Called about a garage door repair about 2 pm (my son had used this company) The person answering the phone was very courteous and helpful Two hours later Kody the technician was on site. He reviewed several options with me and gave me quotes on these within minutes Once I agreed what I wanted done he promptly started work. He was very neat with his work and cleaned everything up. Upon completion he explained the operation of the new operator and safety features. Very satisfied and I thought the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them

Actual service was good. Arrived on time, worked quickly and all appeared to be complete and professional. Dialogue with the tech was pretty much a prepared sales script, mostly up-selling, etc. He did offer some maintenance tips when done. I asked for price of components, but he did not answer; only offered the prescribed service plans. Even the invoice did not include that, which was bothersome. Price was higher than expected, but did include items I hadn't planned for. Not sure about about recommendations.

Justin Cooney was the technician accompanied by Ty, who was attentively listening and learning. Both were very courteous, professional and easy to converse with, answering any questions I had. It was easy to give the okay on the installation of a new door. Zach Shambaugh was here only two days later and did a splendid job. He tried my existing motor first, in an effort to save me some money, but when it was apparent a new motor was needed I had no problem with that. I can’t believe how much quieter the new belt driven motor is, even with my hearing aids in! LOL Zach also made an interesting comment. That he not only liked his job, but he also enjoyed the people he worked with. That was exemplified by all three of these young men. As a retired teacher and current battlefield guide here at Gettysburg, these are qualities I like to see. Well done Precision!

Brayden was wonderful. I can’t praise him enough. He let me know when he was arriving, asked me to explain the issue I was having with my garage door, and he promptly got to work. I could tell right away that Brayden really knew how to tackle the problem, and he did a great job! He also let me know that if the issue ever occurred again, how he would resolve it. Brayden checked another problem I had experienced, and gave me excellent advice about it, as well. I can’t imagine using anyone other than Brayden, and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted excellent service at a fair price!

Precision Garage Door installed new motors, rollers, springs, etc about a year ago. One unit stopped working. I thought it was just a minor electrical issue. As it turned out the motor unit was bad. The technician was on time and professional through the repair process. Since the unit was under warranty there was no costs for the replaced unit and labor to install it. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

Never thought I would need garage door service, though I have seen Precision Garage Door Service advertised on TV. Then it happened, problems with my garage door. I personally checked out the door, rollers, etc. but nothing. Garage door was malfunctioning and I felt it could not be used safely. That is when I remembered the TV ad and why not. I proceeded to call and they sent a service person over to me in a few hours after the call. After a thorough inspection, I was given options on how to fix my garage door problem. Replacing some parts to make it function was put on the table, but I knew this would be a band-aid approach to the problem. Thus I made the decision to replace the whole garage door unit. Ryan was meticulous, reviewed everything in detail of what he was going to replace and educated us on the reasons the recommendations were being made. I called around 9:30 am. The appointment was set up for between 10 and 12. The repair technician called to let me know he would be there in about 15 minutes. My repair was completed before 11am. Thank you for the quick service and excellent repairs.

Precision Garage Door Service hires the nicest people-from the people answering phones to the service people who come out, everyone is just great. We have a somewhat challenging garage door set up and Precision always helps us out. I was very happy with their solution to fix our door today and the 10-year warranty is a great bonus. We were experiencing problems with our double-wide garage door and came home one afternoon to find that it would not open. I called Precision Door that evening and they had a service technician come out the very next morning. Blake Fischer called in advance to alert me of his arrival. He was polite and courteous throughout the whole service call, explaining all my options in detail. He performed a technician inspection which revealed the problem as well as opportunities to replace worn parts. He completed the repair in a relatively short time and replaced the garage door motor and belts. Garage door works like brand new.

I had my driveway concrete redone and my garage door would not close. Henry came out and made a few adjustments and moved the sliding latches so they line up with lock slots. He also sprayed lubricant on pulleys and hinges. May have been here 1/2 hr. Charged me $250.00 dollars. That’s $500.00 dollars an hour labor cost. Just seemed excessive to me. But the door does now close and lock.
