Terrible communication. I have not had them attempt to reach me since we placed our order, not one time. We ordered our door 11 weeks ago, and I have not had a single person call me. I have had to initiate ALL communication, and at that we still don't know when our garage doors are due to come in (not even an estimated date). It has been 11 weeks since we ordered the doors.

I bought a brand new garage door five years ago and the spring snapped last week. Of course, the warranty is only 3 years long, so I had to pay over $1,000 to fix it "right" this time. The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. He admitted that the spring originally installed with the garage door was undersized (the door is insulated and heavy) and he upgraded them significantly this time. This is a poor reflection on your business if you will install a door with substandard hardware that fails in 5 years... conveniently 2 years after the warranty expires.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day for minor service and inspection of door operation. Jerry and Don were on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to ask what my concerns were about the door and explained what they could see might need servicing. They offered 3 options of service and explained each. They did not pressure me to choose either or any option. When I chose the option I wanted, the technicians completed their work in about an hour. They carefully explained what they did and demonstrated door operation. I would recommend to others.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.

I sent an email to Precision after receiving a Receipt for a 50% Deposit to order 2 Garage Door Openers in the amount of $1,060.00. The Receipt showed No Work to be done, -0- amount Total for the work and -0- amount for the $530.00 Check I gave the Repairman. Basically the Receipt was worthless. Its been 2 days and still no response. This is totally unacceptable. They didn't trust me to order the parts without me paying them 50% but they want me to trust them to complete the repair as discussed.
