The motor on our 30 year old garage door opener finally quit working. Within one day, a technician (Justin Cooney) gave us a thorough evaluation of the scope of work, provided options and price points, and gave us time to make a decision. Justin was able to complete all the work on the spot. He was professional, efficient, and had a polite and friendly nature as well. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Garage door spring broke late afternoon. Called at 4pm and had a technician at the house by Noon the next day. I chose to replace bearings, drums, rollers, and add a second spring that the builder should have added, but cheaped out on. Chad balanced the door so now the motor barely has to pull to open the door. Fast service, great representative for Precision Door Service.

Exceeded my expectations! Prompt service, a complete check of my garage door and all of the operating systems to ensure they fix it right the first time! Zach Yost was, professional, personable, and overall, a very competent young man. Very helpful, explained everything before starting any work including the cost. By the way, VERY reasonable cost, especially for the amount of work that was done. I went with Precision after checking their references, and I love putting local people on the job.
