I was able to make an appointment for the next day for minor service and inspection of door operation. Jerry and Don were on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to ask what my concerns were about the door and explained what they could see might need servicing. They offered 3 options of service and explained each. They did not pressure me to choose either or any option. When I chose the option I wanted, the technicians completed their work in about an hour. They carefully explained what they did and demonstrated door operation. I would recommend to others.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.

I sent an email to Precision after receiving a Receipt for a 50% Deposit to order 2 Garage Door Openers in the amount of $1,060.00. The Receipt showed No Work to be done, -0- amount Total for the work and -0- amount for the $530.00 Check I gave the Repairman. Basically the Receipt was worthless. Its been 2 days and still no response. This is totally unacceptable. They didn't trust me to order the parts without me paying them 50% but they want me to trust them to complete the repair as discussed.

We had a problem with both our garage door button and the remote in our car. The technician, Mr. Bennett ran through all possible scenarios and found that a wire had been crimped. Mr Bennett then ran a new wire and the problem was solved. We have used your company previously and again we are satisfied. I called Precision in the morning and was scheduled for a 4-6 appt. that same day. Ryan was my technician. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my noisy door by replacing the rollers, pulleys, cables and straps. After the job was completed, he explained to me what he did. My garage door is definitely quieter to the delight of my dog!

Precision Garage Doors was great today! Our car was being held hostage in our garage, & our regular company couldn't come until Friday ( today is Monday). They send you a picture of who's coming (great idea!).
