The technician, Zack, was very polite and professional. He appeared to be quite knowledgible about his job and the parts the company had for repairs. I called Precision Door to ask about a possible check-up on our old garage doors (which had never been serviced). Imagine my surprise when Jennifer told me that Kenny would be able to come between 2 and 5 the same day. Kenny went above and beyond in his service. He evaluated the current garage doors, told us of both good and potential features of the existing package, and offered three options - all without any "hard sell" tactics. We chose one of the options and he worked to complete the job within three hours. He even helped us make sure our cars opened the new doors before he left. Precision Door Service is "a name you can trust." We'd highly recommend them for any needs you have.

I had my garage door repaired on 9/21/21. The technician Zack, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other techs name, arrived timely with a phone call to alert me as well. Zack explained the process and invited questions which he courteously answered. The inspection process proceeded and a outline of remedies were offered and explained. I chose the most immediate fix as I have budget constraints. I did not feel pressured to do more than I could afford. Both techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I chose Precision because they installed a new garage opener for a neighbor who was also very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Carcen Anderson just completed service on our two new garage doors. He called ahead of time and arrived "On Time". He did an excellent job adjusting the springs and pulleys so the doors no longer made noise. He was very focused on the issue and getting the doors to operate in the best possible manner. The two doors were installed in June of this year and just needed a 90 day adjustment. I am very pleased with Carcen's job performance. The new doors are amazing !! Well worth the investment.

I chose you because I liked your tv advertisement. I was impressed by the immediate scheduling to make my repair. Justin was very respectful and thorough. He made temporary repairs as the equipment is 25 yr old and in need on replacement parts and adjustments. He was able to make temporary repairs and get my door functional until proper repairs can be made. He and his wife are Christian and it shows in his attitude and performance. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage door service and how my new door has really dressed up my property. Precision was very quick to respond to me when i needed them a few weeks ago and the gentleman that came to my house and gave me an estimate was very professional. Everything was explained in great detail and i thought the price was very fair for the upper quality of door i was purchasing. Dan installed the door and from the moment he arrived at my residence was very informative and answered any of the questions i had. He is a very professional and personable young man.
