Nothing has been done to my garage door for at least 26 years so I googled garage door services precision garage doors come up so I booked a online appointment within an hour and a half I got a reply they were on their way when he arrived he inspected all parts of my garage door technician Steve Davis very knowledgeable and professional explained all the potential problems with my door and the options I had he fixed it and did an excellent job I didn't know a garage door could be so quiet thank you precision garage door and technician Steve Davis

Brayden Martin came to inspect our door .A inspection found a lot of parts in repair. All repairs were made to our door. This door has never been so quiet. I had a broken spring and felt like I would have been smacked in the face if I tried to fix it myself. I call Precision - these guys are great based on the following. 1) Time to book appointment and availability of appointment was easy and quick. 2) Update from technician who came early was appreciated. 3) Dalton the technician explained everything well and gave me quick fix or full fix options. He wasn't salesy and was very informative 4) Price was better than the other two places who finally called me back after Dalton@Precision left. Thanks!

Well, I picked Precision because it was closest to my house. Haha. But I had the best experience! From scheduling to completion it was great to work with Precision. Justin was fantastic From diagnostics, and explaining the issues to me, to actually doing the work, he was first class. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day after my garage door motor failed. My technician for installing a new door motor, springs, rollers, outdoor pad, etc was Justin Cooney and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was very polite and professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did an exceptional install! Steve Davis was great !!! He showed up ahead of time, did a thorough examination and gave us opinions. He made sure we understood what he saw as problems and described it in layman’s terms. Nothing was hidden and once we agreed to have the work done by Precision, he completed the work in a few hours. When he demonstrated the new doors, my wife was astounded by how quiet the doors operated now!! Steve was very pleasant and personable. He programmed my wife’s car and explained, in detailed how the new doors worked. We highly recommend Precision and Steve to help with your garage door needs.
