I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I just had an hour ago. Josh Fink is not only professional about correcting the problem but he is a gentleman I feel very comfortable having in my house. A couple weeks ago I had a neighbor who needed help with her garage door. I recommended Precision and she couldn’t have been happier. Keep up the good work!!! Kay H

We had new garage doors and openers installed by Precision 4 years ago, but never activated the WiFi feature. We finally wanted to use the WiFi, but couldn’t figure out how to get it working. I used the online chat option on your website, and was offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours to do this for me. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dante that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Wow - super fast service! He arrived, found the proper app for me to use to activate the WiFi, and in minutes everything was working. He also did a quick tune-up with the doors to assure everything was working and aligned properly. And, he was a very nice young man! Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you!!!

I had a quick response to get an appointment. My nephew referred me to you as a low cost good garage door company. He also had 1960 door. He had a low cost. I was given $1500 plus for 4 new straps.. The two straps were not needed but the finished job needed afew wheels and the job cost me $1500 plus anyway.. My nephew paid $400/ Joshua did good. I had to do WD40 to get a smooth roll, He informed me what he was doing well prompt and pleasant. Price too high

Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

Very pleased with the service provided. I felt Steve and Chad were confident in what they were doing. They treated me in a respectful manner and explained the choices available to fix the problem. I first learned about Precision Garage Door Service from TV ad. All was completed in a timely and quality manner.

Your technicians are not in question, polite, helpful, and professional. However, after just over one year, I would think that your garage door openers would last longer, they are not inexpensive. Technician that worked on my opener, explained to me that the "Board Fried" for some reason. I did buy two for my doors, hopefully the other one last longer than just over one year.

I call Precision Door on a Sunday to repair my garage door. To my surprise they answered to phone and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house at 8:30 the next morning. The tech told me that my parts were under warranty and that I only had to pay for labor. The tech was courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again.

My wife remembered seeing your Tv commercial and suggested I call to have our garage door repaired. As usual she was right and we were scheduled to have our garage door repaired the same day. Can't say enough good things about Precision Garage Door Service and the excellent service we received from service tech (Jerry) who was very friendly, professional and extremely competent. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and will definitely refer you guys to everyone I know who is in need of garage door service or repairs. Online scheduling for a service call was easy. It was determined that my existing door needed to be replaced. I was confident that it was an honest assessment. My door has been replaced, and I am very satisfied with the new door. All of the employees were professional.

All the employees who worked with me to replace my old worn out garage door were completely informed of the options and replacement of the old door. It took Kenny only little over 2 hours to tear down the old door and track and install the new track and door. I was very impressed with all the employees with all their knowledge and know how to help me.

Where do I start? The other day when we had the snow storm I went out to put my garage up and it was stuck to the garage floor causing the bracket that was connected to the garage door to come off. After calling what I thought was my dependable garage door repair company I learned they was not dependable!!! My friend told me to call precision door. After calling precision they gave me a time frame of between twelve and two to show up. Went to breakfast and got to a phone call letting me know that he would be showing up by eleven, when the tech showed up he went and showed me problems with the door. He fixed the problems and my door works great! I never knew a garage door was supposed to work that way! The tech did a great job!!! I’m actually going to have the other garage door done by the same company PS sorry about the long story!
