Nia was totally prepared for everything. He explained everything to me and gave me the options before starting. After agreement he went to work and installed everything in a timely manner. Purchased a home where the previous owner was a spend thrift. Experienced problems with garage door and contacted Precision after exhausting DIY solutions available on line. ‘Dan’ called me and listened to my analogy of the problem. He scheduled a tech to arrive the next day. ‘Zach’ called in advance of his arrival within the scheduled window. He inspected my situation and provided repair options. Today a spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision because a few of the neighbors have used this company. I was completely satisfied with the service. I called after 12pm they were at my door by 4pm. Bye 6pm my door was working the springs were replaced with new ones and I opted for a new seal on the bottom as well the old one was very worn. Also I need to mention Justin he was such a nice person to work with and he completely explained everything in detail. I also changed my mind from just the springs to the springs and the seal he didn’t mind at all! I’ll definitely use Precision for all my future garage door need’s, hopefully not but if need I’d call them again.

Kenny is friendly and professional. He replaced my broken cables and replaced a new spring for my garage door. He also re-adjusted the chain of the garage opener because it was loose. The customer service was great too. When I contacted with Precision on the website, they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment on the next day.
