Looked for a garage door business to call and chose Precision Garage Door because they were local. I called at 10 AM and a technician was here by noon. Technician explained what needed done and showed me 3 estimates. He was courteous and the work was done in a timely manner.

The reason I selected Precision Door was based on the advertising of a quiet door. The gears in my door motor had stripped and I needed repair. Service was scheduled in a timely fashion and the technician called approximately 2hrs. before the scheduled time. He showed up exactly on time. Following initial inspection, the Tech described in detail the failure mechanism and the reason for the failure. The Tech offered various solutions and adequately identified recommendations. The Tech completed repair within the expected timeframe. I have never heard a door that quiet. The Tech cleaned the area and fully explained the operation of the door and controlling units. This was a job well done.

I saw the ads on Tv about quick and friendly service and that’s exactly what i got. I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday 12-2:00 appointment range. Tuesday at 11:20 Josh called me and said he could be there by 11:40 if that was ok. He pulled in at 11:40 and got started assessing my job at hand, made suggestions of different price ranges i could pick from to fix my door issues. He was quick, friendly and their prices are good as well. Door works great and much quieter than it was. I will use them again in the future if needed.

We had Precision Door a few years back to fix one of our garage doors. So of course we liked their work and quick response, so we called them again as we needed new springs on our other doors. The worker was quick, knew what he was doing and polite. We will call them agin if ever a need.

Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Provided options to bring two overhead doors to tip top shape, but was only looking "bandaid" repair/tuneup to get a year or two until we replace doors completely. Provided what we wanted.

WOW a business that is efficient and takes time to help their customers, what a novel idea! I made contact on a weekend evening via Precision's website and had a call WITHIN MINUTES! Several appointments were available and I chose a time which worked best for my schedule. When scheduling they took time to answer my questions and advised I would be CALLED 30 minutes ahead of time. The technician was not only on time but a bit early YES you read that right EARLY. I can't remember the last time I didn't have to wait till the end of a 'window' for someone to show up. Once on site I had all options explained completely to include the mechanics/physics behind a doors workings. The repair didn't take long even on an older door, the tech was courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks for a great job, nice work Brayden!

Very happy with the service from Precision. Had a Cable snap on our garage door and was able to schedule an appt. online very easy. Appreciated that within 48 hours we had an appt. and problem was resolved. Ended up replacing entire opener since it was old. Technician/installer was so friendly and did a fantastic job. We (wife & I ) think it's a lil too soon to be giving a rating as till the garage door is tried a bit we won't really know if the job has been completed satisfactory, however it appears to be working ok now without motor. We do have some issues however: the young man was a lil abrupt with answers, seems he could of been a lil more friendly. Also we asked for a receipt and a warranty, he sent the receipt via email but did not have amount paid on receipt, I ( Andrew) phoned the company and after a couple attempts we got a receipt with amt.paid. We are acustom to receiving receipts apon payment, that is a part of good business practice. Secondary the young man told us the work was warranted 10 years as we DID NOT GO WITH THE "BANDAID" OPTION but the next available option. We did not as of yet receive any Warranty in print! Even though that was brought up when we had to phone you's for a receipt, that man appeared he did not know how to do it but would get someone who did know and we could expect a warranty in print BUT we still have not received it! We cannot give you's a good review till we know your a company that does good work and keeps their word.... We will not know of the quality of work till it's been tried and proven for awhile and please send us a Warranty IN PRINT!

He replaced springs and cables of extension springs with torsion spring system and reprogrammed keypad and three remotes, one remote being integral in my car.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dispatch was very understanding and was able to get a technician to us quickly. They have a great process, text, email and an advance phone call from the technician. The technician listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. We were given three options for the repair. There was no pressure and we felt comfortable with our decision. After installation, even though the equipment was similar, we were given a full demo and instructions. I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention to my situation without even being assured that I would use your company due to having a warranty on my home. However, Steven was attentive to my explanation, and sent a technician out to check on the needed repair. Jerry, the technician, was professional, experienced and explained everything completely. He wound up doing the job in slightly less than an hour even though he had spent twice that amount of time to describe the repair, the options and helped me discuss it with the warranty company. I had a very general understanding about garage openers and did not want to go through the run around with people who were upcharging me on products I did not need and I also wanted the mindfulness of having a reliable contact in case anything did go wrong. We are very satisfied with our purchase of a new Clopay garage and door opener. This replaced a twenty three year old garage door/opener. Our sales man was Jeremy and besides being knowledgeable in your products, he outlined options with prices, which made our decision easier as well as efficient. The installer was Zach and he was very capable and efficient in both the demolition and installation. Once Zach was done he provided a great summary and review of things, as well as being able to answer all of our questions.
