Great company to work with! Easy to schedule an appointment, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how he started with a safety check of the door and opener. He then gave us three options for fixing our door with no pressure or hard sell to accept any of them. Between fixing the spring and making adjustments, the door works better and is a lot quieter!

Our Technician Justin was very professional and explained all of his Inspection findings. Justin provided us options for taking care of our issues with the garage door. The was door was fixed and completely met our expectations. We appreciated the prompt scheduling as the garage door was inoperable and the fix was completed on the same day as the inspection. Wanted to get a new door panel because mine was damaged. Zack explained that you couldn't get one because of the age of my door. He gave me a price on a new door, but I didn't want to spend the money because mine was cosmetic damage. Zack wasn't pushy and he explained everything thoroughly.

Zach Yost arrived promptly for my estimate, and walked me through all of my options without pressuring me into products I didn't want or need. He was sincere, knowledgeable and congenial, and somehow managed to schedule replacement of my door and installation of an automatic opener the very next day. The installers left my garage exactly like they found it, with the door perfectly installed. I am very, very pleased with both the professionalism of Zach and the installers, and the quality of the work performed. I highly recommend Precision!

Had an issue with my garage door opening. This was at night. I called Precision and set up an appointment for the next morning. Justin came over and diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. No pressure at all. The problem was fixed quickly and without any issues. Fantastic! Your website is so easy to use and scheduling with the chat option was a breeze. The repairman arrived early after calling me for that option. Precision was recommended to me when I solicited recommendations on Facebook for a garage door repair company. I researched all three companies that were recommended and Precision stood out among them from the get-go. All of their reviews were outstanding and Precision's replies to the reviews were professional and well thought out, which really impressed me. My need was not urgent, so I filled out the easy, online request and received a return call very promptly. Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.

We had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Justin called at 7:36, introduced himself and said he was 1/2 hour away. He immediately diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of future problems, explained all the options and gave me a price on all of those options. The decisions were left up to me with no pressure. He finished the job in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company.
