Ryan was a very polite and courteous technician. He explained the work he was quoting me that he wanted to do to fix my broken torquemaster spring. I did think that the price he quoted was quite high, but I decided to go with his fix anyway. He completed the work in a timely manner, lubed my rollers, and the door works very well again.

This service was at my mother's residence. Ty was the service representative who came and went over the door which was in question. He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous. If I need any repair work done on the other door I most definitely will be calling Precision.

We had Daniel as the representative who came to our house to give us an estimate. We were so impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we need for the door. The prices are very reasonable. All in all, we are going with Precision because Daniel made us feel comfortable and was able to answer every question we had. Thank you for this opportunity to praise your company.

Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)

Thank you for your prompt and professional service. The repair technician (Dalton) was very courteous and professional. He inspected the doors and gave us three repair options. We selected what was best for us and he completed the repairs in an hour. Then he reviewed his work for us, and the doors operate smoothly and quietly. Again, thank you.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Making the appointment was easy and online. The tech called prior to my appointment to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived there was no hard sale pressure, he ran down the options and let me pick what I wanted. He was very polite, installed everything & cleaned up in about 1.5/hrs. I was charged exactly what he had quoted.

Both Chad and Dalton were pleasant and very professional and worked very well together. I am very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Precision to others. Thank you!

Great experience working with Dalton John and Precision Garage Door. My garage door system was 23 yrs old and it was time to get new since it wasn't closing properly. Now it is soooo quiet. Dalton was very personable and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Since Precision Garage Door Service installed my garage door openers three years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with their smooth and easy operation. When one opener began beeping, I called Precision and they had a technician here the next morning. He was also the original installer! Justin was still the efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working fellow I remembered. I knew he would fix the problem, which turned out to be a weakening battery. It was replaced and is working perfectly again. He also checked the. other garage door opener with my approval and that one is still strong. he also explained everything he was. He's a great technician with a great company!
