Next day prompt service was just what I needed. Justin called as he was on his way to my house. Justin was on time, very polite and courteous. Justin explained everything in great detail. Justin gave me 2 options to choose from for my repairs. Justin was very fast and efficient in his timely repair of my garage door. He was also very neat and clean in my garage. Precisión is an outstanding company. Called them yesterday because my keypad and both remotes did not work due to a power outage. Spoke with Denny Gohn who walked me through a short process to try to fix it but it still didn’t work so he scheduled an appointment for me this morning with Kenny Dyson. He showed up at the exact scheduled time, listened to my concerns and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. A truly professional young man who knows his business. I thank you for being a company I can depend on, and please pass this thanks on to Denny and Kenny for their efficiency.

When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and I give my experience with them a rating of Super, Solid, Gold!

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. Nia called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and laid out the best options. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about as well as good honest advice. We needed our garage door repaired quickly. Precision had a repairman out in two hours. Kenny the repairman explained our options and did a great job fixing the problem. Unbelievably, shortly after Kenny left, the second garage door broke. He was able to return and fix this problem as well. Amazing service and knowledgeable serviceman.
