I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they offer same day service. I called and was thanked for calling the business asked what the problem was and given an appointment window. I w was called by the service tech prior to this window and was told that he was running late but assured me he would be here today. He arrived shortly after the original time window. He assessed the problem and I was given several different options to take care of the problem. Within a few minutes he had estimates for each option explaining the benefits of each option. I chose the lifetime warranty and decided to have another door serviced to avoid an additional service call in the future. The technician quickly performed the required repairs and explained all work performed, showing everything that was replaced, explained the warranty, and placed service few on the repaired doors. He was very professional and polite throughout the service call. He explained the invoice and warranty information, sending me an email with all pertinent information. He also told me if I have my problem with the email that I can contact the company office to have another receipt sent to me. He made sure that my garage was clear of any debris and the doors operated correctly. I was thanked for my business and told if there were any problems to please call the office. He was very professional and polite throughout the entire service call. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

Prompt same day service can't be beat. Our tech, Dustin, was here when promised and he did a great job in explaining our options. Once we decided on a course of action, Dustin worked quickly and very competently in fixing our problem. He was friendly, professional and accomplished. I rely on referral services like Angie’s List or Home Advisor to match me with the service pros who can respond to perform the repairs that is needed, especially if I don’t personally know of a reliable contractor. In my case, I needed someone who can fix my garage door closer. Once again, based on customer positive ratings and comments, I selected Precision Garage Door. Their technician, Chad Lahue listened to my description of the problem and proceeded to do his analysis and in a very short time, identified the specific door closer part that was causing the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and voila, problem fixed. Chad was very courteous and was very knowledgeable of his craft. He described the cause of the problem and readily answered all my questions on preventive maintenance. If I encounter other performance issues with my garage doors, Precision Garage Door Services, will be my go to guy in the future! I highly recommend them!

I had one of my openers that was making a terrible grinding noise. I called and they had a service tech (Zack) come out the next day. He looked over both the noisy opener and the 2nd one. Although Zack could have repaired the broken one I opted to go ahead and replace them both with new openers since they were 23 years old. The noise level between chain and belt drive is amazing. Zack did a great job with the installation and explanation of the new openers. I thought the replacements were fairly priced. Thank you Precision and Zack.

I bought a new garage door and needed installation. So much for using someone from Home Depot. They sell only. So I called Home Advisor telling them what service I needed and within 5 minutes Precision Overhead Door called. The next day they were out and within 1 hour had professionally installed our new opener. They were polite and professional 100%. I plan to have them come back out and service the wheels and rest of my hardware for the door itself. This company is awesome.

We called Precision after viewing their website. Customer service set up an immediate appointment that suit our time frame. Upon arrival, Service Tech Dan Madison carefully listened to our concern. After a very detailed safety inspection, the problems were identified. Dan reviewed several options to correct the repair. The service was performed immediately. Very professional and courteous. Great products and great service!

During the winter our window in the garage door broke and we needed a new door. Precision answered the call quickly and we were satisfied with the work. We have a double garage so we needed to change the other door to have completely matching doors. The replacement was fine; however the repair person said the door opener was not working properly and that it needed a pin to work. He highly recommended that we replace the openers to avoid possibly damaging our new doors. In the meantime he would replace the pin needed to use the door opener until we decided to replace the door openers. He showed me how to manually open and close the garage door and unplugged the garage opener so that I would not use out of habit. He did not return with the pin he mentioned that was needed to get the opener working again. When I called the office to inquire about the pin, I was told that the repair man did not mention that in his report and that there was nothing they could do for me.

When opening garage door bracket broke...was late afternoon on Friday and when I called got a friendly live person that assisted with setting up my appointment which they were able to accommodate the next day. Dan was my technician and he was very responsive and very helpful. He fixed the bracket so door would function but I decided to order a new door as it was time to replace. So far service has been exceptional and will update once door is installed. Would highly recommend these folks! Richard

I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!

I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.
