Kenny Dyson did a great job today! He provided his assessment, gave several options, and made his recommendations. We ended up going with a rebuild for our garage door. When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and I give my experience with them a rating of Super, Solid, Gold!

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. Nia called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and laid out the best options. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about as well as good honest advice. He installed our new belt drive opener and was even willing to explain the ins and outs after hours since I don’t get home until late. Today’s service call was my first experience with your company, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Chad was outstanding. He arrived on schedule and quickly identified the issues with my door and opener. He provided a thorough explanation of the solutions and answered all of my questions. There was a significant amount of work involved, but he was finished in what seemed like no time at all. I appreciated being able to schedule the servicing so soon (appointments were available the same day I called, but I needed some time to clear enough space!). I was relieved that all of the work could be done on the spot so I could stop worrying about the door. A neighbor of mine had her door serviced by your company some months ago and suggested that I contact you. I’m so glad I did! Very happy all around. Thank you!
