Hello, I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. The technician was early. He showed me the problems with our garage door and gave me 3 options to choose from. He performed the service in a little over an hour and afterwards he explained and showed me what he did. Kenny was friendly and was very knowledgeable. I am so impressed with the quality of work we received today from this company! I selected them based on their awesome reviews and was not disappointed. From the first call this morning to schedule our service all the way to the end result, every encounter with Precision was spot on. Dan M. our technician was amazing. He was kind, on-time and professional. He did an amazing job replacing our worn out 35-year-old garage door opener and took the time to go over the functions of the new door and opener even though the job went into the evening. He enjoys his job and it shows! We have future needs for our garage doors and Precision will definitely be our choice for this work based on our experience with them.

We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

When my decades old garage door finally broke, I dreaded the repair process. However, just a few minutes of internet research was all it took to convince me that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company for the job! Despite calling in the evening hours, their friendly team was able to schedule a next day appointment. The receptionist took the time to understand the type of repair work required and clearly explained the process in detail. Kenny Dyson called me the next day well within the appointment window to explain that he was running behind on schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when he called again a short time later to let me know that he was on the way! While Kenny ultimately arrived on time, his professionalism in letting me know about a possible delay made me feel valued as a customer. After inspecting the garage door, he quickly gave me an acceptable quote and I was charged accordingly with no hidden fees. Kenny replaced all of the hardware on my existing door with lightning speed and precision. More importantly, he took the time afterwards to show me his work and ask if I had any questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and their amazing team - - you won't be disappointed!

I met yesterday with Denny and he was thorough in his presentation and also took the time to match our new front door as much as possible. Quite impressed with the mobile showroom to see the product and color choices firsthand. We had checked with another company that never came out to take measurements and just sent us an email. Your company was thorough and showed the options and demonstrated the product, options and went over the quote with me.
