I was very pleased with the service that Precision Door did for us. I called the day after Christmas around 8:30 am, and a tech was at our home by 10:00 am. The tech, Chad, called and said when he was on his way. Chad was very professional. He asked some questions about our door, explained what work would be done and went over the estimate of cost. Upon approval, Chad completed the job of replacing the door spring. Chad was such a pleasure to work with through the entire process. I would highly recommend Chad and Precision Door.

Mr. Van Dam, On December 21 I contacted Precision Garage Door Service in order to resolve several problems I was having with my garage door opener. After scheduling the appointment, I was contacted telephonically by one of your technicians Mr. Justin Cooney. Justin advised that he would be arriving at my residence in approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival Justin performed a thorough inspection of my unit and took the time to explain the problems he found. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and in fact, I purchased a brand new unit. Justin made the entire experience a pleasure. As a retired Federal Government employee who worked in customer service, I know and appreciate excellent customer service. Justin is a great asset to your company and if allowed, I would have awarded him a ten star rating. Rest assured that because of Justin, when my unit needs an annual inspection or any repairs, I will be contacting Precision Garage Door Service.

Henry came out today to fix a problem I was having with my garage door keypad. He reprogrammed it, as well as fixed some other items after discussing with me first. Henry was incredibly efficient; everything was completed and tested by both of us to insure all was working perfectly before leaving. It was a ridiculously cold morning so I give him, as well as all your other technicians, kudos for doing such great work under these conditions.

I have had Precisions Door work on my garage door three times now and have found the service techs very good and informative. The most recent service included adding all new motors and accessories. Ryan was very personable and did a great job explaining all the options. The work he did was excellent and after he was finished, he went over everything with me. Very professional young man. Our service call to Precision was placed on a Sunday morning. Appropriate information was provided to them and repair was scheduled for Monday morning. The technician arrived on schedule, reviewed our problem with us and gave us three repair options with prices, not estimates. The work that was performed required a great deal of skill and knowledge and could not have been performed by a homeowner. Don't watch the YouTube videos and think you can do the repair yourself. A new spring was installed along with nylon roller guides and cables. The repair work was completed in two and one half hours. Pricing was upfront. No changes. No additions. Great job!

Easy to book appointment, they called and rescheduled my appointment a day earlier which was very nice. The technician was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of my garage doors and offered 3 levels of repairs. My only issue was the overall cost. My garage doors uses two springs for tension.. one spring broke so of course you replace both as well the cables..why this cost $725 is beyond me. I would probably recommend calling around as that was extremely expensive when the entire kit to do the repair myself is $300.
