uses two springs for tension.. one spring broke so of course you replace both as well the cables..why this cost $725 is beyond me. I would probably recommend calling around as that was extremely expensive when the entire kit to do the repair myself is $300.

My initial call was for a "tune up" of the existing (but very old) garage door opener. The technician (Henry) was prompt and explained what was going on with my ancient opener. He offered and explained several solutions (quick fixes up to replacement) - I opted for a new opener system since mine was from 1993! He also called in backup help to expedite the process and was done in about 2 hours arrival to departure. Very good & friendly company that I highly recommend!

My time estimate was 12 to 2. Henry called at 12 and said he would be here by 12:30. He arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly. He asked about the problem and then checked out the door. He gave me a repair price and said it would take him about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to make the repairs. When he finished he showed me what he had done and made sure everything was working before he left. I would definitely use this company again

Garage door spring broke yesterday morning as I was leaving for work @7:15am. Frantically searched the internet, found great reviews online for Precision, and now we know why. Easily made the appointment online, called to confirm and to ask about payment options, received text confirmation of appointment, our assigned technician (Nia Bennett) texted me that he was enroute, he arrived on time, performed a safety inspection, presented us with three proposals, thoroughly explained the options via a phone call, performed the service / install, and was finished before noon. (Completed-work Invoice was emailed @11:19am) Wow! Hoping the price was competitive since we didn't really have time to get other quotes, but considering the top-notch service, it was worth it. We now have an updated garage door including new springs and a quiet opener that is guaranteed for many years to work for us. We highly recommend this company and our technician too. I could have installed a new opener myself on the weekend, but now I will have more free time to spend with the grand kiddos!
