Ryan came morning after my call. He analyzed the problem and gave us three options. After settling on one, he started on work and finished. Problem was resolved. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He went beyond what he needed to do. I chose company for its length in service and five-star rating. Ryan represents this company exceptionally well. He replaced springs and cables of extension springs with torsion spring system and reprogrammed keypad and three remotes, one remote being integral in my car.

They have a great process, text, email and an advance phone call from the technician. The technician listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. We were given three options for the repair. There was no pressure and we felt comfortable with our decision. After installation, even though the equipment was similar, we were given a full demo and instructions. I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention to my situation without even being assured that I would use your company due to having a warranty on my home. However, Steven was attentive to my explanation, and sent a technician out to check on the needed repair. Jerry, the technician, was professional, experienced and explained everything completely. He wound up doing the job in slightly less than an hour even though he had spent twice that amount of time to describe the repair, the options and helped me discuss it with the warranty company. He was amazing to deal with as was the office staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision! Most times having a problem involves stress and negative experience. This entire experience was pleasant, efficient and resolved. I am thankful for your ads that directed me to your company.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Davis from Precision Garage Door of York, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Steve came out to fix my garage door, which had broken springs, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only is Steve highly skilled at what he does, but he also took the time to clearly explain everything about the repair process, how the system works, and what signs of wear I should watch for in the future. It's rare these days to find someone so thorough and willing to educate the customer along the way. Another standout quality — Steve cleaned up after the work was done, leaving the area spotless. That attention to detail and respect for the customer’s home really sets him apart. I'm so impressed with his professionalism and workmanship that I’ll be calling Steve again in a few weeks when it's time to replace our garage door opener. I had a very general understanding about garage openers and did not want to go through the run around with people who were upcharging me on products I did not need and I also wanted the mindfulness of having a reliable contact in case anything did go wrong. Precision was the first and only number I called when going through this process and everything went smoothly - from the initial call to get set up (BTW the best hold music of ALL TIME) to having Justin Cooney come out and explain and install the two door garage openers. I hope my neighbors took note of this when Justin was here because he should have advertised on my lawn and I will vouch for this company forever! Great work, fair prices, and tremendous staff.

We are very satisfied with our purchase of a new Clopay garage and door opener. This replaced a twenty three year old garage door/opener. Our sales man was Jeremy and besides being knowledgeable in your products, he outlined options with prices, which made our decision easier as well as efficient. The installer was Zach and he was very capable and efficient in both the demolition and installation. Once Zach was done he provided a great summary and review of things, as well as being able to answer all of our questions. I had a broken spring on my garage door and I wanted to have the pair replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that they could get someone out that very day if necessary. Since it wasn’t an emergency for me, we scheduled for Monday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a text message from precision Monday morning stating that Josh was on his way. I also received a phone call from Josh at 7:45 AM to tell me that he would be there at 8 a.m.. He arrived right on time, introduced himself and asked me about any concerns or questions that I had and explained to me that he would do a safety inspection on my door and review my options for repairing my door based on his findings and recommendations. He reviewed the pricing with me on each of the three options that he presented to me. After the option that I chose, he went to work immediately. He had my garage door repaired in approximately one hour which included replacing both springs, safety, guide, wires, and rollers on my door. My door is now working smoother and quieter than it ever has. I felt the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Josh was extremely professional, patient and courteous to me. I would definitely recommend Precision to all my neighbors and will certainly call Precision again for any future work necessary.

We (wife & I ) think it's a lil too soon to be giving a rating as till the garage door is tried a bit we won't really know if the job has been completed satisfactory, however it appears to be working ok now without motor. We do have some issues however: the young man was a lil abrupt with answers, seems he could of been a lil more friendly. Also we asked for a receipt and a warranty, he sent the receipt via email but did not have amount paid on receipt, I ( Andrew) phoned the company and after a couple attempts we got a receipt with amt.paid. We are acustom to receiving receipts apon payment, that is a part of good business practice. Secondary the young man told us the work was warranted 10 years as we DID NOT GO WITH THE "BANDAID" OPTION but the next available option. We did not as of yet receive any Warranty in print! Even though that was brought up when we had to phone you's for a receipt, that man appeared he did not know how to do it but would get someone who did know and we could expect a warranty in print BUT we still have not received it! We cannot give you's a good review till we know your a company that does good work and keeps their word.... We will not know of the quality of work till it's been tried and proven for awhile and please send us a Warranty IN PRINT!
