My garage door would not operate. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 4 and 6. At exactly 5 o’clock the nicest guy showed up, got out of the truck, diagnosed my door problems and had it smoothly working again in a little over an hour. He was one of the most cordial techs I have encountered. All I can say is that if every company in America ran as well as Precision seems to, this country’s issues would be cured. Stellar sums up my experiences with Precision!

I started my Thursday to find one of my garage doors was not functioning due to cabling coming off one of the pulleys. I did not have time to diagnose & repair, so I did a quick Google search for "Garage Door Repairs". I noticed Precision Garage Door Service was highly reviewed & local. I gave them a call, talked to a representative and was informed a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician (Blake) actually contacted me sooner than expected and arrived shortly thereafter. Blake was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. He asked specific questions and was able to diagnose the issue(s). He provided a plan for repair and executed that plan promptly & professionally. I'm not impressed easily, but I am very impressed & happy with every aspect of dealing with Precision today. If the need arises, I will certainly use them again! I will also let friend, family & colleagues know about my experience with Precision as well! Extra kudos to Blake as well!

Technician Jerry arrived at my home to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained so well what needed to be done, as well as other options. He replaced the spring and installed new rollers. Now, my twenty year old garage door operates quieter than ever.
