The staff was very professional.He was very clear in the information I needed so I can make the decision I needed to make. All the mechanical parts and motor were replaced. The work was done in a very short period. The doors are working great and go up and down with very little noise. If you want it done right get Precision to do it.

Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!

I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the very first thing the next morning. They said between 8 & 10AM. The tech arrived a few minutes after 8 and more door was fixed and the tech gone before 9. I was so happy with a stress free experience. This is the first time I've had an issue since the installation over 2 years ago. This problem was caused by a thunder storm overnight which caused a loss of power. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Precision Door

Before any project, read !! I read raving reviews about this company, so I chose them. They sent Justin (happens to be my sons name too) and what I read about this young man, was so true. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. I wanted the doors working properly for the new homeowners. I did not want to go into debt over it. When I told him, he said, let’s get you fixed up. Sure enough, this very kind person made me happy again, so I can enjoy my home for these final weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He replaced what was broken, and tuned up the doors, even removing a birds nest from one for me.

Henry Storm, arrived on his appointed time, and presented himself in a professional manner. He went about his responsibilities while at the same time, informed us of the condition of our 30 year old garage door. After a total explanation of the situation, Henry advised us of three options. Once we determined an option, Henry proceeded to complete the project with skillful qualified efficiency. Within a short period of time the project was finished. Just used Precision to repair/replace a spring on my garage door. The spring broke last night around 6pm. After hours....ugh. Called Precision at around 7pmn and was surprised to find someone would be answering the call. Even more surprised when they said they could be a technician out this morning. With the spring broken it was very hard to open the door. The tech arrived on time this morning having called when he was on his way. Very nice guy. Explained some options. We talked them through and I chose the what I wanted to have done. The work was done quickly. Everything was left clean. The door now works great. Will turn to Precision in the future when I need anything related to our garage doors.

Exceeded my expectations! Prompt service, a complete check of my garage door and all of the operating systems to ensure they fix it right the first time! Zach Yost was, professional, personable, and overall, a very competent young man. Very helpful, explained everything before starting any work including the cost. I used my garage door as an entrance to a remodeled mud room. I needed someone to take the door off and reinstall when ready and Precision was right there to do the job when needed. Thank you for being prompt and doing the job as needed.
