Selected Precision because three years ago, they provided excellent service when my daughter's garage door failed. Due to the repair and replacement of her door, as well as the extreme silence of the opener, we requested that our 20-year-old opener be replaced. Happy to see the same technician, Jerry, arrive and provide the same exceptional service.

We chose because of a previous service on our other garage door. Steven was on time and courteous. He provided an in-depth explanation as to what was wrong and what caused the issue. He quickly initiated the repair and completed entirely. Everything is working as to specs. Thank you for your service.

Ryan was fabulous! Not only did he do great work, but he was very easy to work with. My elderly mother lives in the home where he did the work, and he was very caring and understanding of the whole situation. I highly recommend precision to anyone looking for a garage door repair.

This was my first experience with the Precision Garage Door service. They responded to my call in a very timely manner and their service tech, Jerry, gave me a call to help pinpoint his eta. Which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly & professional as he inspected the job and explained his findings. He the gave me four options to select from as I considered the level of repair & replacements I wanted. Jerry completed my requests efficiently and was skilled with his work!

I had a broken spring and felt like I would have been smacked in the face if I tried to fix it myself. I call Precision - these guys are great based on the following. 1) Time to book appointment and availability of appointment was easy and quick. 2) Update from technician who came early was appreciated. 3) Dalton the technician explained everything well and gave me quick fix or full fix options. He wasn't salesy and was very informative 4) Price was better than the other two places who finally called me back after Dalton@Precision left. Thanks!
