I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks to Kenny and all of Precision personnel.

Nia called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and laid out the best options. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about as well as good honest advice. He installed our new belt drive opener and was even willing to explain the ins and outs after hours since I don’t get home until late. Today’s service call was my first experience with your company, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Chad was outstanding. He arrived on schedule and quickly identified the issues with my door and opener. He provided a thorough explanation of the solutions and answered all of my questions. There was a significant amount of work involved, but he was finished in what seemed like no time at all. I appreciated being able to schedule the servicing so soon (appointments were available the same day I called, but I needed some time to clear enough space!). I was relieved that all of the work could be done on the spot so I could stop worrying about the door. A neighbor of mine had her door serviced by your company some months ago and suggested that I contact you. I’m so glad I did! Very happy all around. Thank you!

My service person was a very nice, polite young man named Justin! I explained my problem to him and he went out to check them out, Came back and we talked about different options that I could choose from.(was not pushy), I chose one and he said he would get right on it! Very happy with the service and the tech that came to do the repairs. Chad Lahue was the tech and he was very professional as well as being willing to explain everything that was wrong and how the problem could be fixed. Chad wasn't pushy as to what I as the customer should do. He gave several options explaining each and left the choice tome the customer . I would recommend Precision Door to family.and friends. Well, I backed out of the garage before the door was all the way up and bent the bottom of it badly and popped the rollers off the channel. Remembering that Precision had installed a new opener motor so I called for help. Within a couple of hours a technician, Chad, arrived and started fixing the problem. I asked for an estimate on replacing the door entirely and Chad did that. The replacement was not all that expensive so he helped me place an order. I am completely satisfied in the response time, Chad's skill and the price of a new door. Thanks

From day 1, Eddie patiently discussed our options and provided tools for us to make an informed decision. He was unhurried and low pressure, presenting our options over several meetings. First and foremost, we talked to a real person not a machine when calling because a cable snapped when we were closing our garage door. We had been thinking about installing an automatic garage door opener and when the technician arrived to fix the broken cable, we asked about upgrading from a repair to installing an opener. The quote was affordable and to our surprise, the job was done the same day. The technician called and the needed equipment was delivered while he was preparing the door by removing old cabling, springs, etc.

After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.
