Well, I picked Precision because it was closest to my house. Haha. But I had the best experience! From scheduling to completion it was great to work with Precision. Justin was fantastic From diagnostics, and explaining the issues to me, to actually doing the work, he was first class. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. All 3 of my garage doors work silky smooth now. Thanks Justin! I have one more garage door that will need addressed in the future and I would love to have Justin work on it. Hats off to him and Precision. First class operation.

Dante was a great tech. He took the time to show us the various issues with our garage doors. He developed a repair plan which would keep the current doors intact, but made sure all the other parts were current and greased, if needed.

Tech guy was very nice and professional. Too early to tell if problem is solved until next rain storm. Only issue I thought the price for what he did was extremely high. Actually was shocked at total price.

I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day after my garage door motor failed. My technician for installing a new door motor, springs, rollers, outdoor pad, etc was Justin Cooney and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was very polite and professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did an exceptional install! I’m very pleased with the work overall and cannot thank Justin enough for getting everything up and running so quickly!

Steve Davis was great !!! He showed up ahead of time, did a thorough examination and gave us opinions. He made sure we understood what he saw as problems and described it in layman’s terms. Nothing was hidden and once we agreed to have the work done by Precision, he completed the work in a few hours. When he demonstrated the new doors, my wife was astounded by how quiet the doors operated now!! Steve was very pleasant and personable. He programmed my wife’s car and explained, in detailed how the new doors worked. We highly recommend Precision and Steve to help with your garage door needs.

THOUGH THE SERVICE I NEEDED WAS A REPAIR, IT WAS ACTUALLY MAJOR SURGERY. JUSTIN AND CHAD HANDLED THE OPERATION WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY. JUSTIN AND CHAD ARE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS, AFFABLE, AND PUNCTUAL. THE JOB WAS EXTENSIVE {EVERY PART EXCEPT THE DOOR ITSELF - A VERY LARGE DOOR - WAS REPLACED AND REMOUNTED}, BUT JUSTIN EXPLAINED WELL THE NECESSITY FOR EVERY CHANGE. NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. I CANNOT RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR HIGHLY ENOUGH! MY THANKS.

This morning, my garage door suddenly stopped working and trapped my car inside—right when I needed to leave. Thankfully, Jason from Precision Doors came to the rescue! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief. But Jason didn’t stop there—he also diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor and had a brand new one installed in no time. Jason was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the new motor worked perfectly before he left. The door is now running better (and quieter!) than it ever has. I’m incredibly grateful for the fast and reliable service. If you ever find yourself stuck like I was, I highly recommend Jason at Precision Doors. Top-notch service and a true lifesaver!

We were interested in seeing if installing new garage doors would help to keep the garage from heating up so much in the summer. Jeremy assessed the doors, which though older, were well insulated and in good condition. He told us that we wouldn't feel much difference with new doors, and would be better off installing an air conditioner in the window. We were grateful for his honesty, which saved us from spending money needlessly. While he was here, we got an estimate for a new garage door opener, which we definitely will need shortly! It's refreshing to find a company so trustworthy! We definitely highly recommend Precision services!

Steve is an outstanding tech, and a great communicator in explaining things to someone like me who needs it dumbed-down a bit. His work was thorough and he got my garage door opening and closing again. Once again, Precision Garage Door Service has earned its reputation of being the best and hiring the best!!

Our technician, Josh was friendly, respectful, communicated his time of arrival, explained his inspection effectively, had all of the parts to make the repairs, and worked in 100 degree heat with a smile! I appreciated receiving the picture of him beforehand so that I knew he was the right person when he arrived. And, the price was very fair. I would 100% call Precision again without hesitation!
