I was able to book online next day service for our noisy garage door. Adam arrived on time and was great to work with. He suggested that we switch out our chain driven opener for a belt driven opener. He also recommended some new roller hardware and springs. The end result was very impressive...basically a silent garage door. Better than I imagined. I'm very happy with the service.

On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.
