Hello, I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. The technician was early. He showed me the problems with our garage door and gave me 3 options to choose from. He performed the service in a little over an hour and afterwards he explained and showed me what he did. Kenny was friendly and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I plan on getting them back, when needed, in the future. Rodney

I am very pleased with the service your company has provided. You have a professional appearing informational website when I Googled garage door repairs. Your phone receptionist was professional and accommodating. Your service man arrived within the realm of expected hours. He was personable, professional, and maintained a social distance. He provided essential information to enable me to make an appropriate selection in regards to the degree of repairs. He conducted himself in an efficient and timely manner, showed me the particular replacement parts that were used, which were of a far better quality than what was originally installed on my garage door 15 or 20 or 30 years ago. Chad completed the repairs very well, my garage door has never gone up and down so smoothly, and I know I don't have to fear broken garage door return springs anytime soon. I am very pleased with the quality of your repairs, and the way that your repair persons conduct themselves. I would heartily recommend your firm to friends or relatives when the time comes for them to have essential repairs. When I contacted precision door I was pleasantly surprised with a technician arriving the same day. I was very surprised when the replacement of the motor, springs, and rollers was completed on both doors the same day I made the initial call. Dennis did a fantastic job. Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.

I called precision door service and within 2 hrs they had arrived . My old opener had stopped working completely . Denny Gohn was my technician and he gave me a quick and direct assessment . He gave me options and now we have by far the quietest belt drive opener . You can hardly hear it so smooth and what a professional job done by Denny. We are so impressed . I had one of my openers that was making a terrible grinding noise. I called and they had a service tech (Zack) come out the next day. He looked over both the noisy opener and the 2nd one. Although Zack could have repaired the broken one I opted to go ahead and replace them both with new openers since they were 23 years old. The noise level between chain and belt drive is amazing. Zack did a great job with the installation and explanation of the new openers. I thought the replacements were fairly priced. Thank you Precision and Zack.

I bought a new garage door and needed installation. So much for using someone from Home Depot. They sell only. So I called Home Advisor telling them what service I needed and within 5 minutes Precision Overhead Door called. The next day they were out and within 1 hour had professionally installed our new opener. They were polite and professional 100%. I plan to have them come back out and service the wheels and rest of my hardware for the door itself. This company is awesome.
