Chad did an awesome job! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what we needed to do. Replaced the garage door opener in about 2 hours. Door seemed to work like brand new. Is very quiet and smooth! We were impressed with Chad's workmanship.

Well, I backed out of the garage before the door was all the way up and bent the bottom of it badly and popped the rollers off the channel. Remembering that Precision had installed a new opener motor so I called for help. Within a couple of hours a technician, Chad, arrived and started fixing the problem. I asked for an estimate on replacing the door entirely and Chad did that. The replacement was not all that expensive so he helped me place an order. I am completely satisfied in the response time, Chad's skill and the price of a new door. Thanks

From start to finish, the Precision team was kind, professional, impressive in their communication, respectful, and helpful. From day 1, Eddie patiently discussed our options and provided tools for us to make an informed decision. He was unhurried and low pressure, presenting our options over several meetings. On the day of install, Rick arrived right on time, communicated effectively, and worked tirelessly to finish the install in one day, giving me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was personable, professional and hard working. The finished product looks beautiful, works like a charm, and is a solid, high-quality product. I highly recommend the Precision team.

First and foremost, we talked to a real person not a machine when calling because a cable snapped when we were closing our garage door. We had been thinking about installing an automatic garage door opener and when the technician arrived to fix the broken cable, we asked about upgrading from a repair to installing an opener. The quote was affordable and to our surprise, the job was done the same day. The technician called and the needed equipment was delivered while he was preparing the door by removing old cabling, springs, etc.

After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

I was having some problems with my remotes and happened to get a Valpak coupon in the mail. I called and they sent Jerry out and he did a wonderful job. I ended up replacing the motor but was able to deduct the $50 from the coupon. Jerry did a superb job, pleasant to work with, and I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.

Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.

The first technician that came out to diagnose the issue was Andonia. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was. A new transmitter was ordered. A week later Carcen was out for the installation of the new transmitter, he was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything worked. Also Nick who always answered the phone when I called, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Very happy with the service and the tech that came to do the repairs. Chad Lahue was the tech and he was very professional as well as being willing to explain everything that was wrong and how the problem could be fixed. Chad wasn't pushy as to what I as the customer should do. He gave several options explaining each and left the choice tome the customer . I would recommend Precision Door to family.and friends.
