Thank you very much for your prompt attention to finding a garage door opener to fit my garage after I purchased one off the shelf at a big box hardware store that could not be installed. Henry, the installer you sent , was very courteous, professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the result that after 44 years I no longer have to manually open the door!

A surprisingly positive experience! My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have much hope we'd find a service company with integrity and honesty, but we were fortunate and thrilled to find Precision! We reached out to several firms but from the initial phone call to the technician's visit, Precision's communication was clear and easily understandable. The assessment was done the same day we called and the technician gave us three options! No high pressure threats that our safety was at risk or the door was going to fall of the hinges if we didn't act right away with the highest price option. He was transparent about the pro's and con's of the options and made it easy for us to select the right choice for us. A WONDERFUL experience all around!!

Jerry Eldreth was courteous and professional. The last panel on the garage door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, it appeared I would need a new garage door installed. Jerry explained the options offered in detail then repaired the door - sealed it underneath, straightened the panel to help it close better - as I await a new door. This gave me a great sense of relief and I was quite impressed with the end result. Precision responded to our emergency request that we made after hours on Friday evening. They scheduled a technician to evaluate the garage door Saturday late morning. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable & courteous. We were given 3 reasonable repair options with estimates for each option. He completed repairs to the garage door by mid afternoon! Extremely pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!!

I must say that Justin was so pleasant,knowledgeable and very professional. He went over everything about my garage door he checked my garage door opener and he told detail to detail about what he was going to do and all other things about my garage door. I can’t say enough about your staff and the level of customer service they provided after installation. I would have appreciated more interaction with the person who ordered our custom door. Once I sent what I was interested in, they ordered the door, but unfortunately since they never reviewed the order with me prior to ordering it. The windows I wanted were on the wrong side, which I could live with but because of the mistake it caused issues with the opener and required additional visits. Again, the original service staff and the installers were top notch and did everything they could to make things right.

I actually chose Precision because of the coupon in my mail flyer, BBB rated, but once I listened to my technician, Kenny Dyson, I knew I had made the right call. Kenny explained everything to me in a way I could totally understand. He told me the options I had to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. This put me in control of what I wanted to do. Once he reviewed everything he found with me I had my gut feeling which option I was going to go with and I felt good about it. Kenny is calm and patient and there was no trace of any kind of sales gimmick or pressure. I was just given the facts and could go from there. My garage door is 15 years old and was loud and ratchety. When Kenny finished work on my door it literally glided and purred. Then Kenny carried a 50 lb. bag of solar salt pellets from my shed into my house for me! These are obviously highly trained and honest people.
