I opened the garage door this morning to find that there were suddenly cables hanging in places they certainly did not belong. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Precision for help. Justin was at our home by noon, and repairs were completed by 2. He did a complete inspection, showed us exactly what he found, and explained what the options were. At no time did we feel pressured to rush the decision, or that were asking too many questions. We ended up replacing the entire 20 year old spring assembly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Justin from start to finish.

Chad Lahue was the service technician who checked and repaired my garage door. It was easy to see why Chad was rated as highly as he is. He explained what the potential causes were, and he suggested what to keep an eye on in the future. He was very honest with his suggestions on the options which were available to me to address the issue. The gentleman, Henry, who serviced our garage door is an absolute “gentleman.” Henry walked me thru the process of fixing our garage door, step by step. Allow me to be a bit more personal. These guys are THE best. There was a problem with the custom color from the manufacturer (not Precision’s fault). Chad and Rick knocked themselves out fixing the issue. Especially Rick (who made multiple trips). They weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied. Let me just say - I couldn’t be happier. The door looks fabulous - the best in the neighborhood. And the garage door opener - quiet? Super quiet. My only regret is that I only have one house! ????

Incredibly responsive and polite. Kenny even took the time to explain how to work on my other door myself. The price seemed fair, but they responded so quickly that I didn't have time to get any other quotes, and it was worth it to have my door fixed the same day.
