Nia was outstanding! Communicated very well as to his arrival time. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was one small issue, but he came out the very next day and corrected it, which I greatly appreciated. Stuff happens, but it's the speed and eagerness to correct that truly impresses. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Could not ask for a better experience! Spring broke and Precision was immediately able to replace not only the springs but also upgrade all of the other hardware that was 20 years old. Extremely courteous throughout the process, prompt on arrival, and efficient at finishing the job. Highly recommend.

I'm so happy I called Precision, they came out and evaluated the garage door and gave us three different options. Our repair person, Justin was very straight forward and gave us a good estimate. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them if you are experiencing garage door issues.

A cable on my garage door was broken, so I could not open it. The repairman showed me that there were also other issues that needed addressed, so he also installed new rails. It now works very smoothly.

I was scheduled for a service call very quickly. Zach the service technician diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed in less than an hour. He also inspected the door and explained every item with me. Very good visit overall until…….after he left I looked the parts up online. Precision charged $200 for the parts and they are available on Amazon for $17. Total gouging by this company. I understand they have to make some money off the parts but that’s a little ridiculous.

The technician that came to the house was the best, great personality, considerate. He explained everything and did a thorough job. I cannot say if the pricing was competitive, did not get other estimates. However, the workmanship and customer service were excellent. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and this/their technicians.

Totally impressed with their professionalism. We completely replaced two garage doors. Every technician we encountered went out of their way to explain the process and provide options. It was almost as if they went to “professionalism boot camp.” I wish I could experience this more often. Beautiful garage doors worth the wait due to supply shortages. Great experience.

My appointment was scheduled for 8a.m., on 12/16, for a broken tension bar spring. The installer, Jerry, called 20 minutes ahead of appointment, and arrived on time. He inspected all my equipment and showed me concerns, with old and potential defective parts. After giving me 3 different quote options, I chose my option, all the work was done in a professional manor. The final product was completed under 4 hours and I am overjoyed with the results. I recommend Precision Door Services and will be using them in the future.
