I was having some problems with my remotes and happened to get a Valpak coupon in the mail. I called and they sent Jerry out and he did a wonderful job. I ended up replacing the motor but was able to deduct the $50 from the coupon. Jerry did a superb job, pleasant to work with, and I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.

Quick response. Used competitor and had to wait two days for temporary fix and a week for permanent spring replacement. Justin worked quickly to replace the spring and door operates better now than before the previous spring broke. And price was about the same. I’ll be in touch when time to replace the door.

The first technician that came out to diagnose the issue was Andonia. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was. A new transmitter was ordered. A week later Carcen was out for the installation of the new transmitter, he was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything worked. Also Nick who always answered the phone when I called, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service was awesome from day one! We had an appointment for install set up very quickly. Chad was awesome from start to finish! He inspected our door and explained our options. We now have a functioning garage door and opener that should last for many years! We definitely recommend Precision Door!

Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

I called Precision Door to ask about a possible check-up on our old garage doors (which had never been serviced). Imagine my surprise when Jennifer told me that Kenny would be able to come between 2 and 5 the same day. Kenny went above and beyond in his service. He evaluated the current garage doors, told us of both good and potential features of the existing package, and offered three options - all without any "hard sell" tactics. We chose one of the options and he worked to complete the job within three hours. He even helped us make sure our cars opened the new doors before he left.
