Our experience with precision so far has been great. We received a timely response to our call and promptly arranged an appointment with Dan. He was on time and reviewed what we wanted done, measured and asked questions. Dan then reviewed our options and provided us with a quote as well as brochures. He understood we were getting other quotes and dud not apply any pressure and did not bad mouth the competition. Guess what? We just placed an order, if installation can match Dan's professional, prompt and courteous performance then another review will be coming!

My technician, Steve Davis, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about his craft. The reason for my service call was a garage door spring had snapped and I was unable to get my cars out. During the inspection, Steve addressed some future concerns due to repairs done to the door by the previous owner. When I saw the quality of the replacement parts used by the company – like powder coating on the replacement springs to prevent rust - I had all moving parts on the door replaced, and a higher horsepower opener installed to deal with excessive weight of the door. During these repairs, I noticed the springs on my second garage door were rusting also, so I had Steve recondition and upgrade the parts on that door as well. Here’s an important point: although we tested the second door thoroughly during his stay, a day later it needed a minor adjustment - to which the issue was quickly addressed and has been fine ever since. The takeaways: Friendly, knowledgeable service; high quality replacement parts; and quick service after the sale – because let’s face it – stuff happens. Highly recommended.

This morning my garage door opener developed a smoke condition when I went to closed the garage door. Made a computer appointment on Precision web site. The time frame that I picked and was confirmed. The technician contacted me. Josh Finkbeiner listened to what happened with the motor of the garage door opener. He gave me great customer service. A great job done and replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, lubricated the hinges and the door springs. Kept his work area in a clean state at all times. He was well organized. When he was finished with the service and installation. He give me a in service on the operation of the new door opener, the remotes and new outdoor key pad. He answered my questions that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door in the future for service or other garage door needs. A great company to deal with.

I was having difficulty with my garage door not opening/closing properly. I called Precision based on a 5 star rating on Google. They definitely deserve that rating. I called around 1:30 and Brayden was here promptly at my scheduled time. He diagnosed that the problem was the motor. It was 18 years old. He installed a new one. He took the time with me to explain the functions of the various parts of a garage door. I appreciate the knowledge. I highly recommend this business.

When our 20 year old garage door opener suddenly stopped working, I contacted Precision Garage Door. Their online appointment booking could not have been easier, and I had a late morning appointment that same day! Jerry, our technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed how the motor was completely burned out and explained why. He installed a new motor, keypad, wall switch, and rollers, and we received 2 remotes- we were up & running in less than 2 hours. Jerry explained how to program the keypad and even programmed my car’s Homelink. We were very happy with his service and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage to friends & neighbors

I called with a problem with garage door remotes. Precision immediately sent a tech to help. within 1 hour the tech fixed 4 garage remotes and the exterior garage door key pads. Super job by Henry the tech.

Easy scheduling on-line. Braydon (very professional) did a wonderful job explaining what was broken on my garage door, explaining all possible options to fix it and then completed the total repair in a very timely manner. It’s like a have a totally new door!!!

We can not say enough about our experience with Precision Garage Door! We started with Jeremy, our salesman. He was on time and very good. He worked with us trying to build the doors we wanted over several days. He did everything possible to create the doors we asked for. When we were finished and settled on the doors he informed us they would take about a month to come in and we would get a call to set up a time to install them. One month later almost to the day we received a call for installation. The appointment they offered was the next day at 10 AM. Fantastic! Travis called about 9 to apologize they would not be able to be here at 10 but would be here at 11. Once again they pulled into the driveway at 11 AM. That was on time in my opinion. After speaking with my wife they begin removing the old doors and installing the new ones. Part way through the installation another technician arrived and all three doors were installed and working by 5:30 - 6:00. I can not express just how happy we are with the doors. They are very quiet even though they are chain drive. They operate smooth as glass. We are thrilled with every step of the replacement of our doors. The people could not have been nicer or more professional. The doors are Fantastic and look wonderful. One neighbor even commented on how good the look. Thank you Precision!

When I left my home the garage door closed without issues. One hour later I received a panic call that the door would not open. We thought the nest the birds built on top of the opener may have something to do with the problem. Once removed, it still did not work. A friend (Paul D.) recommended your company. We called and you were able to schedule for visit later in the day and could expect an advance notification call the employees were on their way. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and made their way to the garage to do the mechanic and safety inspections. I was curious and hung around to watch. After some 25+ years of excellent service, it had in fact died. We were provided three replacement options to choose from. Which by the way, they had available in the truck. How good is that! No waiting until next Week/Day! The men worked well together and completed the installation quickly and cleaned up and removed all packaging to dispose. Again. Wow I didn't have to follow behind to clean up. The best part is now my door makes no shake rattle and roll noise. I love how quiet it is. The lead gave me two remote controls that he had programmed for us. We aren't very technical, so that was a relief. At the end of the day, I have to say, your team was great, fantastic over the top employees and deserve an atta boy and a big KUDOS. r, Michelle

Our garage doors were becoming less and less efficient. I called Precision because they service the type of garage door openers that we have. My technician, Blake Fischer came a few hours after my call. He thoroughly explained every detail of our garage doors, and why they had broken down over the 19 years and were working so inefficiently. He gave me a very fair price, and I decided to replace all the components and the unit motors for both of my garages. I was astounded by how quiet and smooth everything operated when he finished. I don’t think I could be any happier with the work and Precision garage door service!
