My call for repair was taken care of a couple hours later by two techs who were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They discussed, in detail, the problem, the fix and the cost involved including pymt options. They stayed to fix what they could today and will complete the job after parts are received. I had a broken spring on my garage door and I wanted to have the pair replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that they could get someone out that very day if necessary. Since it wasn’t an emergency for me, we scheduled for Monday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a text message from precision Monday morning stating that Josh was on his way. I also received a phone call from Josh at 7:45 AM to tell me that he would be there at 8 a.m.. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked me about any concerns or questions that I had and explained to me that he would do a safety inspection on my door and review my options for repairing my door based on his findings and recommendations. He reviewed the pricing with me on each of the three options that he presented to me. After the option that I chose, he went to work immediately. He had my garage door repaired in approximately one hour which included replacing both springs, safety, guide, wires, and rollers on my door. My door is now working smoother and quieter than it ever has. I felt the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Josh was extremely professional, patient and courteous to me. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my neighbors and will certainly call Precision again for any future work necessary.

Chose Precision because of the number of 5 star ratings. It’s now obvious why they score so well. Ryan arrived well within the time of the appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem. I was prepared for a complete replacement, turned out to just be the spring and rollers, that saved hundreds of dollars. Also, Ryan had all the parts to do the job at that time. The service technician, Jerry, was very thorough, polite and professional. He went above and beyond just taking care of my problem. He spoke with my son-in-law on the phone telling him what he found as well as explaining what should be done next. Mr. Chad Lahue and his partner were exceptional from their call to inform me of their time of arrival to their repair of my loose garage door opener chain. When I asked what preventative maintenance I could perform, they showed me how to lubricate the metal door rollers. I also asked about the App MyQ for my LiftMaster opener and they went through the steps to install it on my cell phone. One lasting impression they left with me was their smiles showing they enjoyed their work!

I called around 8:30 am on a Thursday for a broken door spring, the technicians arrived before 10 am. They were very knowledgeable, pointed out the issues I also had with drums and rollers, and explained it all in layman's terms while showing me the concerns. They had the door fixed completely in a couple of hours. Nia and Dalton were very timely, friendly, and did a great job. From call to completion roughly 3.5 hours, much more than I expected! The door works great again.
