I was pleased when I called and talked with Nick. He was very helpful and got me an appointment on the day I requested. Jerry Eldreth was our technician. He showed up on time, was professional, and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about our garage door system and explained everything well. Precision Door is a first class operation! I was having problems with my garage door remaining closed. I called Precision, they responded the same day, made the repair, and all was completed within 8 hours of my original call. Their technician, Brayden, was exceptional, quickly diagnosing the problem, had all the necessary repair parts on his truck, had the repair made within about an hour, and was perhaps the most personable tradesperson I have experienced. Precision door did an excellent job repairing the broken spring in my garage door this was the second time that I had precision door out to repair my garage door.
