I was very pleased with the service provided. Henry Storm was very thorough and very professional in outlining the problems and different repair options available. He was also very patient in answering my questions necessary to make the best decision possible. I appreciated the response time (early Monday service after a Saturday phone call). I do have one question/concern about the ultimate invoice price: Henry basically gave me 2 options--just a "straightforward" repair basically replacing our broken/obsolete parts for $635 OR a new torsion system for which he quoted me $745 (plus the cost of the torsion bar/spring??). However, the invoice I received shows a base cost for the new system at $795 (plus $100 for the part). Was I incorrectly quoted or incorrectly billed. My concern is that I made the ultimate decision based on the 2 quotes. I may have made the same decision even at the higher quote, but still feel that I did not have the proper information in hand to make the best-informed decision. Overall a great experience. It's so rare these days to have a repair service come out the same day you call and actually have the parts needed to do the job. The tech was fast and courteous. He showed me the part that broke and what he was replacing it with. I will definitely use Precision door in the future and refer anyone that needs garage door service to them. Thanks

Justin Cooney was very detailed and knowledgeable. Told me what I needed, what he recommended and what I did not need. He went over the door an opener and had my problem fixed beyond my expectation. He arrived as promised and called in advance. The phone operator I called to set up service was very professional and explained in detail what to expect. Over all Outstanding prompt service at a far price. I highly recommend.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to find out when I could have my garage door opener checked. Within an hour and a half the technician was at my home. The technician checked the unit the thoroughly explained what was wrong and what would need replaced,which was the entire garage door opener. This was expected as the original was 30 years old. The technician replaced the garage door opener and thoroughly and understandably explained how to use our new unit. Justin was professional and very polite. The cost for installation and the new opener was most reasonable. Highly recommend Precision over head garage door service.

My technician was Justin Cooney. What a kind & genuine person he is. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer every question in great detail. I felt that he was honest & sincere with his opinions of what needed to be done & what could wait. The average technician today for any type of repairs is usually a trained ‘sales’ person. Never felt that he was pushing me into something not necessary. For me that was a pleasant surprise!! Definitely NOT an average tech. Great job Justin! Thank you so much!! ????

Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the service options and completed the work in a timely manner. A few days after, there was a problem, but he came right back out and took care of it. Cost seems a bit high compared to other companies, but the quality of service and parts is worth it.

I had a really great experience. Had a door opener problem. I called and they sent someone out within an hour! Nia came explained what could be causing the issue. He did some troubleshooting. Told me the problem. Needed a new motor. Quoted a price. Asked if that was what I wanted to do. Went to work right away. Finished in a short amount of time. Then went over how everything works. VERY excellent encounter! Will definitely call them for any future problems. And will highly recommend to friends.

The installers were early and ready to work. Several times I was asked if I had any questions. Non-stop guys, worked well together. I've had 4 garage doors with openers and this one is the quietest ever. From the nearest room it is impossible to hear it opening/closing. Whisper quiet. I would like to have a manual lock installed at some point. Thank you very much for ordering the door and having it installed.

Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!
