Precision was recommended to me when I solicited recommendations on Facebook for a garage door repair company. I researched all three companies that were recommended and Precision stood out among them from the get-go. All of their reviews were outstanding and Precision's replies to the reviews were professional and well thought out, which really impressed me. My need was not urgent, so I filled out the easy, online request and received a return call very promptly. Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.

We had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Justin called at 7:36, introduced himself and said he was 1/2 hour away. He immediately diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of future problems, explained all the options and gave me a price on all of those options. The decisions were left up to me with no pressure. He finished the job in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

Got in touch with Precision at 7:30pm one evening as one of our garage door openers died. They came out 8:45am the very next morning! Very impressed with the service technician Nia. He explained everything clearly, was very thorough/knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had one garage door opener replaced and a major service done on another. The "Precision" brand name opener is impressive and is hands down the best opener I have ever had. It is whisper quiet and operates smooth like butter. We will definitely be going back to Precision for our future garage door needs.

Justin and Chad responded to a call placed re "broken torsion springs" the very next day. These 2 gentleman presented very professionally, courteous, knowledgeable, with impeccable manners, and most informative on how to repair my problem. Their explanation was simple to understand, yet very concise re their terminology. They willingly answered my questions and helped me make an informed decision re the needed repairs. Once completed, they reviewed the work order, again answered any questions, and thusly made this "garage door experience" a pleasant one. Expectations were exceeded! On 10/31/22 Justin Coonay provided service on our garage door. He explained everything that could be done with options. I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!

So a spring on my long-neglected garage door broke and took some pulleys and stuff with it, so I called Precision Garage Door Service Central PA. Smart move. I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes. When he arrived, he was pleasant, courteous, and professional as he explained which repairs were necessary; which ones I could safely delay; and what would be my total price for each option. Then he went to work. When I turned around, he was finished, and when he presented me with my invoice, it was for less than I'd expected, when I'd initially called. I'm completely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. And Justin.
