Quite honestly one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. From the free estimate to the prompt communication to the installation everyone was on point, efficient, and professional. Installation took one day and besides both doors, openers, and all hardware being new, there was no evidence of work being done. They cleaned up like it was their home. The doors and openers are awesome. I'm glad I got the steel doors because they look great and seem sturdy. The doors open with almost no sound. The openers are whisper quiet. You didn't just meet my expectations, you exceeded them. Well done and thank you!

Jerry Eldreth explained that what had happened to our opener was a common problem caused by thunderstorms. He arrived earlier than expected and promptly completed the diagnosis. All that was required was a reprogramming of the opener travel much to our relief.

Precision and Benji, our service person, did a wonderful job repairing and replacing what was needed on our garage door and all it needs to function properly. Benji was upfront and clear on what was necessary to repair it and what the price would be. He didn't attempt to push anything we didn't need on us. Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

Our garage door only closed 1/4 of the way then retreated to full open. We have seen many commercials for Precision Door lately and gave them a call. Within a few hours we had a name and review of Zachary Shope who would be servicing us. He gave us a 24 point checklist of an inspection and fully explained our issue with rollers and cable. All were replaced. Personable and precise with explanation of issues and how he corrected them. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and concise young man. Would call Precision Door with any and all issues again. Prompt service, great technician and quick receipt. Nice to know we can trust this company. He was extremely honest. Many thanks.

We called to have a few springs replaced on two garage doors. The service technician was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us different options and when I chose one of the cheaper options there was no pressure or sales pitch to take the higher priced option. He explained the difference between the options and what to expect and then when I chose the cheaper option that was it. The service was done quickly and at the time they stated. The most important part though - the job was well done, quality work. I was very happy with the work the tech did. He was friendly, looked professional and did quality work. They were definitely not the cheapest but overall definitely worth it. I'd rather pay a little more for quality work.

Called Precision and they were here in 3 hours, diagnosed the issue and completed repair all within 1 hour. Great price for same-day service and 5 yr warranty. I have seen the advertisements and when we had a door problem yours was the first to come to mind. The rapid response was greatly appreciated. Henry was great in resolving the problem and he was nice and courteous. Converted to a more modern opening system with replacement of rollers, springs and cables. Justin called and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule which was wonderful! He ran a diagnostic and explained all our options and costs. He then installed a new opener for us, new springs and replaced rollers. He was very thorough and even programmed our outside key panel for us, He explained to us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions. He did an excellent job and met all our expectations of great service! We would highly recommend Justin and Precision Door Service.
